degli arti - Requisiti e metodi di prova.
L’INDUMENTO PROTETTIVO FULL BODY PROTECTION
modello VREQGU1 è stato testato secondo le norme EN
1621-1 Indumenti di protezione contro l’impatto meccanico
per motociclisti - Parte 1: Protettori contro l’impatto degli arti -
Requisiti e metodi di prova; EN 1621-2 Indumenti di protezione
contro l’impatto meccanico per motociclisti - Paraschiena -
Parte 2: Requisiti e metodi di prova; EN 1621-3 Indumenti di
protezione contro l’impatto meccanico per motociclisti - Parte
3: Protettori del petto dei motociclisti - Requisiti e metodi di
prova.
Gli INDUMENTI PROTETTIVI sono certicati come
Dispositivo di Protezione Individuale di II categoria ai sensi del
Regolamento 2016/425 da parte dell’ente di certicazione:

2. AVVERTENZE
Impiegare gli INDUMENTI PROTETTIVI solo per il tipo di utilizzo
cui sono destinati. Gli INDUMENTI PROTETTIVI sono destinati ad
essere indossati dai conducenti di mountain bike.
Non apportare modiche agli INDUMENTI PROTETTIVI.
VR46 Racing Apparel S.r.l. è esonerato da ogni responsabilità per
eventuali infortuni o reclami derivanti da un utilizzo improprio dei
prodotti, in modo non conforme alla destinazione d’uso, incluse le
modiche.
Ogni contaminazione, alterazione o uso improprio può ridurre
pericolosamente le prestazioni dell’INDUMENTO PROTETTIVO.
I cambiamenti delle condizioni ambientali, come variazioni di
temperatura possono ridurre le performance degli INDUMENTI
PROTETTIVI.
Per fornire una protezione adeguata gli INDUMENTI PROTETTIVI
devono essere indossati correttamente e sottoposti a regolare pulizia.
Scegliere la taglia dell’INDUMENTO PROTETTIVO in funzione della
corporatura dell’utilizzatore.
Evitare di scegliere un INDUMENTO PROTETTIVO troppo grande
perché potrebbe interferire con il casco, causando una condizione di
guida pericolosa.
Gli INDUMENTI PROTETTIVI non proteggono da urti e lesioni in tutti
i tipi di incidente. Nessun INDUMENTO PROTETTIVO è in grado di
fornire una protezione completa e totale dagli infortuni e dalle lesioni.
I protettori interni D3O®presenti negli INDUMENTI PROTET-
TIVI VR46 Racing Apparel S.r.l. orono una protezione como-
da ed ecace contro gli impatti.
Grazie alla tecnologia D3O®, i protettori interni sono realizzati
con materiali morbidi, essibili, sensibili alla velocità e con ele-
vate proprietà di assorbimento degli urti.
I protettori interni D3O®sono sviluppati in conformità alle nor-
me EN 1621-1; EN 1621-2; EN 1621-3 per l’utilizzo da parte
di motociclisti, al ne di proteggersi da infortuni di lieve entità
provocati da impatti importanti.

Gli INDUMENTI PROTETTIVI VR46 Racing Apparel S.r.l. sono
destinati ad essere indossati per la protezione di speciche parti
del corpo durante l’utilizzo di biciclette del tipo mountain bike.
Grazie alla presenza dei protettori interni D3O®, gli INDUMENTI
PROTETTIVI orono una protezione al ciclista in caso di caduta
o incidente, garantendo allo stesso tempo una struttura morbida,
essibile e traspirante, e senza interferire con la guida.

3.1.1 Destinazione d’uso
Gli indumenti protettivi SLIM AND SOFT KNEE PROTECTION
modelloVREQKG1eSLIMANDSOFTELBOWPROTECTION
modello VREQEG1 sono destinati ad essere indossati per la
protezione delle ginocchia e dei gomiti, rispettivamente,
durante l’utilizzo di biciclette del tipo mountain bike.
3.1.2 Componenti
Gli indumenti protettivi SLIM AND SOFT KNEE PROTECTION
modello VREQKG1 e SLIM AND SOFT ELBOW PROTECTION
modello VREQEG1 si compongono di una fascia elastica
costituta nella parte anteriore da lycra e tessuto abrasivo e nella
parte posteriore da una maglia in nylon. Gli indumenti sono
stabilizzati grazie a bande elastiche in poliestere e silicone
poste internamente in corrispondenza delle due circonferenze
superiore e inferiore.
Il protettore interno D3O®, specico per la protezione
dell’articolazione da proteggere, è cucito in una apposita tasca in
corrispondenza dell’articolazione (ginocchio / gomito).

3.2.1 Destinazione d’uso
L’indumento protettivo FULL BODY PROTECTION modello
VREQGU1 è destinato ad essere indossato per la protezione
della parte superiore del corpo, durante l’utilizzo di biciclette del
tipo mountain bike. L’indumento è stato realizzato per la prote-
zione delle articolazioni spalla e gomito, del petto e della schie-
na; in questo modo, con un unico indumento si garantisce la
protezione completa della parte superiore del corpo dell’utiliz-
zatore.
3.2.2 Componenti
L’indumento protettivo FULL BODY PROTECTION modello
VREQGU1 è una maglia a maniche lunghe realizzata
principalmente da tessuto a nido d’ape e da una maglia in nylon
nella parte posteriore delle braccia. L’indumento è stabilizzato
grazie alla presenza di polsini elastici e di una banda in silicone
nella circonferenza della vita.
I protettori interni D3O®sono inseriti, in corrispondenza di
spalle, gomiti, petto e schiena, in apposite tasche interne e sono
rimovibili.

4. COME INDOSSARE GLI INDUMENTI
PROTETTIVI
Gli INDUMENTI PROTETTIVI possono essere indossati a diretto
contatto con la pelle o sopra un leggero strato di tessuto (come
t-shirt e leggins).
Per indossare le ginocchiere SLIM AND SOFT KNEE
PROTECTION, togliersi le scarpe ed inlarle come una calza no
a posizionarle correttamente sul ginocchio, rispettando la destra
e la sinistra.
Analogamente, per indossare le gomitiere SLIM AND SOFT
ELBOW PROTECTION, inlarle dalla mano e farle scorrere no
a posizionarle correttamente sul gomito, rispettando la destra e
la sinistra.
La maglia FULL BODY PROTECTION è dotata di una
cerniera nella parte anteriore che consente di essere indossata
comodamente dall’utilizzatore.
Gli INDUMENTI PROTETTIVI sono disponibili nelle taglie: S - M
- L - XL. Nella scelta della taglia si raccomanda di provare bene
l’indumento replicando i movimenti tipici della pedalata, per
vericarne la vestibilità e la stabilità.
5. MANUTENZIONE E CURA
Pulire gli INDUMENTI PROTETTIVI con un panno in microbra
bagnato con acqua e/o con prodotti neutri.
Negli indumentiprotettivi SLIM ANDSOFTKNEE PROTECTION
modello VREQKG1 e SLIM AND SOFT ELBOW PROTECTION
modello VREQEG1 i protettori interni D3O® non sono removibili,
pertanto, gli indumenti non sono lavabili.
I protettori interni D3O®dell’indumento FULL BODY
PROTECTION modello VREQGU1 sono invece removibili,
pertanto, è possibile lavare a mano l’indumento dopo aver
rimosso tutte le protezioni.
Rispettare le indicazioni riportate nella care label a corredo degli
indumenti.
Gli INDUMENTI PROTETTIVI devono essere sostituiti quando
mostrano segni di usura e/o in seguito ad urti e lesioni.
Conservare gli INDUMENTI PROTETTIVI in luogo fresco e
asciutto, al riparo dalla luce solare diretta.
In caso maneggiamento ed utilizzo scorretti e modalità di
conservazione non idonee, gli INDUMENTI PROTETTIVI
possono danneggiarsi. Si raccomanda di ispezionare gli
indumenti periodicamente per vericarne l’integrità.
Smaltire l’INDUMENTO PROTETTIVO in modo ecocompatibile
e nel rispetto delle indicazioni normative e legislative applicabili.

2. WARNINGS
Use PROTECTIVE CLOTHING only for its intended purpose. PRO-
TECTIVE CLOTHING is intended to be worn by mountain bike riders.
Do not make any changes to the PROTECTIVE CLOTHING.
VR46 Racing Apparel S.r.l. is exonerated from any liability for any inju-
ries or claims resulting from improper use of the products, in a manner
not in accordance with their intended use, including modications.
Any contamination, alteration or misuse may dangerously reduce the
performance of the PROTECTIVE CLOTHING.
Changes in environmental conditions, such as temperature variations,
can reduce the performance of PROTECTIVE CLOTHING.
To provide adequate protection, PROTECTIVE CLOTHING must be
worn correctly and cleaned regularly.
Choose the size of the PROTECTIVE CLOTHING according to the
user’s build.
Avoid choosing too large a size of PROTECTIVE CLOTHING as it could
interfere with the helmet, causing a dangerous condition for riding.
PROTECTIVE CLOTHING does not protect against impacts and inju-
ries in all types of accidents. No PROTECTIVE CLOTHING can provide
complete and total protection from accidents and injuries.

inner protectors cannot prevent injuries resulting from extreme
impact forces, twisting, bending or crushing.
In case of impact, do not use the protector. The protector may have
non-visible damage, which may reduce the protective capacity of the
protector.

TECTIVE CLOTHING oer comfortable and eective protection
against impact.
Thanks to D3O
®
technology, the inner protectors are made of soft,
exible, speed-sensitive materials with high shock-absorbing pro-
perties.

®
inner protectors are developed in accordance with EN 1621-
1; EN 1621-2; EN 1621-3 regulations for use by motorcyclists to
protect against minor injuries caused by major impacts.

3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
VR46 Racing Apparel S.r.l. PROTECTIVE CLOTHING is
intended to be worn for the protection of specic parts of the body
when riding mountain bikes.
Thanks to the presence of D3O®inner protectors, PROTECTIVE
CLOTHING oers protection to the cyclist in the event of a fall
or accident, while at the same time providing a soft, exible and
breathable structure, and without interfering with riding.

3.1 SLIM AND SOFT KNEE AND ELBOW
PROTECTION
3.1.1 Intended use
The protective clothing SLIM AND SOFT KNEE PROTECTION
model VREQKG1 and SLIM AND SOFT ELBOW PRO-
TECTION model VREQEG1 are intended to be worn for the
protection of the knees and elbows, respectively, when riding
mountain bikes.
3.1.2 Components
The protective clothing SLIM AND SOFT KNEE PROTECTION
modelVREQKG1andSLIMANDSOFTELBOWPROTECTION
model VREQEG1consist of an elastic band made of Lycra and
abrasive fabric in the front part and nylon mesh in the back part.
The clothing is stabilised by polyester and silicone elastic bands
placed internally at the upper and lower circumferences.
The D3O® inner protector, specically made for the protection of
the joint, is sewn into a special pocket at the joint (knee/elbow).

3.2.1 Intended use
The FULL BODY PROTECTION clothing model VREQGU1 is
intended to be worn for protection of the upper body while riding
a mountain bike. The clothing is designed for protection of the
shoulder and elbow joints, chest and back; thus, complete pro-
tection of the wearer’s upper body is ensured with a single item.
3.2.2 Components
The FULL BODY PROTECTION clothing model VREQGU1
is a long-sleeved jersey made mainly of honeycomb fabric and
a nylon mesh at the back of the arms. The item is stabilised by
elastic cus and a silicone band around the waist.
The internal D3O®protectors are inserted, at the shoulders,
elbows, chest and back, in special internal pockets and are
removable.

3.2.2 Components 4. HOW TO WEAR PROTECTIVE
CLOTHING
PROTECTIVE CLOTHES can be worn in direct contact with the
skin or over a light layer of fabric (such as t-shirts and leggings).
To wear SLIM AND SOFT KNEE PROTECTION knee pads, take
o your shoes and slip them on like a sock until they are correctly
positioned on the knee, respecting the right and left.
Similarly, to wear SLIM AND SOFT ELBOW PROTECTION
elbow pads, slip them on from the hand and slide them until they
are correctly positioned on the elbow, respecting the right and left.
The FULL BODY PROTECTION jersey is equipped with a zip at
the front that allows it to be worn comfortably by the user.
PROTECTIVE CLOTHING is available in sizes: S - M - L - XL.
When choosing the size, it is recommended to try the clothing on
properly by replicating the typical pedalling movements in orderto
check its t and stability.
5. MAINTENANCE AND CARE
Clean the PROTECTIVE CLOTHING with a microbre cloth
moistened with water and/or neutral products.
In the protective clothing SLIM AND SOFT KNEE PROTECTION
model VREQKG1 and SLIM AND SOFT ELBOW PROTECTION
model VREQEG1 the D3O®inner protectors are not removable,
therefore, the items are not washable.
The D3O® inner protectors of the FULL BODY PROTECTION
clothing model VREQGU1, on the other hand, are removable,
so the item can be washed by hand after removing all protectors.
Observe the indications on the care label accompanying the
items.
PROTECTIVE CLOTHING must be replaced when it shows
signs of wear and tear and/or following impacts and injuries.
Store PROTECTIVE CLOTHING in a cool, dry place, away from
direct sunlight.
PROTECTIVE CLOTHING may be damaged if handled and
used incorrectly or stored improperly. It is recommended that
items be inspected periodically to check their condition.
Dispose of the PROTECTIVE CLOTHING in an environmentally
sound manner and in compliance with applicable regulatory and
legislative requirements.

TECTION doivent être portés correctement et régulièrement nettoyés.
Choisir la taille du VÊTEMENT DE PROTECTION en fonction de la
corpulence de l’utilisateur.
Évitez de choisir un VÊTEMENT DE PROTECTION trop grand car il
pourrait interféreravec le casque, provoquant une condition de conduite
dangereuse.
Les VÊTEMENTS DE PROTECTION ne protègent pas contre les
chocs et les blessures dans tous les types d’accidents. Aucun VÊTEM-
ENT DE PROTECTION n’est en mesure de fournir une protection com-
plète et totale contre les blessures et les dommages.
Les protections internes D3O® ne sont pas en mesure d’empêcher les
blessures dues à des forces d’impact extrêmes, à la torsion, à la exion
ou à l’écrasement.
En cas d’impact, ne pas utiliser la protection. La protection peut présent-
er des dommages invisibles, ce qui peut réduire la capacité de protection
de la protection.

ecace contre les impacts.
Grâce à la technologie D3O®, les protections internes sont fabriquées avec

d’absorption des chocs élevées.

Les VÊTEMENTS DE PROTECTION VR46 Racing Apparel S.r.l.
sont destinés à être portés pour la protection de parties spéciques
du corps lors de l’utilisation de vélos de type VTT.
Grâce à la présence des protections internes D3O®, les
VÊTEMENTS DE PROTECTION orent une protection au cycliste
en cas de chute ou d’accident, tout en garantissant une structure
douce, exible et respirante, sans interférer avec la conduite.

3.1 SLIM AND SOFT KNEE AND ELBOW
PROTECTION
3.1.1 Utilisation prévue
Les vêtements de protection SLIM AND SOFT KNEE PRO-
TECTION modèle VREQKG1 et SLIM AND SOFT ELBOW
PROTECTION modèle VREQEG1 sont destinés à être portés
pour la protection des genoux et des coudes, respectivement,
lors de l’utilisation de vélos de type VTT.
3.1.2 Composants
Les vêtements de protection SLIM AND SOFT KNEE
PROTECTION modèle VREQKG1 et SLIM AND SOFT ELBOW
PROTECTION modèle VREQEG1 se composent d’une bande
élastique constituée à l’avant de lycra et de tissu abrasif et à
l’arrière d’une maille en nylon. Les vêtements sont stabilisés
grâce à des bandes élastiques en polyester et silicone placées
à l’intérieur au niveau des deux circonférences supérieure et
inférieure.
La protection interne D3O®, spécique pour la protection de
l’articulation à protéger, est cousue dans une poche spéciale au
niveau de l’articulation (genou / coude).

3.2.1 Destination d’utilisation
Le vêtement deprotectionFULL BODY PROTECTION modèle
VREQGU1 est destiné à être porté pour la protection du haut du
corps, lors de l’utilisation de vélos de type VTT. Le vêtement a
été réalisé pour la protection des articulations de l’épaule et du
coude, de la poitrine et du dos ; de cette façon, avec un seul
vêtement, la protection complète du haut du corps de l’utilisa-
teur est garantie.
3.2.2 Composants
Le vêtement de protection FULL BODY PROTECTION
modèle VREQGU1 est un tricot à manches longues fabriqué
principalement à partir de tissu en nid d’abeille et d’un tricot en
nylon à l’arrière des bras. Le vêtement est stabilisé grâce à la
présence de poignets élastiques et d’une bande de silicone dans
la circonférence de la taille.
Les protections internes D3O®sont insérées, au niveau des
épaules, des coudes, de la poitrine et du dos, dans des poches
internes spéciales et sont amovibles.

DE PROTECTION
Les VÊTEMENTS DE PROTECTION peuvent être portés en
contact direct avec la peau ou sur une légère couche de tissu
(comme des t-shirts et des leggings).
Pour porter les genouillères SLIM AND SOFT KNEE PRO-
TECTION, retirez vos chaussures et enlez-les comme une
chaussette jusqu’à ce que vous les placiez correctement sur le
genou, en respectant la droite et la gauche.
De même, pour porter les coudières SLIM AND SOFT ELBOW
PROTECTION, enlez-les par la main et faites-les glisser ju-
squ’à ce qu’elles soient correctement placées sur le coude, en
respectant la droite et la gauche.
Le maillot FULL BODY PROTECTION est doté d’une fermeture
éclair à l’avant qui permet de le porter confortablement par l’uti-
lisateur.
Les VÊTEMENTS DE PROTECTION sont disponibles dans les
tailles : S – M – L – XL. Lors du choix de la taille, il est recomman-
dé de bien essayer le vêtement en reproduisant les mouvements
typiques du pédalage, pour vérier son ajustement et sa stabilité.
5. MAINTENANCE ET NETTOYAGE
Nettoyer les VÊTEMENTS DE PROTECTION avec un chion en
microbre humide avec de l’eau et/ou des produits neutres.
Dans les vêtements de protection SLIM AND SOFT KNEE PRO-
TECTION modèle VREQKG1 et SLIM AND SOFT ELBOW PRO-
TECTION modèle VREQEG1 les protections internes D3O
®
ne sont
pas amovibles, par conséquent, les vêtements ne sont pas lavables.
Les protections internes D3O
®
du vêtement FULL BODY PRO-
TECTION modèle VREQGU1 sont amovibles, il est donc possible
de laver le vêtement à la main après avoir enlevé toutes les pro-
tections.
Respecter les indications gurant sur l’étiquette des vêtements.
Les VÊTEMENTS DE PROTECTION doivent être remplacés lor-
squ’ils présentent des signes d’usure et/ou à la suite de chocs et de
blessures.
Conserver les VÊTEMENTS DE PROTECTION dans un endroit
frais et sec, à l’abri de la lumière directe du soleil.
En cas de manipulation et d’utilisation incorrectes et de conditions
de stockage inadéquates, les VÊTEMENTS DE PROTECTION
peuvent être endommagés. Il est recommandé d’inspecter régul-
ièrement les vêtements pour vérier leur intégrité.
Jeter le VÊTEMENT DE PROTECTION d’une manière respectueu-
se de l’environnement et dans le respect des indications réglement-
aires et législatives applicables.

Mountainbikes bestimmt.
Dank der D3O®-Innenschützer bietet die SCHUTZKLEIDUNG
dem Radfahrer bei Stürzen oder Unfällen Schutz. Sie sind weich,

Die Schutzkleidung SLIM AND SOFT KNEE PROTECTION

Ellbogen während der Fahrt mit Mountainbikes bestimmt.

Modell VREQEG1 bestehen aus einem elastischen Band aus
Lycra und Schleifgewebe auf der Vorderseite und Nylon-Strick
auf der Rückseite. Die Kleidungsstücke werden durch elastische
Bänder aus Polyester und Silikon stabilisiert, die sich jeweils am
oberen und unteren Umfang benden.
