Introduction
INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing the VTech®Sit to Stand Music Centre
learning toy.
Show off your singing skills with the Sit to Stand Music Centre by
VTech®. Your child can sing along to the music and change the sound
of their voice with the fun voice effect selector. They can also play the
piano keys and learn about instruments, colours and animals.

GETTING STARTED
BATTERY INSTALLATION
1. Make sure the unit is turned OFF.
2. Locate the battery cover on the bottom
of the Activity Panel. Use a coin or a
screwdriver to loosen the screw.
3. Install 3 new‘AA’(AM-3/LR6) batteries
following the diagram inside the
battery box. (The use of new alkaline
batteries is recommended for maximum performance.)
4. Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw to secure.
BATTERY NOTICE
• Use new alkaline batteries for maximum performance.
• Use only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended.
• Do not mix different types of batteries: alkaline, standard (carbon-
zinc) or rechargeable (Ni-Cd, Ni-MH), or new and used batteries.
• Do not use damaged batteries.
• Insert batteries with the correct polarity.
• Do not short-circuit the battery terminals.
• Remove exhausted batteries from the toy.
• Remove batteries during long periods of non-use.
• Do not dispose of batteries in fire.
• Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
• Remove rechargeable batteries from the toy before charging
(if removable).
• Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult
supervision.

Disposal of batteries and product
The crossed-out wheelie bin symbols on products and
batteries, or on their respective packaging, indicates they
must not be disposed of in domestic waste as they contain
substances that can be damaging to the environment and
human health.
The chemical symbols Hg, Cd or Pb, where marked, indicate
that the battery contains more than the specified value of
mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd) or lead (Pb) set out in Battery
Directive (2006/66/EC).
The solid bar indicates that the product was placed on the
market after 13th August, 2005.
Help protect the environment by disposing of your product
or batteries responsibly.

Assembly Instructions
With the VTech®Sit to Stand Music Centre, safety comes first. To
ensure your child’s safety, adult assembly is required.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Insert the left foot and the right foot into
the slots on the bottom of the support
base. You will hear the feet click into
place when inserted correctly.
2. Insert the height adjustable support
post into the recessed slot on the top
of the support base.
3. Turn the support base over and insert
the three screws into the underside of
the base. Use a screwdriver to secure
the screws.
4. Insert the arc handle into the hole
on the main panel, you will hear click
sound when it clicks into place.

PRODUCT FEATURES
1. ON/OFF/VOLUME CONTROL SWITCH
To turn the unit ON, slide the ON/
OFF/VOLUME CONTROL SWITCH
to the LOW VOLUME ( ) or HIGH
VOLUME ( ) position. To turn the
unit OFF, slide the ON/OFF/VOLUME
CONTROL SWITCH to the OFF ( )
position.
2. MODE SELECTOR SWITCH
Slide the MODE SELECTOR SWITCH
to the LEARNING MODE ( ), or
MUSIC MODE ( ) position.
5. Insert the electronic panel into the top
of the height adjustable support post.
The electronic panel will lock into
position when inserted correctly.
6. Press the buttons on both side of the
height adjustable support post to adjust
the height.

Activities
ACTIVITIES
1. Slide the on/off/volume control
switch to turn the unit on.You will hear
a welcoming phrase, playful sounds,
short tunes and a sing-along song,
depending on the selected mode. The
lights will flash with the sound.
2. Press the 5 light-up piano keys
to learn about colours and animals
and hear fun sing-along songs in the
Learning Mode. In the Music Mode,
you will hear individual piano notes and
short tunes.The lights will flash with the
sounds.
3. Press the 3 instrument buttons to
learn about instruments and instrument
sounds in the Learning Mode and hear
a variety of short tunes and melodies
in the Music Mode. The lights will flash
with the sounds.
4. Turn the voice effect selector to
change the style of your voice when
singing into the microphone. Choose
from regular voice, robot voice, high
pitched voice and low pitched voice.
The lights will flash with the sounds.
3. AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF
To preserve battery life, the VTech®Sit to Stand Music Centre will
automatically power-down after approximately 60 seconds without
input. The unit can be turned on again by pressing any button.
