Funzione d’uso
Indicato per la misurazione in
continuo e/o di quantità finite di
materiali con granulometria non
maggiore di 10 mm e buona scor-
revolezza. Il suo uso é partico-
larmente vantaggioso quando
non si hanno a disposizione
grandi spazi e si deve effettua-
re una pesatura in brevissimo
tempo.
Controindicazioni
I misuratori di portata sono con-
cepiti e realizzati per l’impiego in
impianti di dosaggio nel rispetto
degli standard qualitativi richie-

Fonction d’utilisation
Indiqué pour la mesure en conti-
nu et/ou de quantités finies de
matières dont la granulométrie
n’est pas superiéure à 10 mm et
bonne fluidité. Son utilisation est
particulièrement intéressante
lorsque l’on dispose de grand
espace et que le pesage doit
être réalisé en très peu de temps.
Contre-indications
Les débitmètres ont été conçus
et réaliser pour être utilisés dans
des installation de dosage, dans
le respect des standards de qua-
lités exigés par le marché.
On considère matières dange-
reuses:
- les explosifs,
- les matières toxiques,
- les matières inflammables,
- les matières nocives et/ou si-
milaires.
Sont considérées des applica-
tions dangereuses:
- extractions de silos ou réser-

Funktionsweise
Kann eingesetzt werden zur
Durchsatzmessung und Char-
gierung von pulvrigen bis körni-
gen Schüttgütern mit Körnung
nicht größer als 10 mm und mit
guter Fließfähigkeit. Das Gerät
ist besonders vorteilhaft, wenn
wenig Platz zur Verfügung steht
und die Messung in kurzer Zeit
erforderlich ist.
Kontraindikationen
Die Durchlaufmessgeräte sind
zum Einsatz in Dosieranlagen
bestimmt und entsprechen den
qualitativen Standardansprüchen
des Marktes.
Als gefährlich gelten folgende

MACHINE DESCRIPTION
- The LAMBDA system, in its ba-
sic configuration, consists of
a sensor pad enclosed in a
metal box which is provided
with an inspection window and
an electronic control unit that
makes it possible to use the
device in different modes:
- Instantaneous throughput
measurement
- Batch weighing
- Checking and adjusting flow
weight (in the latter case, the
LAMBDA is provided with a
p.i.d. electronic regulator and
a frequency converter to
change the extractor speed
continuously).
The inclined pad is connected to
a sensor (load cell) which makes
it possible to measure the quan-
tity of material passing through
every moment, without stopping
the flow. The signal measured
by the sensor is processed by
the control unit.
This machine has been designed
and manufactured in accord-
ance with the EEC directive cur-
rently in force.
Technical characteristics
Use: Throughput measuring and
batch metering for materials
with a grain size of not more
than 10mm, and a good degree
of flowability.
Accuracy: ± 2-3% on batch
metering with sufficiently fluid
and dry material, and maximum
permitted oscillation of ± 25%.
Construction: Standard ver-
sions in enamelled carbon steel
or 304 or 316 stainless steel
are available.
DESCRIZIONE MACCHINA
- Il sistema Lambda, nella confi-
gurazione di base, é costituito
dal sensore a piattello racchiu-
so in un box metallico ispezio-
nabile tramite oblò e da una
centralina elettronica che ne
consente l’utilizzo secondo 3
modalità:
- misura della portata istantanea
- formulazione a peso (BATCH)
- controllo e regolazione della
portata in peso (in quest’ultimo
caso il lambda è corredato da
un regolatore elettronico p.i.d.
e da un convertitore di frequen-
za per variare continuamente
la velocità dell’estrattore).
Il piattello inclinato é collegato ad
un sensore (cella di carico) che
consente di rilevare la quantità
di materiale in transito istante per
istante, senza arrestare il flus-
so. Il segnale misurato dal sen-
sore viene elaborato dalla cen-
tralina.
Questa macchina è stata dise-
gnata e fabbricata in concordan-
za con le direttive EEC attual-
mente in vigore.
Caratteristiche Tecniche
Uso: Misurazione di portata in
continuo della materia prima
messa in lavorazione e/o mi-
sure di portata di quantità fini-
te, per materiali con granulo-
metrie non maggiori di 10 mm,
e buona scorrevolezza.
Accuratezza: ± 2-3% per la mi-
sura di quantità finite, con ma-
teriale sufficientemente secco
e scorrevole, e con un’oscilla-
zione massima permessa di ±
25%.
Costruzione: Acciaio al carbo-
nio o acciaio inossidabile AISI
304 e AISI 316.

geschwindigkeit ständig än-
dern zu können.
Die schräg eingestellte Prallplat-
te ist mit einem Sensor (Wäge-
zelle) verbunden, der es gestat-
tet, die von Augenblick zu Au-
genblick aufgegebene Schütt-
gutmenge zu messen, ohne den
Materialfluss zu unterbrechen.
Das vom Sensor gemessene Si-
gnal wird in der Steuerung ver-
arbeitet.
Dieses Gerät wurde in Überein-
stimmung mit den augenblicklich
geltenden EU-Richtlinien ent-
wickelt und konstruiert.
Technische Eigenschaften:
Einsatzbereich: Zur Durch-
satzmessung und/oder Char-
gierung von pulvrigen bis kör-
nigen Schüttgütern mit einer
Körnung von nicht mehr als 10
mm und mit guter Fließfähigkeit.
Genauigkeit: ± 2-3 % bei der
Chargierung mit ausreichend
fließfähigem und trockenem
Schüttgut und mit einer höchst-
zulässigen Abweichung von ±
25 %.
Konstruktion: Normalstahl oder
Edelstahl 1.4301 und 1.4401.
DESCRIPTION DE LA MACHI-
NE
- Le système Lambda, dans la
configuration de base est
constitué par le capteur à pla-
teau renfermé dans une enve-
loppe métallique visitable à tra-
vers un hublot et par une cen-
trale électronique qui permet
son utilisation d’après 3 moda-
lités:
- mesure du débit instantané
- préparation par poids (BATCH)
- contrôle et réglage du débit en
poids (dans ce dernier cas le
lambda est équipé d’un régula-
teur électronique p.i.d. et d’un
convertisseur de fréquence
pour changer continuellement
la vitesse de l’extracteur).
Le plateau incliné est branché à
un capteur qui permet de relever
la quantité de produit qui transi-
te, à tout instant, sans stopper
le flux. Le signal mesuré par le
capteur est traité par la centra-
le.
Cette machine a été dessinée et
fabriquée conformément aux di-
rectives CEE actuellement en vi-
gueur.

GENERAL PROHIBITIONS AND
REGULATIONS
- This equipment must not be
used even partially by unau-
thorised personnel.
- The shop foreman or depart-
ment manager is responsible for
machine operator training and
for checking training level
achieved.
- It is obligatory to connect the
equipment metal casing to
earth.
- The equipment must not be
used for purposes other than
those is was designed for.
- Read carefully the warning
notices attached to the equip-
ment.
- Do not remove the warning
notices attached to the equip-
ment.
- When the equipment is running,
do not service, repair, regulate
the equipment or carry out any
other operation not strictly re-
quired by the work cycle. Be-
fore any of the above listed
operations, always disconnect
the equipment from all electric
power supply sources.

- Wartungs-, Reparatur-, und/

vere le protezioni e le sicurez-
ze presenti sulla macchina.

le protezioni aperte o aprirle
durante il lavoro.
- E’ obbligatorio operare sulla
macchina con guanti di prote-
zione.
- Al termine di ogni periodo di la-
voro scollegare sempre la mac-
china dalle alimentazioni elet-
triche e idrauliche.
- Svuotare la macchina dal pro-
dotto trasportato prima di arre-
starla, per evitare blocchi mec-
canici.
- Qualsiasi manutenzione elettri-
ca e non elettrica deve atte-
nersi alle norme CEI 64-8 462.1

PRESCRIZIONI DI SICUREZZA
RELATIVE ALL’USO
Non indossare anelli, orologi da
polso, capi di vestiari penzolanti
come cravatte, indumenti strap-
pati, sciarpe, giacche sbottona-
te o bluse con chiusura lampo
aperte che possono impigliarsi
nelle parti in movimento.
Si consiglia invece di usare capi
approvati ai fini antinfortunistici
come elmetti, scarpe anti- sci-
volo, cuffie anti - rombo, occhiali
di sicurezza, guanti anti- calore,
mascherina antinfortunistica, di-
pendendo dall’ambiente di lavo-
ro e dei prodotti dosati.
Consultare il datore di lavoro sulle
prescrizioni di sicurezza vigenti
ed i dispositivi antinfortunistici.
Non avviare la macchina in ava-
ria.
Prima di utilizzare la macchina
accertarsi dell’assenza di qual-
siasi condizione di pericolo.
Ad ogni irregolarità di funziona-
mento avvertire i responsabili
della manutenzione. Accertarsi
della presenza e della integrità
di ogni riparo o protezione e ve-
rificare l’efficienza di tutti i dispo-
sitivi di sicurezza.

SAFETY PRESCRIPTIONS REL-

Do not wear rings, wrist watch-
es, jewellery, loose hanging
clothing like ties, torn garments,
scarves, unbuttoned jackets or
unzipped shirts which may get
caught up in the moving parts.
It is recommended to use ap-
proved garments for accident
prevention, such as helmets,
anti-slip shoes, anti-noise head-
sets, safety glasses, anti-heat
gloves, accident-prevention
masks, depending on the work-
ing environment and the prod-
ucts metered.
Consult with the employer on the
safety prescriptions in force,
and the accident-prevention de-
vices.
Do not start a faulty machine.
Before using the machine ascer-
tain the absence of any condi-
tion of danger.
Any functioning irregularity must
be reported to the maintenance
staff. Ensure the presence and
integrity of each guard or pro-
tection and check the efficiency
of all the safety devices.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ RE-
LATIVES A L’UTILISATION
Ne porter pas d’anneaux, mon-
tres au poignet, de vêtements
flottants comme les cravates, de
vêtements déchirés, des échar-
pes, vestes déboutonnées ou
blouses à fermeture éclair
ouverte qui peuvent s’entortiller
dans les parties en mouvement.
Il est au contraire conseillé d’uti-
liser des vêtements de sécurité
agréés contre les accidents du
travail comme les casques,
chaussures antidérapantes, ser-
re-tête antibruit, lunettes de pro-
tection, gants anti-chaleur, mas-
que bucco-nasal, en fonction de
l’environnement de travail est des
produits dosés.
Consulter l’employeur sur les
prescriptions de sécurité en vi-
gueur et sur les dispositifs con-
tre les accidents du travail. Ne
pas tenter de mettre en marche
une machine en panne. Avant
d’utiliser la machine, s’assurer de
l’absence de toute condition de
danger.
A chaque irrégularité de fonc-
tionnement avertir les responsa-
bles de la maintenance. S’assu-
rer de la présence et de l’intégri-
té de tout protecteur ou protec-
tion et vérifier l’efficacité de tous

Beraten Sie sich mit dem Arbeit-
geber über die geltenden Sicher-

Die in Panne befindliche Maschi-
ne nicht starten.
Vor der Benutzung der Maschi-
ne sicherstellen, dass keine ge-

STAFF
- The area where maintenance
is carried out must always be
maintained clean and dry. Im-
mediately remove any spots of
oil or grease.
- Any maintenance work must
exclusively be carried out with
the machine off, after discon-
necting the electric system.
- Do not permit unauthorised
personnel to work on the ma-
chine.
- Do not carry out any repairs
without prior authorisation.
- Respect the procedures for
maintenance and technical as-
sistance.
- Do not insert the body, limbs or
fingers in the articulated open-
ings, uncontrolled cutting edg-
es, and without adequate
guards.
- Do not use petrol, solvents or
other inflammable liquids as de-
tergents. Use only authorised
commercial non-inflammable
and non-toxic solvents.
- Do not use compressed air for
cleaning of parts. If absolutely
necessary, protect the eyes
with glasses fitted with lateral
guards, and limit the air pres-
sure to a maximum of 2 ATM
(1.9 bar).
- When proceeding with main-
tenance or control operations,
do not use open flames as
means of lighting.
- Do not grease the machine
when in movement.
- In case of an accident due to
electrocution, immediately dis-
connect the injured person
from the conductor, since he
is normally unconscious. This
condition is extremely danger-
ous, since the injured person
is also a conductor: touching
him means being electrocuted.
Therefore, cut the electrical
power from the machine, open-
ing the relevant switches. If
possible, remove the injured
person using insulating mate-
rials such as wooden sticks,
PVC, leather or pieces of cloth
and immediately call medical
staff and take the patient to
hospital.

- Non impiegare l’aria compres-
sa per la pulizia delle parti. Se,
in caso di assoluta necessità,
proteggersi gli occhi con oc-
chiali dotati di ripari laterali e
limitare la pressione dell’aria ad
un massimo di 2 ATM (1.9 BAR).
- Quando si procede alla manu-
tenzione o ad operazioni di con-
trollo, non usare fiamme libere
come mezzo di illuminazione.
- Non lubrificare la macchina
quando è in movimento.
- In caso di incidente dovuto a
folgorazione provvedere imme-
diatamente a staccare l’infor-
tunato dal conduttore, poiché
solitamente ha perso i sensi.
Questa operazione è molto pe-
ricolosa, poiché anche l’infor-
tunato è un conduttore: toccar-
lo significa rimanere folgorati.
Staccare quindi l’alimentazione
elettrica della macchina, apren-
do i relativi interruttori. Se ciò è
possibile, allontanare l’infortu-
nato utilizzando materiali iso-
lanti come bastoni di legno, di
PVC, di cuoio o con pezzi di
stoffa e chiamare immediata-
mente il personale medico e
portare il paziente in ospedale.

pour nettoyer les pièces. En cas
de nécessité absolue, porter
des lunettes de sécurité à pro-
tections latérales et limiter la
pression de l’air à un maximum
de 2 ATM (1.9 BARS).
- Quand on procède à l’entretien
ou à des opérations de contrô-
le, n’utiliser pas de flammes li-
bres comme moyen d’éclaira-
ge.
- Ne pas lubrifier la machine
quand elle est en marche.
- En cas d’accident dû à l’élec-
trocution il faut détacher immé-
diatement la victime du con-
ducteur, car habituellement elle
a perdu connaissance.
Cette opération est très dange-
reuse, puisque que même la vic-
time est un conducteur: le tou-
cher signifie être foudroyé. Cou-
per l’alimentation électrique de la
machine, en ouvrant les inter-
rupteurs correspondants. Si cela
est possible, éloigner la victime
de l’accident en utilisant des
matériels isolants tels que bâ-
tons de bois, PVC, cuir ou avec
des morceaux d’étoffe, appeler
immédiatement un médecin et
amener le patient à l’hôpital.

- Benzin, Lösemittel oder andere
brennbare Flüssigkeiten wie
Reinigungsmittel nicht benut-
zen. Verwenden Sie dagegen
handelsübliche Lösemittel, die
genehmigt, nicht brennbar und
nicht giftig sind.
- Zum Reinigen der Teile keine
Druckluft verwenden. Ist dies
einmal unbedingt erforderlich,
schützen Sie die Augen mit ei-
ner Brille mit Seitenschutz und
beschränken den Druckwert
der Druckluft auf maximal 2 ATM
(1,9 bar).
- Bei der Ausführung von War-
tungsarbeiten oder zu Inspek-
tionen auf keinen Fall offenes
Feuer zum Beleuchten benut-
zen.
- Die Maschine nicht schmieren,
wenn sie in Bewegung ist.
- Bei einem Unfall infolge eines
elektrischen Schlags den Ver-
unglückten sofort vom Stromlei-
ter trennen, weil dieser in der
Regel bewusstlos ist.
Dieser Vorgang ist sehr gefähr-
lich, weil der Verunglückte selbst
ein Stromleiter geworden ist.
Wenn Sie ihn anfassen, bekom-
men Sie selbst auch einen
Schlag. Daher die Stromversor-
gung der Maschine unterbrechen,
indem Sie die entsprechenden
Schalter ausschalten. Wenn das
nicht möglich ist, trennen Sie den
Verunglückten mit Hilfe eines iso-
lierenden Mittels vom Stromleiter,
wie beispielsweise einem Stück
Holz, PVC, Leder oder Stoff. Ver-
ständigen Sie sofort das ärztli-
che Personal und bringen den Pa-
tienten ins Krankenhaus.

manomissione in generale ver-
so ogni componente della mac-
china eseguito da operai o per-
sone non autorizzate invalida la
garanzia e solleva il produttore
da ogni responsabilità per danni
a cose o persone derivanti dal
suo utilizzo.
Il produttore, inoltre, è sollevato
da ogni responsabilità nei se-
guenti casi:
- Scorretta installazione
- Improprio uso della macchina
dovuto a inadeguato persona-
le qualificato
- Mancanza di manutenzione o
manutenzione incompleta
- Uso di parti non originali, o non
specifiche secondo il modello
- Uso di ricambi non originali, o
non specifici per il modello
- Totale o parziale inosservan-
za delle istruzioni.
GUARANTEE
The user is not authorised for

service centre for any fault

Any attempt at disassembly,
modification or tampering in gen-
eral with any component of the
machine by the user or by unau-
thorised personnel, will invalidate
the guarantee and release the
manufacturer from any respon-
sibility for damage to both per-
sons and things deriving from
such action.
The manufacturer, furthermore,
is relieved from any liability in the
following cases:
- incorrect installation
- improper use of the machine
by inadequately trained per-
sonnel
- lacking or inexpert maintenance
- use of non-original spare parts,
or not specific to the model

- total or partial non-observance
of the instructions.

I dosatori devono essere utiliz-
zati solamente per gli scopi
espressamente previsti dal co-
struttore. In particolare:
- non utilizzare i dosatori se non
sono stati correttamente instal-
lati e non azionare le macchine
se il gruppo di motorizzazione
non è meccanicamente fissato
al resto del dosatore
- non utilizzare i dosatori con viti
di dosaggio non integre e non
perfettamente pulite. In questo
caso non si garantisce piena
capacità di dosaggio e unifor-
mità di portate
- non sfruttare le macchine
come punto di appoggio anche
se non funzionanti. Oltre a ro-
vinose cadute, si rischia il dan-
neggiamento delle stesse
- non intervenire sul motore elet-
trico o su qualsiasi altro com-
ponente elettrico senza avere
in precedenza scollegato le
macchine dalla linea di alimen-
tazione elettrica per evitare il
rischio di folgorazione
- non lavare le macchine con il

Permitted use
These batch feeders are spe-
cifically meant for handling pow-
ders.
Uses not permitted
The screw feeders must be
used exclusively for the purpose
for which they are manufac-
tured.
- Do not use the batch feeders
unless they are correctly in-
stalled and do not activate the
machines if the drive unit is not
fixed perfectly to the rest of
the machinery.
- Do not use the batch feeder
with metering screws that are
not in perfect condition or
clean, as this will not guaran-
tee complete metering capaci-
ty and uniform throughput.
- Do not use the machine as a
support even if it is not work-
ing. Apart from falling, there is
risk of damage to the machine.
- Do not operate on the electric
motor or other electrical com-
ponents unless the machinery
has been completely discon-
nected form the electric pow-
er supply, as there is risk of
electrocution.
- Do not wash the machine with
pressurised water jets. The
electric motor is not protected
from dust and water.
- Do not use the machine for
metering products having un-
certain composition, those that
are chemically aggressive, in-
flammable or, in any case, haz-
ardous for the machine or the
operator.
- Do not use the machine in the
open as it may be exposed to
uncertain weather and strong
temperature variations.
- Do not install near the machine
electronic systems like comput-
ers or other equipment, which
can create disturbance for the
load cell signals. Carefully read
the safety prescriptions given
in the use and maintenance
chapter.

Bestimmungswidriger Ge-
brauch
Die Dosierer dürfen nur für die
Zwecke verwendet werden, für
die sie vom Hersteller vorgesehen
sind. Insbesondere gilt folgendes:
- Die Dosierer nicht benutzen,
wenn sie nicht korrekt installiert
worden sind, und die Maschinen
nicht betätigen, wenn die An-
triebsgruppe nicht mechanisch
am Rest des Dosierers befestigt
worden ist.
- Die Dosierer nicht mit beschädig-
ten oder nicht ganz sauberen
Dosierschnecken benutzen. In
diesem Fall werden die volle Do-
sierfähigkeit und die Gleichmäßig-
keit der Fördermengen nicht ge-
währleistet.
- Die Maschinen nicht als Abstütz-
stelle benutzen, auch wenn sie
nicht laufen. Dies kann nicht nur
zum Abstürzen, sondern auch zu
Schäden an der Maschine füh-
ren.
- Nicht am Elektromotor oder an
anderen elektrische Komponen-
ten arbeiten, wenn man nicht
zuvor die Stromversorgung der
Maschine unterbrochen hat.
Sonst besteht die Gefahr elektri-
scher Schläge.
- Die Maschine nicht mit unter
Druck stehendem Wasser ab-
spritzen. Der Elektromotor ist nicht
gegen Staub und Wasser ge-
schützt.
- Keine Produkte dosieren, deren
Zusammensetzung zweifelhaft
ist, die chemisch aggressiv,

- Die Maschinen nicht im Freien
benutzen, wo sie der Witterung
und Wechseltemperaturen aus-
gesetzt wären.
- In der Nähe der Maschine keine
elektronischen Vorrichtungen
wie Rechner oder ähnliche Ge-
räte installieren, den diese könn-
ten Störsignale für die Ladezel-
len erzeugen. Außerdem sorg-
fältig die Sicherheitsvorschriften
durchlesen, die im Kapitel Ge-
brauch und im Kapitel Wartung
stehen.

C1) UNLOADING AND HAN-
DLING
On arrival prior to unloading
check if nature and quantity of
the goods comply with the ac-
knowledgement of order.
If any parts are damaged through
transport immediately state your
claims in writing on the consign-
ment note (waybill). The driver
is obliged to accept this and to
leave you a copy. Send off your
claims without hesitation to the
supplier if you received the
goods free destination or directly
to your shipping agent. If you
fail to state your claims on arriv-
al of the goods acceptance may
be denied.
Damage will be avoided during
unloading of the equipment. Bear
in mind you are handling mechan-
ical equipment. Please handle
with care.
Use lifting lugs to the pre-drilled
holes to lift and move the equip-
ment.
Use lifting equipment adequate
for the weight, the size and the
type of movement to be made.
Attach the equipment to the lift-
ing lugs with wire slings and
safety hooks.
Do not use clamps, rings, open
hooks or any other equipment
that does not guarantee safe op-
eration of wires and safety
hooks.

C1) ABLADEN UND HANDLING
Beim Empfang der Lieferung kon-
trollieren, ob Ware in Beschaf-
fenheit und Menge mit den An-
gaben in der Auftragsbestäti-
gung übereinstimmt.
Eventuelle Unstimmigkeiten und/
oder Schäden müssen unver-
züglich in der hierfür vorgese-
henen Rubrik des Frachtbriefes
eingetragen werden. Der Fah-
rer ist dazu verpflichtet, die Re-
klamation entgegen zu nehmen
und dem Empfänger eine Kopie
des Frachtbriefes zu überlas-
sen. Sollte es sich um eine Frei-
Haus Lieferung handeln, muß der
Empfänger die Reklamation an
den Lieferanten schicken; ist der
Kunde selbst Frachtzahler, direkt
an den Spediteur. Ein Entschädi-
gungsanspruch besteht nur
dann, wenn die Reklamation beim
Warenempfang in der o.g. Wei-
se erfolgt ist.
Beim Abladen und beim Handling
ist jede Beschädigung der Ware
zu vermeiden. Berücksichtigen,
daß es sich um Maschinenteile
handelt, die mit Vorsicht zu be-
handeln sind.
Zum Handling und Transport an
den Einlaufflanschbohrungen
der Schleuse mindestens zwei
Ringschrauben mit dazu passen-
den Muttern befestigen und in
die fest angezogenen Ring-
schrauben ein geeignetes Hebe-
zeug einhängen. Zum Einhängen
nur Karabinerhaken mit Siche-
rungssperren verwenden. Die
Benutzung von Klemmen, Rin-
gen, offenen Haken oder ähnli-
chem zum Einhängen an den
Ringschrauben ist verboten, da
dies zu Unfällen führen kann.

Al ricevimento della merce con-
trollare se la tipologia e la quan-
tità corrispondono con i dati del-
la conferma d’ordine.
Eventuali danni devono essere
fatti presenti immediatamente
per iscritto nell’apposito spazio
della lettera di vettura. L’autista
è obbligato ad accettare tale re-
clamo e lasciarne una copia a
Voi. Se la fornitura è franco de-
stino, inviate il Vs. reclamo a noi,
altrimenti direttamente allo spe-
dizioniere.
Se non richiederete i danni im-
mediatamente all’arrivo della
merce, la vostra richiesta po-
trebbe non essere accolta.
Evitare ogni tipo di danneg-
giamento durante lo scarico e le
movimentazioni. Tenere conto
che si tratta di materiale mecca-
nico che deve essere movimen-
tato con cura.
Sollevare e movimentare le mac-
chine solamente mediante golfa-
ri fissati ai fori esistenti. Utilizza-
re sistemi di sollevamento idonei
alle masse, alle dimensioni e agli
spostamenti da eseguire.
Eseguire l’aggancio ai golfari me-
diante grilli e utilizzare ganci con
chiusure di sicurezza. E’ vietato
l’utilizzo di morsetti, anelli, ganci
aperti o qualsiasi sistema che
non garantisca la stessa sicu-
rezza dei grilli o dei ganci con
chiusura di sicurezza.
C) TRANSPORT - RECEPTION
POIDS - EMBALLAGE
C1) DECHARGEMENT ET MA-
NUTENTION
A la réception de la marchandi-
se contrôler si la typologie et la
quantité soient conformes à la
confirmation de commande.
Si quelques pièces sont endom-
magées il faut les réclamer im-
médiatement sur le bordereau de
livraison. Le chauffeur est obli-
gé à accepter la réclamation et à
laisser une copie au destinatai-
re. Il faut envoyer la réclamation
tout de suite au fournisseur si
on a acheté franco destination
ou directement au votre transi-
taire. Si on ne réclame pas im-
médiatement, à la réception, on
perd le droit de dédommagement.
Eviter des dommages pendant le
déchargement. Tenir compte qu’il
s’agit de machines qu’il faut trai-
ter avec soin.
Soulever et manutentionner les
machines seulement au moyen
des anneaux fixés aux trous
existants. Utiliser des moyens de
levage appropriés aux masses,
aux dimensions et aux déplace-
ments à effectuer.
Accrocher les anneaux d’élin-
guage à l’aide de manilles et uti-
liser des crochets avec ferme-
ture de sécurité. L’utilisation de
mors, anneaux, crochets
ouverts ou de tout autre systè-
me ne garantissant pas la même
sécurité que les manilles ou les
crochets à fermeture de sécuri-
té est interdite.
