Installation
The luminaire must be installed and maintained by a suit-
ably qualified person in compliance with latest construc-
tion and electrical regulations and relevant legislation.
The given information from the lamp manufacturer about
the correct lamp, operation and maintenance are strictly
to be observed.
The minimum distance to the illuminated object has to
be observed (see sign inside of luminaire).
Montage
Montage und Wartung darf nur von geschultem Fachper-
sonal mit entsprechender beruflicher Qualifikation in Über-
einstimmung mit den neuesten elektrischen Installations-
und Sicherheitsvorschriften durchgeführt werden.
Die Hinweise der Leuchtmittelhersteller der eingesetzten
Lampe für Betrieb und Wartung sind unbedingt zu beachten.
Der Mindestabstand zu beleuchteten Gegenständen (siehe
Bildzeichen in der Leuchte) ist unbedingt einzuhalten.

Die Leuchte darf nur mit vollständiger Schutzabdeckung
betrieben werden. Ersetzen Sie jede gebrochene Schutz-
abdeckung.
Bei Fragen wenden Sie sich bitte an unsere technische

08:00 Uhr bis 16:00 Uhr).
Vorgehensweise
1) Die Wandbefestigung Adurch Lösen der Schrauben B
abnehmen, das Anschlusskabel durch die Wand-
befestigung führen und mit geeignetem Befestigungs-
material I(nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten) an der
Wand befestigen.
2) Das Anschlusskabel durch die Kabelverschraubung
in die Leuchte einführen, Leuchte auf die Wandbe-
festigung Asetzen und mit den Schrauben Bfest-
schrauben. Die Kabelverschraubung Cfest anziehen.
3) Die Abdeckung Edurch Lösen der Schrauben Döffnen.
4) Den Drehverschluss Fentriegeln, Gerätechassis Gab-
klappen, Steckverbindung Htrennen und Gerätechassis
aushängen. Die Anschlussleitung zuschneiden und an
die entsprechend markierten Kontakte Nulleiter (N),
Phase (L1) und Schutzleiteranschluss der Steck-
verbindung Hanschließen. Vergleichen Sie die örtlich
Spannung und Frequenz mit den Daten auf dem
Leistungsschild.
Schutzklasse II: Der Schutzleiteranschluss entfällt.
Die Anschlussleitung ist doppelt isoliert auszuführen.
Vergleichen Sie die örtliche Spannung und Frequenz
mit den Daten auf dem Leisungsschild.
5) Das Gerätechassis einhängen, die Steckverbindung
schließen, das Gerätechassis einklappen und ver-
riegeln. Setzen Sie ausschließlich den auf dem
Leistungsschild angegebenen Lampentyp ein.
6) Die Abdeckung Eschließen und die Schrauben D
festziehen.
The luminaire shall be operated only with complete protec-
tion cover. Replace any broken protection cover.

Installation Procedure
1) Loosen screws Band take off wall fixing A. Lead the
connecting cable through the wall fixing and fasten
to the wall with suitable fixing material I(not supllied
by WE-EF).
2) Lead the connecting cable through the cable gland
inside the luminaire. Attach luminaire on to wall fixing
Aand firmly tigthen with screws B. Firmly tighten
cable gland C.
3) Loosen screws Dand open cover E.
4) Release quarter-turn fastener F, remove gear tray G.
Detach male side of terminal connector H. Cut the
corresponding connecting line and connect to the
respective terminals in the terminal connector H
(N = neutral, L1 = phase, = earthing). Check that
rating shown on the luminaire label conforms with
the mains electrical supply.
Class II: No protection earth is required. The power
cord has to be double insulated according to class II.
Compare the local voltage and frequency with the
data mentioned on the label of the luminaire.
5) Match male to female side of terminal connector.
Reposition gear tray, and secure in position by turning
quarter-turn fastener clockwise until it clicks into place.
Fit appropriate lamp by inserting it firmly into the lam-
pholder.
6) Close cover Eand firmly tigthen screws D.

Lamp Replacement and Maintenance
Do not open luminaire while in operation or while mains
supply is switched on!
1) Switch off the mains electrical supply.
2) Loosen screws Dand open cover E. Clean with a suit-
able mild detergent. Check gaskets for damage and
replace if necessary.
3) Exchange lamp (lamp type, -performance and base
must correspond to the data mentioned on the
luminaire label).
4) Close cover Eand firmly fasten screws D.
Protect our enviroment: Discard used lamps in compliance
with the most recent environmental legislation.
Lampenwechsel und Wartung
Leuchtengehäuse nicht während des Betriebes öffnen!
1) Spannungsfreiheit der Anschlussleitung herstellen.
2) Durch Lösen der Schrauben Ddie Abdeckung Eauf-
klappen und mit geeigneten Reinigungsmitteln säu-
bern. Dichtung auf Funktionsfähigkeit überprüfen und
ggf. austauschen.
3) Lampe wechseln (Lampentyp, -leistung und Sockel
müssen mit den Angaben auf dem Leuchtenleistungs-
schild übereinstimmen).
4) Abdeckung Eschließen, und die Schrauben Dfestzie-
hen.
Für die Entsorgung der Lampe sind die zur Zeit gültigen
Umweltgesetze zu beachten.
