USA
Webasto Product North America. Inc. would like to thank you for
purchasing a Hollandia 900 Series Sunroof. Below you will find
everything you need to know about your 900 series twin panel tilting
and sliding sunroof. In order to achieve maximum sunroof
functionality, please read through these instructions carefully. Happy
motoring!
SOFT-TOUCH SWITCH
Make sure that your vehicle ignition is ON.
By quickly pressing the switch (approx. 0.1 seconds) the sunroof
will open or close immediately (depending on the position
of the panels). Movement of the panels can be stopped by quickly
pressing the switch again.
By quickly pushing the single or double vent button, the
glass panels will move immediately into the corresponding
positions.
CLOSING OF THE SUNROOF
By quickly pushing the close button , regardless of the panels
position, the panels will close immediately.
AUTO-CLOSE
Whenturningoff yourvehiclesignition,youwill hear abeep sound
to remind you that the auto-close will be activated. After three
seconds the sunroof will close automatically and will let you know
by beeping once.
Should you require the sunroof to stop, while closing, quickly
press the switch or . You can also prevent the panels from
closing by pressing the switch or during the three second
interval.
When you switch the ignition on, the sunroof opens and closes in
the normal manner.
ANTI-PINCH PROTECTION (Safety Feature)
The anti-pinch protection activates when the sunroof is closed ei-
ther by soft-touch control or in auto-close mode.
Should either panel encounter an obstacle while closing, it
immediately opens again:
• Ignition ON, Soft-Touch control:
The sunroof will try to close (max. 8 times) until the obstacle
has been removed.
• Ignition OFF, Auto Close:
If the sunroof detects an obstruction one time, the sunroof will
stop and remain open and anti-pinch will be deactivated.
With this feature you are able to program a preset position for the
panels of the sunroof. The panels will move to the preset position
when quickly operating the comfort button .
PROGRAMMING THE COMFORT POSITION:
1. Place the panels in the desired position using button or
.
2. Push the comfort button and hold the button for about 6
seconds until you hear a beep.
On opening the sunroof with comfort button (press approx. 0.1
sec.) the panels will stop in the preset position.
ROCKER SWITCH
OPENING THE SUNROOF
Make sure that your vehicles ignition is ON.
By quickly pressing the switch (approx. 0.1 seconds) the
sunroof will open to the “double vent” position immediately.
By quickly pressing the switch again, the sunroof will move
to the “single vent” position.

By quickly pressing the switch a third time, the sunroof will
move to the “max. slide open” position. Movement of the panel
can be stopped by quickly pressing the switch again.
By continuously pressing the switch the glass panels will
move from position "fully closed", via "double vent" and "single
vent" to "max. slide open". Stop pressing the switch when the sun-
roof has reached the desired position.
CLOSING OF THE SUNROOF
By continuously pressing the switch the glass panels will
close. Stop pressing the switch when the roof has reached the de-
sired position.
MAINTENANCE
GLASS PANELS
The tinted glass panels are heat and UV resistant. To clean the glass
panels use only a mild, non-scratching detergent and a moist cloth.
When starting your journey you are advised not to open the sunroof if
there is moisture on the glass panels. Please drive for a few minutes
to ensure that all moisture has disappeared before opening the roof.
CLEANING
Keep all openings free of dirt, leaves, and other foreign objects.
Clean the drain hoses when blocked.
WARRANTY
Webasto Product North America Inc. warrants the Webasto Hollandia
900 sunroof series be free from defects and with good workmanship
for their normal use.
The warranty covers all component parts and labor of the Hollandia
900 series and is valid for a period of 3 years or 36,000 miles (which-
ever occurs first) when installed and serviced by a Webasto Author-
ized Installer. This warranty is transferrable.
The warranty applies only when the sunroof has been installed in
accordance with Webasto installation instructions. Defects caused by
rough handling, incorrect use, accident and broken glass are not
covered bythis warranty. Transportation costs are at the responsibility
of the owner.
Proof of original purchase with date of installation is required to
receive warranty service.
All obligations of Webasto Product North America Inc. under this
warranty shall be terminated if:
• Service is performed by someone other than a Webasto
Authorized Installer.
• The product is modified or altered in a way not approved by
Webasto Product North America Inc.
• The owner cannot produce evidence of original purchase, and
installation date.
WEBASTO PRODUCT NORTH AMERICA INC MAKES NO OTHER
WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED;
AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHICH EXCEED THE
ABOVE STATED OBLIGATIONS ARE DISCLAIMED BY WEBASTO
PRODUCT NORTH AMERICA INC. AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS
AGREEMENT.
