The mobile heating belt is dedicated to
protecting the waist area and providing warmth
which helps stimulate the circulation in areas of
tense muscle on the lower back. It can be used
indoor and outdoor and is designed to be used
for many years if it is properly used. Read the
instruction carefully to prevent damage or danger
caused by incorrect use. Keep this instruction
manual at an easy-to-access location so you can
refer back when necessary.
If you let somebody else use this product, please
pass on this instruction manual as well and make
sure the user has read it before using.

4D DWF® Technology (please see fig. C)
A specially-designed heating module is used in all of Wellcare’s mobile
heating products. This heating module utilizes WELLCARE’s recent
and the most innovative technology–4D DWF®. While this technology
pioneers in the flexible heating industry, its production process is also the
state of the art.
Our physical living environment consists of three dimensions, width,
length, and depth; hence, the term “3D”. As Wellcare introduces to you
the 4D DWF® technology, the “temperature” brought to you by dynamic
flow of warmth is the definition of the fourth dimension. 4D DWF®
employs concepts of breathing system which creates full-body heat
circulation for heat to disperse evenly, thoroughly, and quickly. The heat
is generated by heating elements, builds up and gathers around several
hundred uniquely designed circular holes. Through these holes, the heat
flows bi-directionally to create a gentle heat flow and the thermal energy
can flow rapidly to warm up human bodies.

work, return it to the supplier before switching it
on again.

• Before connecting the charger to the wall
socket, please make sure the wall socket is with
the same mains voltage rating as stated on the
rating label on the charger.
• The appliance must not be used when folded or
crumpled.
• This appliance must not be used by persons
insensitive to heat and other very vulnerable
persons who are unable to react to overheating.
• Do not use the appliance for persons who
cannot move without help, small children,
persons who cannot feel heat, or animals.
Persons who can feel heat to some extent may
only use the appliance with supervision.
• Do not operate this mobile heating belt
unsupervised.
• Caution! Never fall asleep while the appliance is
in operation.
• Prolonged use can cause burns to the skin.
• When the appliance will be used for an extended
period (falling asleep), the temperature setting
should be adjusted to the lowest level (setting
1) for continuous use to avoid overheating on the
same body part, which may lead to burns to the
skin.
• Do not pierce the appliance with needles, pins or
other sharp objects.

• Do not tug, twist or make sharp bends to the
cables.
• Do not expose the charger nor rechargeable
battery pack to moisture or liquids.
• Do not use the appliance when it is damp or
wet.
• If the appliance is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer or qualified persons to
prevent hazards.
• The rechargeable battery pack should not be
placed on or beneath or covered by any sources
of heat when the mobile heating belt is in use or
when charging.
• Avoid sharp bending or bundling of the
appliance.
• While the appliance is switched on,
- Do not place any large or heavy objects on it
such as suitcases, etc.,
- Do not place any sources of heat on it such
as hot water bottles, heating pads or
suchlike.
• Do not fold the appliance when it is hot.
• Children shall not play with this appliance.
• Children below the age of three (0~3) are not
allowed to use this device due to their inability
to react to overheating.
• This device may not be used by young children
over the age of three(3) unless the control unit
has been pre-set by a parent or guardian or the
child has been adequately instructed on how to
operate the control unit safely.

• This appliance may be used by children over the
age of eight(8), and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience or knowledge if they have
been supervised or instructed concerning use
of the appliance in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved.
• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be
made by children without supervision.
• If you have any concerns about health issues,
please consult with your doctor before using the
appliance.
• If you use a pacemaker, please consult your
doctor and the manufacturer of the pacemaker
before using this product due to the EMF
(electromagnetic fields) emanated from this
electric product may interfere with functions of
your pacemaker under certain circumstances.
• Do not use this appliance on pets or other
animals.
• Do not try to open the rechargeable battery or
the charger nor to drop them to the floor.
• If you do not use the heating belt daily,
disconnect the DC power plug from the battery
pack.
• When the product will not be used for a
period of time, we recommend that you store it
in the original packaging.
- Allow it to cool down before the storage.
- Do not crease the heating pad by placing
items on top of it during storage.
- Store it in a dry place away from any liquids

• The rechargeable battery pack must be fully
charged before being used for the first time
(Please see : Introduction of rechargeable
battery pack).
• When the charging is finished, always
disconnect the battery pack and the charger
from the wall socket.
• The device can only be used with rechargeable
temperature control (Model no. : WE-221a) and
charger (Model no. : RSS1002-101084-W2E).
• Useonlytheoriginalcharger(Model
no. : RSS1002-101084-W2E) to charge the
rechargeable battery. The charger should not
be used for any other batteries, especially non-
rechargeable batteries.
• Do not use the heating belt directly on your
skin. Only use it on top of clothing.
• Do not use the heating belt while lying down.

INTRODUCTION OF RECHARGEABLE BATTERY
PACK
The rechargeable battery pack(2) works as a
temperature control unit with power switch button.
Blue LEDs display as 4 temperature settings and
Green LED shows the state of charge.

1. The rechargeable battery pack must be fully
charged (for at least 5 hours) before being used
for the first time or not having been used for
a long time. One single fully charge allows you
to use this heating belt 5 hours at the highest
temperature setting.
2. Always charge the battery pack in a dry
environment at normal room temperature and do
not let the battery pack be covered by any
objects.
3. In order to charge the battery pack, connect
the charger(1) to the battery pack(2) first, then
connect the charger(1) to the wall socket. During
the charging process, green LED will flash.
4. When the battery pack(2) is fully charged, the
green LED will keep lighting up. Remove the
charger(1) from the wall socket and disconnect
the battery pack (2) from the charger(1).
5. If you want to check the state of charge of the
battery pack(2), you may press the power switch
button. Please make sure the battery pack(2)
is not connected to the heating pad(3) nor the
charger(1) :
- If the green LED lights up constantly for 3
seconds, the state of charge is more than 25%
- If the green LED flashes 3 times in 1 second,
the state of charge is below 25%. Please
recharge the battery pack before using it.
6. Please note that the battery pack must be
protected against extreme weather (such as
placing it under clothing in very cold weather) to
maintain its performance.
7. The battery pack should be charged at least one

time per year to main its capacity.
8. We highly recommend to use and store the
battery pack :
- Operatingtemperature:0~45°C
- Storagetemperature:-10~45°C,best
recommended:-10~25°C
PREPARING FOR USE (please see fig.B)
Always make sure the detachable heating pad is
not folded during use.
1. Attach the detachable heating pad to the
middle area of the inner side of the belt. Make
sure the heating pad is without being folded
and the DC power plug is on the side of the
battery pocket.
2. Connect the DC power plug to the battery
pack. Insert the rechargeable battery pack into
the battery pocket. Make sure the connection
socket on the battery pack is put upward and
the LEDs can be seen through the window of
the battery pocket.
3. Set the desired temperature level (1-4) by
pressing the power switch button repeatedly
and the device is now ready for use.
4. Elastic compression belt is optional. If you want
a stronger support to the body, attach it to the
middle of outer side of the belt.
5. Place the heating pad area around your lower
back or your abdomen.
6. Secure the belt by fastening the Velcro.

RAPID HEATING
The mobile heating belt is with the rapid heating
function for user to feel warmth within 7-10 minutes
after it is switched on at temperature setting 4.
TIMER FUNCTION
Now you can enjoy the pleasant warmth. After

This device can be also used without the
detachable heating pad to enjoy the nature
warmth from the body temperature, or to keep
the body contour for daily use. Please put the
heating pad flat in the storage bag; keep it in a
dry place and without any contact to liquids, heat
or any heavy objects on the top of it.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
When the mobile heating belt is in use, you
can increase the temperature level by pressing
repeatedly the power switch button on the
rechargeable battery pack(2). The blue LEDs will
display as :

CAUTION
1. Do not use the mobile heating belt when the heating pad is folded,
creased or drawn together.
2. The rechargeable battery pack may be slightly warm during the
operation. Therefore, the battery pack must not be covered or
placed on top of any heating sources.
3. You should not gauge the heating belt’s temperature by hands
because the skin on your body is more sensitive than hands. The
temperature may feel lukewarm by hand but could be unpleasantly
hot to your body.
4. The repairs to the mobile heating belt may only be undertaken by
qualified persons by using original replacement parts. Repairs
carried out by unqualified persons may cause substantial risk to the
user.
CLEANING AND CARE
This mobile heating belt is machine washable
• Thecharger(1)andtherechargeablebatterypack(2)CANNOTbe
washed.
• Beforecleaning,alwaysdisconnectthebatterypack(2)fromthe
heating pad(3) and remove it from the battery pocket(7).
• Useadryclothtocleanthebatterypack(2)onlyinsteadofusing
any chemical or corrosive cleaning agents.
• Minorstainscanberemovedwithaclothordampspongewitha
little liquid mild detergent.
• Pleasenotethatthemobileheatingbeltshouldnotbedry-cleaned,
wrung out, machine-dried, pressed or ironed.

OVERHEAT PROTECTION
This mobile heating belt is equipped with a safety
temperature control that regulates the temperature
automatically and prevents the heating pad from
becoming too hot.

fastening ring on the detachable heating
pad.
- Close the belt by fastening the Velcro.
• Fordark color products, always wash
separately.
• Inordertodryit,laytheapplianceatona
moisture-absorbent towel, mat or on a clothes
horse.
• Pleasenotethatexcessivewashingwillwearouttheheatingpad.
For this reason, the appliance should only be washed a maximum of
15 times throughout its entire life.
• Donotusepegsorsimilaritemstoattachtheheatingpadtothe
clothes horse, otherwise the heating pad may be damaged.
• Onlyusethemobileheatingbeltwhenitiscompletedry.
• Neverswitchontheappliancetodryit.
STORAGE
If this appliance will not be used for a long time, we highly recommend :
• Disconnecttheheatingpadandtherechargeablebatterypack.
• Alwayslettheappliancetocooldownrstbeforestorage.
• Storetheapplianceinthestoragebag;putitinadryandcoolplace.
• Bestrecommendedtemperature:-10~25°C,relativehumidity:60±
25%.
• Donotplaceanyobjectsonthetopofthemobileheatingbelt.

BATTERY REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL
The battery cells must be removed from the battery pack before being
scrapped. Disconnect the battery pack, open the covers of battery

WARRANTY
Please note Wellcare provides two-year limited warranty for this
product. Wellcare warrants that this product will be free from defects in
materials and workmanship for a period of two years beginning on the
date of purchase.
During the two-year period beginning on the date of purchase,
Wellcare will replace defective products covered under this limited
warranty. Please note a clear copy of the purchase receipt for the
product is required. To request limited warranty service, please return
the defective product to the store where you purchased it with the
clear copy of purchase receipt within the limited warranty period. The
replacement product will assume the remaining limited warranty of the
original product.
We advise you to call our helpdesk for any problems regarding the
product before returning it to the store where you purchased it.
However, please note that our limited warranty does not cover
any damage due to shipment of the products to you and external
causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical
power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to
perform reasonable maintenance, problems caused by use of parts
and components not supplied by Wellcare, and problems caused by
unauthorized repair of Wellcare’s product. Furthermore, our limited
warranty does not cover any damage due to the defects known to exist

pack can be disposed safely. Never put the battery pack into the fire or
close to heat to avoid explosion. Dispose the battery cells to the special
recycle location only.
Be careful of leaking liquid from the battery. Do not let it touch your
handoranyotherpartofthebody.Useanyothertooltoremovethe
battery if the leakage occurs.
This appliance must not be disposed together with
domestic waste. Please dispose of this appliance in
accordance with Directive 2002/96/EC on Waste
Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). If
there is any question, please contact the municipal
authority for more information about disposal in
your area.
