READ CAREFULLY AND KEEP FOR FUTURE
REFERENCE
Read this manual thoroughly before first use, even if you
are familiar with this type of product. The safety precautions
enclosed herein reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and
injury when correctly adhered to. Make sure you understand
all instructions and warnings. Keep the manual in a safe place
for future reference, along with any warranty information, your
purchase receipt and the original packaging carton. If you sell or
transfer ownership of this product, pass on these instructions to
the new owner of the product.
Use this appliance to curl human hair only. Do not use this
appliance on artificial hair or animals.
IMPORTANT! The appliance may have different results
depending on hair type. Therefore, we recommend to do a
trial at a hidden spot before first use. Not recommended on
damaged or bleached hair.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:
• Do not place near edge of a bench or table during
operation.
• Ensure the surface is dry, level, clean and free of liquid
and other substances
• Do not leave the appliance unattended when in use.
Always ensure the appliance is switched off and
unplugged.
• Fully unwind the cord before use.

• To protect against electric shock, do not immerse the
power cord, plug or appliance in water or any other liquid.
• Do not allow the cord to hang over the edge of the table
or bench, touch hot surfaces or become knotted.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons
(including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless given supervision or instruction concerning use of
the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play
with this appliance.
• If the supply cord is damaged, do not use. Any repairs
to the product must be carried out by qualified electrical
person only or the product must be disposed of.
• This product is intended for household use only, not
designed for commercial industrial purposes. Do not use
it outdoors.
• NEVER grasp the appliance, power cable or power plug
with wet hands.
• Always remove the power cable from the socket by
pulling on the plug, do not pull the cable itself.
• Please do not attempt to dismantle the appliance.
• When appliance is used in bathroom, unplug after
use since proximity of water presents a hazard when
appliance is switched off.
• Do not use outdoors when aerosol (spray) products are
being used or where oxygen is being administered.

CARE, CLEANING AND STORAGE
• ATTENTION: turn off the appliance before cleaning and
disconnect the plug from the power outlet.
• ATTENTION: do not use any alcohol, acetone, gasoline,
abrasive cleaning objects to clean the plastic components.
Do not use hard brushes or metal objects for cleaning.
• RISK OF BURNING!: do not attempt to clean the appliance
while it is still hot.
• Wipe the appliance with a dry cloth.
• Never submerge the appliance in water or let water run over
the heating plates or the appliance.
• The heating plates can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Dry
thoroughly after cleaning.
• Store the appliance in a cool, dry location, away from
children and pets.
• After use, do not wrap the cord around the appliance as it
may cause the cord to fracture.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
• Do not leave the appliance unattended.
• To avoid a build-up of heat, NEVER cover the appliance.
Do not use the appliance under a blanket or other poorly
ventilated locations.
• Avoid addition of heat from other sources like direct
sunlight and other heating appliances.
• Do not use an extension cable.

• For additional protection, the installation of a residual
current device (RCD/ Safety switch) having a rated
residual operating current not exceeding 30mA is
advisable in the electrical circuit supplying the product.
If unsure, check with your electrician.
CAUTION! Risk of Burning! The appliance gets very
hot during use! Only touch the handle and switch.
Avoid all contact with ears, eyes, face and neck.
Never touch the heating tongs.
WARNING! Do not use this appliance near bathtubs,
showers, basins or other vessels containing water.

Product Overview

5. Increase temperature: press repeatedly to increase the
temperature of the barrels.
6. Decrease temperature: press repeatedly to lower the
temperature of the barrels. Press and hold to lock/
unlock.
7. On/Off switch: press and hold to turn the device on.
The LCD display will light up when on. Press and hold
the switch again to turn the device off.

Operation
• Connect the power cord to a power source.
• Press and hold the on/off switch until the LCD display
lights up, indicating the device is on.
• Start with the lowest temperature setting (80°C) by
pressing the decrease temperature button repeatedly.
• Wait until the barrel has reached the set temperature.
• Press the barrel clamp lever to open the clamp. Take a
section of hair no more than 3cm wide. Place the hair
strands between the barrel and the clamp, then release
the clamp lever so that the hair is fixed.
• Rotate the handle so that the strand of hair is rolled up.
• Comb and clamp each section of hair, holding for 2-5
seconds.
• Repeat this until satisfied with the desired hair waves.
• Let your hair cool before styling or brushing, as this will
help you to prolong the wave style.
Notes:
• It is recommended to first test it on a strand of hair to
check that the temperature is appropriate for your hair.
• For optimal results, wash your hair with shampoo and
conditioner, then dry your hair thoroughly and ensure it
is tangle free prior to styling.
• The barrels must be kept at a minimum distance of 30-
50mm from the roots of your hair to avoid burn.
