Place the back therapy onto a flat, comfortable surface. Sit
down and lay your back over the back therapy. Turn on the
massager. You may find it comfortable to use a pillow to sup-
port your neck and head. The back therapy's reversible
design allows you to concentrate therapy on both your lower
and upper back. Simply turn the back therapy around to
switch from a lower back massage to an upper back mas-
sage. Gentle pressure-point nodes are anatomically posi-
tioned to stimulate natural muscle relaxation. Vibration is
added to help increase circulation and enhance natural heal-
ing. Passively extend the spine as you breathe deeply and
let the back therapy release tension from your back. This
relaxing design alleviates postural stress and decreases
spinal stiffness. Unique composite construction provides a
soft, comfortable surface with underlying firm support.
Press the left side of the switch
to select the vibration. Turn the
switch to the right to shut it off.
