BEFOREFIRSTUSE
Functions
Inordertoremoveanyprotectivesubstancesontheheatingelements,itis
necessarytoruntheovenemptyfor20minutes.Ensuretheareaiswellventilated
astheovenmayemitvapors.Thesevaporsaresafeandarenotdetrimentaltothe
performanceoftheoven.
1. Removeandsafelydiscardanypackingmaterial,promotionallabelsandtape
fromtheoven.
2. Removethepizzastonefromitspackagingandplacethepizzastoneinthe
ovencavity.
3. Wipetheinterioroftheovenwithasoft,dampsponge.
4. Placetheovenonaaclean,flat,stablesurface.Clearthespacebeforemoving
yourovenintoposition.Removeanyflammableobjectsandmaterials,
includingtablecloths.Thinkaboutventilationwhenchoosingasuitableplace
foryouroven.Veryhighcookingtemperaturescansometimescausefood
toburn,whichcanproducesmoke.Ensurethereisaminimumdistanceof4"
(10cm)ofspaceonbothsidesoftheovenand6”(15cm)above.
5. Unwindthepowercordcompletelyandinsertthepowerplugintoagrounded
poweroutlet.
6. SwitchonthePOWERON,theovenwillsoundandthedisplaywillilluminate
for3secondsandthenturno.
7. PresstheTEMPDIAL,thedisplaywillshowtherecommendedTEMPandTIME,
presstheTEMPdialonemoretimetostarttheoven.
8. Putthedooronandlettheovenrunfor20minutes.
9. Theovenisnowreadytouse.
OPERATINGYOUROVEN
Duetotheextremelyhightemperaturesbeingachieved,pleaseensuretoplacethe
oveninawell-ventilatedarea,asitwillemitsmokewhencooking.
1. Insertthepizzastoneintothepizzaovencavity.
2. Insertthepowerplugintoagroundedpoweroutlet.
3. Theovenalertwillsoundandthedispalywillilluminatefor3secondsandthen
turno.Theovenentersstandbymodel.
4. PresstheTEMPdial,theTEMPandTIMEindicatorlightwillflashanddisplay
therecommendedTEMPandTIMEspecifictothesetting.

6. Allowtheoventopreheatuntilthesettemperaturereached,thepreheating
timecanvarybetween0–60minutesdependingontheselectedpreset.Use

7. Useapizzapeeltoplacethepizzadirectlyonthepizzastone.
8. PresstheTIMEdialtostartthecountdowntimer.
9. Attheendofthecookingcycle,theovenalertwillsoundandtheTIMEdial
lightswillflashandthengoout.
10. Removeyourpizzaandenjoy.
SETTINGOFTEMPERATURE
1. Turnleft-handTEMPdialclockwisetoraisetheoventemperature,pressthe
dialtoSETthedesiredtemperature.
2. TurnTEMPdialcounterclockwisetolowertheoventemperature,pressthe
dialtoSETthedesiredtemperature.
3. Temperaturesetto850F(MaxTemp).
4. PressandtheTempdialandholdfor2secondstostoptheheating,thedevice
willenterstandbymode.
5. TheoventemperaturecanbeadjustedduringthecoursebypressingtheTEMP
dial,whentheTEMPindicatorflash,turnthedialtogetyourdesiredvalueand
pressoncetoset.
SETTINGOFTIME
1. TurnTIMEdialcounterclockwisetoreducetheamountofthetimeonthe
timer,orrotateto0tocancel,pressthedialtoSETdesiredtime.
2. TurnTIMEdialclockwisetoincreasetheamountofthetimeonthetimer,
maximalcookingtimeis60minutes.
3. Oncethetimeriscomplete,theovenstopsheatingandthedeviceenter
standbymode.
4. PresstheTEMPdialtostartanothercycleifneeded.
