Clean the Hamburger Press thoroughly before each use.
TO SET THE DESIRED PATTY THICKNESS:
1. AdjusttheWing NutallthewaytothetopoftheAdjustment Screw by
turningitcounter-clockwise.
2. UsetheWeight MarkingsontheShafttomeasurethepattythickness.
(Theindicationlineforthedesiredweightshouldbesettotheedgeonthetop
oftheHamburger Press.)
3. Holdontothe Thickness Adjustment Knob andturntheAdjustment
Screw upordowntoreachthedesiredpattythickness.
4. HoldtheAdjustment ScrewinplaceandturntheLocking Wing Nutuntil
ittightensagainstthetopoftheHamburger Press.CAUTION:DONOT
over-tightentheLocking Wing Nut,damagetothethreadsmayoccur.

TO MAKE PATTIES:
1. Oncethedesiredweighthasbeenselected,placeappropriateamountof
groundmeatontotheBaseoftheHamburger Press.
NOTE:Whenadjustingyourpattyweight,allowfor10%to20%shrinkage
whenfullycooked.
2. ClosetheCovertightlyuntiltheexcessmeatbulgesoutoftheHamburger
Press.
3. RemoveanyexcessmeatfromtheoutsideoftheHamburger Press.
4. OpentheHamburger Presstorevealyourperfectlymadepatty.
HELPFUL TIP: Placeapieceofwaxedpattypaperunderthemeatand
anotherontopofthemeatbeforeclosingtheHamburger Press.Thiswill
makeiteasiertoremovethepatty.Forbestresults,meatshouldbebetween
36O(2OC)and40OF(4OC).
5. Thoroughlyclean&drytheHamburger Pressbeforestoring.

TheproductmustbedeliveredtoorshippedfreightprepaidtoWestonProductsLLCforwarrantyservices,
ineitheritsoriginalpackagingorsimilarpackagingaffordinganequaldegreeofprotection.Damagedueto
shippingisnottheresponsibilityofthecompany.WestonProductsLLCchargesa$35.00perhourbench
charge.NOTE:Norepairswillbestartedwithouttheauthorizationofthecustomer.Thereturnshippingcost
tothecustomerwillbeaddedtotherepairinvoice.
WestonProductsLLCwillrepair(oratitsdiscretion,replace)theproductfreeofcharge,ifinthejudgment
ofthecompany,ithasbeenproventobedefectiveastoseller’slaborandmaterial,withinthewarrantyperiod.
Neworrebuiltreplacementsforfactorydefectivepartswillbesuppliedforone(1)yearfromthedateof
purchase.Replacementpartsarewarrantedfortheremainderoftheoriginalwarrantyperiod.

LIMITATIONS: Thewarrantyisvoidiftheproductisusedforanypurposeotherthanthatforwhichitis
designed.Theproductmustnothavebeenpreviouslyaltered,repaired,orservicedbyanyoneelseother
thanWestonProductsLLC.Ifapplicable,theserialnumbermustnothavebeenalteredorremoved.The
productmustnothavebeensubjectedtoaccidentintransitorwhileinthecustomer’spossession,misused,
abused,oroperatedcontrarytotheinstructionscontainedintheinstructionmanual.Thisincludesfailure
causedbyneglectofreasonableandnecessarymaintenance,improperlinevoltageandactsofnature.This
warrantyisnottransferableandappliesonlytoU.S.andCanadiansales.
Excepttotheextentprohibitedbyapplicablelaw,nootherwarrantieswhetherexpressedorimplied,
includingwarrantymerchantabilityandtnessforaparticularpurpose,shallapplytothisproduct.Underno
circumstancesshallWestonProductsLLCbeliableforconsequentialdamagessustainedinconnectionwith
saidproductandWestonProductsLLCneitherassumesnorauthorizesanyrepresentativeorotherpersonto
assumeforitanyobligationorliabilityotherthansuchasisexpresslysetforthherein.Anyapplicableimplied
warrantiesarealsolimitedtotheone(1)yearperiodofthelimitedwarranty.
Thiswarrantycoversonlytheproductanditsspecicparts,notthefoodorotherproductsprocessedinit.
