6. Unscrew the assembled screws to take out the Base. Make sure you place the Screws at the proper position
for future use.
7. Unscrew the assembled Cam Locks to take out the Base. Make sure you place the Cam Locks at the proper
position for future use.

9. Unscrew the assembled Cam Locks to take out the Partition Panel assembly. Make sure you place the Cam
Locks at the proper position for future use.

10. Unscrew the assembled Cam Locks to take out the Middle Crossbar. Make sure you place the Cam Locks at
the proper position for future use.
11. Unscrew the assembled Cam Locks to take out the Middle Stiles. Make sure you place the Cam Locks at
the proper position for future use.

1. Attach the Left Middle Stile (M) to the Left Lower Partition Panel (E) by engaging three Cam Locks (1).
2. Attach the Right Middle Stile (N) to the Right Lower Partition Panel (F) by engaging three Cam Locks (1).

3. Attach the Middle Crossbar (L) between the Lower Partition Panels (E and F) by engaging two Cam Locks
(1).
4. Attach the Partition Panel assembly to the Center Shelf by engaging the Cam Locks.

5. Attach the Base to the Lower Partition Panels and Side Panels with six Screws (7).
6. Tightly screw the Cam Locks.

7. Stand the assembled unit upright.
8. Now, go back and tighten all Cam Locks and Screws, make sure that all the parts are tight and there are no
gaps between the parts, this will help keep the unit square.
9. Align and attach two Lower Back Panels to the mantel with the Washer Head Screws, using the pilot holes
as a guide.
NOTE: We recommend attaching back panel with the screws at the corners first.
10. Using the pilot holes as a guide, attach two Metal Brackets at the joints where the Middle Crossbar (L)
meets the Middle Stiles (M and N) with four 12 mm Flat Head Screws (4).

11. Lift the fireplace insert carefully into the back of the assembled mantel and center it in the opening. DO
NOT drag the insert across the Bottom Panel (C) as it may scratch the unit.
12. Fasten the fireplace insert to the mantel with six insert screws as shown.
13. Open the Doors (S) and insert four Shelf Supports (11) into the desired holes inside each side compartment.
Make sure you place the four shelf supports in the same level so the shelf is not tilted. Rest the adjustable
Shelves (T) onto the Shelf Supports (11).
