OVERVIEW
WARNINGS
1. Do not operate where aerosol spray products are used or oxygen is being administered.
2. Use product only for its intended use as described herein.
3. This product is for a single user and should not be shared between users.
4. Only use Willow Go™ Breast Pump parts. Do not substitute or modify pump parts.
5. The product contains parts, such as the USB Charging Cable, which may present a hazard. Keep out of
reach of children.
6. Do not attempt to open or repair Pump Body. No modication of this equipment is allowed. The pump
contains an internal non-replaceable lithium-ion battery pack.
7. Pump Body is not a serviceable part.
8. Never operate product if USB Charging Cable is damaged or not working properly.
9. To protect against re, electric shock and injury to users, do not immerse pump, USB cable or charger in
water. If these components are immersed in water, do not operate the pump.
10. Do not operate if Pump is damaged or not working properly.
11. Misuse of the breast pump may result in the risk of re, electric shock and/or personal injury.

12. Willow Go™ Breast Pump is not provided sterile and must be cleaned, and the washable parts boiled for
5 minutes before rst use.
13. If the power adapter casing or wiring becomes loose, separated, or frayed, stop use of the power
adapter immediately and contact the device manufacturer. Stop using the device immediately if you
note any smoke or burning from the pump unit or power adapter.
14. Do not use the breast pump while driving, when sleep/drowsy, or while lying down.
15. Care should be taken when storing your Pump and associated parts. Improper storage of the device
(e.g., storing wet components, inappropriate temperatures, exposure to sunlight, etc.) may result in
damage to the device and cause harm to the device user.
16. The Willow Go™ Breast Pump is not intended to be used during air transport.
17. If you are a mother who is infected with Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C or Human Immunodeciency Virus
(HIV), pumping breast milk will not reduce or remove the risk of transmitting the virus to your baby
through your breast milk.
18. Containers Bowls are marked with the maximum ll level at 5 ounces (150 milliliters). Monitor milk level
during pumping to ensure overll does not occur.
19. If you feel excessive warmth from the Willow Go™ Breast Pump while pumping, stop pumping
immediately and remove pump. Contact Willow.

PRECAUTIONS
1. If package appears damaged or tampered with before use, do not use and contact Customer Care.
2. If pumping is uncomfortable, change suction, turn o and reposition Pump, or remove the Pump and
discontinue session. Consult your healthcare professional.
3. Before each use visually inspect each part for signs of wear and tear (cracks, chips, tears, discoloration or
deterioration). In the event that damage to the device is observed, discontinue use until the parts have been
replaced.
4. If discomfort is felt, then suction can be broken by inserting a nger between the breast and the ange.
5. If irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use and see a doctor.
6. Before use, ensure that your hands and the breast pump are clean.
7. Read all instructions before using the Willow Go™ Breast Pump.

The Willow Go™ Breast Pump is a powered breast pump to be used by lactating women to express and
collect milk from their breasts. The device is intended for a single user.

USAGE & OPERATING LIFE
The Willow Go™ Pump has an expected operating life of 12 months.
The Pump Diaphragm, Container Duckbill Valve, Container Bowl, Container Back, and Flange are reusable
parts and should be cleaned after each use. The expected operating life of these components is 3 months.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Willow Go™ Breast Pump (SKU PDL60) is a personal use, wearable breast pump for single and double
pumping. The product contains two (2) of each of the following parts and accessories listed here: Pump,
Pump Diaphragm, Container Duckbill Valve, 5 ounce (150 milliliter) Container Bowl, Container Back, 21 mm
Flange, 24 mm Flange, and USB Charging Cable. The Breast Pump is not provided sterile. Prior to rst use,
wipe down Pump with 70-90% ethyl or isopropyl alcohol. Clean the 5 washable parts (milk-contacting parts
and diaphragm) and then boil for 5 minutes. For routine Pump and parts cleaning, see instructions provided
on pages 21-23.

Pump Diaphragm, Container Back, Container Duckbill Valve, Container Bowl 5oz, Container Bowl 7oz,

2. GETTING STARTED: BEFORE FIRST USE
BEFORE FIRST USE
Check your Flange t
Use the Nipple Sizing Tool included in the box to measure your nipple and nd your Flange size. Proper
t leads to greater comfort. 21 mm and 24 mm included. Purchase 27 mm Flanges or Sizing Inserts at
onewillow.com.
Clean and Sanitize Parts:
The Breast Pump is not provided sterile. Prior to rst use, wipe down Pump with 70-90% ethyl or
isopropyl alcohol. Clean the 5 washable parts (milk-contacting parts and diaphragm) and then boil
for 5 minutes.

Plug in Pump until indicator light turns on
Pump comes partially charged, but needs to wake up from sleeping mode. Plug USB charging
cable into the Pump, then into USB charger (not included). Once charging, the LED Indicator will pulse.

Note: Ensure that your hands are clean before assembling the Pump. Avoid touching the inside of any parts that may come
into contact with breast milk to limit risk of contamination.

4. ALIGNING THE PUMP
Bring Pump to your breast, centering your nipple in the Flange tunnel.
IMPORTANT: Correct nipple alignment is key to
comfort, output and performance
• Nipple must be positioned correctly in Flange
tunnel before pumping to avoid discomfort
• If you still experience discomfort with proper
placement, you may need a dierent Flange
size. Use the Nipple Sizing Tool to help select
the appropriate Flange size.
• Use a full-coverage nursing bra with nursing
ap that supports the Pump rmly at top and
bottom. For best support, you do not need to
go up a cup size.

5. PUMPING
Hold the Power button for one second to start
and stop pumping. The LED Indicator will
display green, orange or red for battery status,
then turn o after 5 seconds for discreet
pumping.
The Pump begins in Stimulation Mode with
quick suckling. When you feel let-down, you
may press the MODE button to switch to
slower and stronger Expression Mode. The
Pump automatically transitions to Expression
Mode after 2 minutes. Press the MODE
button at any time to change the speed from
slow to fast, and adjust suction strength with
the Increase / Decrease buttons to nd the
combination that is most comfortable.
Note: Pump will not work when connected to a
charger. Always disconnect Pump from charger
before using. LED Indicator will be o during pumping
unless a notication is triggered.
