Introduction
Thank you for purchasing this quality product. To minimize the risk of injury by means of fire or electric
shock we urge that our clients take some basic safety precautions when using this device. Please read
the operation instructions carefully and make sure you have understood its content.
Always use a grounded power connection with the appropriate mains voltage. You can find the corre-
sponding mainsvoltage on the type plate. If you have any doubts about the connection being grounded,
have it checked by a qualified professional. Never use a faulty electric cable.
Do not inspect the electrical part of the pressure pond filter in a wet or damp environment or when you
are wet yourself and protect it from direct sunlight. Install this device in a safe location so that nobody
can step on the cable, fall over or damage it. Make sure additionally you provide sufficient cooling
through the ambient air and avoid heat accumulation. Disconnect the power plug before cleaning it and
use only a damp cloth for cleaning.
The electric part of the device contains no parts that can be inspected or serviced by the user. Leave
the maintenance, adjustment and repair to qualified technical personnel. In case of unauthorised inter-
vention the 2-year warranty is no longer valid! Keep these operation instructions safe.

APPLICATION
These water pumps are designed for the circulation and filtration of the small swimming pools (family
use), whirl pools and Sauna pools.
CAUTION
1. Installation
The electric installation and connection must be carried out by qualified staff.
The pump should be installed vertically in a stable and dry place, Make sure the pump is installed
about 0.5-1.3m away from water edge, and fixed on a stable ground with screw at least 6mm-8mm.
Make sure the pump is prevented from submerge and left at a well-ventilated place. Please add valves
onto the suction and discharge pipes. Be sure the pump is installed under water level or an emergency
stop valve is fixed. We recommend the use of a foot valve. Note at the lineup that the pump is not self-
priming.
2. Pipe assemble
1). The suction and discharge pipes should have diameter equal to or greater than that of the intake
tapping of the pumps.
2). The suction pipes should be sealed to make sure the air cannot come onto the pump body.
3). The suction pipes should be installed aslant, so the air will not stay in the pipes. Seal all the con-
nectors, unions and pump cover well, avoid any dripping on the motor, which would unfailingly dam-
age it.
3. Controls prior to initial start-up
1). Check the main voltage and frequency are according to the label. Avoid to use extended wire, try to
use separate socket.
2). Verify that the pump shaft turns freely. Be sure that the earth leakage protection is installed and
earth cable is correctly made.
3). Fill the pump with water to make sure that the pump body, filter basket, pipes and other connectors
are not leaking. Tighten or loose the screws with hands, or tolls if necessary.
4). Make sure the pumps are working with water in any case.
4. Start up
Start electrically the pump only when the suction and discharge pipes are connected to the corre-
sponding inlets and outlets. Do not tighten or loose the screws when the pump is working. Please cut
off power and contact with your distributors in case the pump can not working. The pump is not self
priming and must be completely filled to prevent the pump from running dry.
6. Maintenance and Clean
Our pumps do not require any specially maintenance or programming. Regular clean the debris in the
filter of pumps, avoid block the inlet pipes and damage the pumps. In case the pumps will be idle for a
long period of time. It is recommended to disassemble, clean and store in a dry, well-ventilated place.
