When using the electrical appliance, the following basic
safety precautions should always be followed.
Please read these instructions carefully. Pay your special
attention to important safety instructions. Keep this
“Instructions for use” for future reference.
WARNING - To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock or injury to persons
or property:
1. Always operate the product from a power source of the
same voltage, frequency and rating as indicated on the
product identification plate.
2. Do not use this fan with any solid-state speed control
device to reduce the risk of electric shock.
3. Do not leave the fan running unattended.
4. Do not operate the product if it is dropped, damaged or
showing signs of product malfunction. Do not operate
the product with a damaged plug or cord. Return the
complete product to the place of purchase for
inspection, refund or replacement.
5. If it is not working properly, contact a qualified
electrician or service centre for examination and repair,
never try to dismantle it by yourself.
6. Do not immerse or expose the product or flexible cord
to rain, moisture or any other liquid.
7. This product should not be used in the immediate
vicinity of water, such as bathtubs, washbowls,
swimming pools etc. where the likelihood of immersion
or splashing could occur.
8. Never install the unit where it could be subject to:
•Heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves
or other products that produce heat

•Direct sunlight
•Mechanical vibration or shock
•Excessive dust
•Lack of ventilation, such as a cabinet or bookcase
•Uneven surface
9. Avoid the use of extension cords due to risk of fire. If
an extension cord must be used, the cord must be
minimum 14 AWG and rated not less than 1875watts.
10. Do not run power cord under carpeting. Do not cover
cord with throw rugs, runners or the like. Arrange cord
away from traffic area where it will not be tripped over.
11. Switch off and unplug from outlet when the product is
not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts
and before cleaning. Fully assemble the fan before
switching on.
12. Avoid contact with moving parts. Do not insert any
body parts (e.g., finger) or objects through the grill
when the fan is operating.
13. Do not cover the grille, or operate in close proximity to
curtains, etc.
14. This product is intended for normal domestic/household
use only.
15. Always disconnect the fan when moving it from one
location to another.
16. The use of attachments or accessories not
recommended or sold by the product distributor may
cause personal or property hazards or injuries.
17. Be sure fan is on a stable surface when operating to
avoid overturning & do not immerse in water.
18. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by
the manufacturer or its service agent, or similarly
qualified person, in order to avoid a hazard.
19. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8
years and above and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe

way and understand the hazards involved. Children
shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children without
supervision.
20. Do not disassemble the appliance.
1. Fan Operation: Always operate the fan in the upright
position following all instructions and recommendations
listed in this manual.
2. Fan Location: Place the fan in the area of the room that
will provide proper fan cooling.
3. Fan Connection: Plug fan directly into 240-volt A.C., 50Hz
wall outlet. Be sure plug fits tightly in outlet. A loose
connection may cause overheating and damage to the plug
or fan.
4. Note: To prevent overloading a circuit, do not plug the fan
into a circuit that is servicing other electrical needs.
5. Turning Fan on: To start the fan, rotate control dial from
"off" to desired fan speed "1, 2, 3".
6. Turning Fan Off: To turn the fan off, turn the switch from
the current fan speed setting to the off position. Remove
plug from outlet.
7. Turning Oscillation On/Off: Press the "I" on switch to
start the oscillation function, press the "O" to stop
oscillation.
8. IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not try to change the fan head
direction forcibly by hand; otherwise, the fan will be

electric shock or fire hazard. Make sure you understand the

damaged. It is normal for the motor to feel warm to the
touch after continuous operation. This fan features a
thermostat that will automatically shut off if it overheats
happens, unplug the fan from the outlet immediately.
Simple assembly is required to use this fan.
1. Remove four mounting screws from motor housing were
indicated to use for rear guard then assemble rear guard
onto motor housing using screws, tighten the 4 screws
securely. Fig. 1 and 2.
2. Place fan blade onto motor shaft. Tighten blade by set
screw securely on flat surface on motor shaft. Fig. 3.
3. Attach front guard to rear guard with hook clip centred on
the top above wire handle. Press remaining guard clips
onto rear guard to securely attach front guard. Do not
operate fan without guard in place. Fig. 4 and 5.
4. Loosen the screw knob on the support bracket of the
motor, then insert the pole of the base, align the screw
holes and secure them by fasten the screw knob. Fig.6.

1. Cleaning: CAUTION-Before cleaning the fan be sure to
disconnect power cord from the plug. Clean the grille
surface with a clean damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemical
or abrasive cleaners. DO NOT IMMERSE THE FAN OR ANY
WIRES IN WATER. Replace front grille before fan use. Allow
fan to dry completely before use. Periodic grille cleaning
with a vacuum will prevent dust build up. The motor is
sealed and does not require any interior maintenance,
cleaning or lubrication.
2. Maintenance: The Internal motor bearings are
permanently lubricated at the factory and do not require
any additional lubrication.
3. Repair: DO NOT OPERATE THE FAN WITHOUT THE GRILLE
IN PLACE. DO NOT USE THE FAN IF IT HAS
MALFUNCTIONED OR BECOME DAMAGED IN ANY WAY.
CAUTION: Do not use harsh detergents, chemical cleaners or solvents as
they may damage the surface finish of the fan components.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Dispose the appliance according to the local garbage
regulations. Never throw it away to the rubbish, so you will
help to the improvement of the environment.
