Maschinen-Identifikation
Alle WIRTGEN Maschinen werden durch die Serien-Nummer
identifiziert. Die Serien-Nummer befindet sich auf dem Typenschild und
dem Chassis Ihrer Maschine.
Beispiel:
00 07.10.0001 = Serien-Nummer
07.10 = Baureihenschlüssel
0001 = Maschinennummer
Machine identification
All WIRTGEN machines are identified by means of their serial number.
The serial number is located on the machine‘s nameplate and chassis.
Example:
00 07.10.0001 = Serial number
07.10 = Series code
0001 = Machine number
Identification des machines
Toutes les machines WIRTGEN sont identifiées à l‘aide du numéro de
série. Celui-ci figure sur la plaque signalétique et sur le châssis de la
machine.
Exemple:
00 07.10.0001 = Numéro de série
07.10 = Code de série
0001 = Numéro de machine
Identificación de la máquina
Las máquinas de WIRTGEN quedan identificadas por medio de
números de serie. El número de serie se encuentra situado en la placa
de identificación y en el chasis de la máquina.

Diese Betriebsanleitung soll Sie in die Lage versetzen, die Maschine
sicher zu betreiben und die zulässigen Einsatzmöglichkeiten, die sie
bietet, auszunutzen. Sie gibt Ihnen auch Hinweise über die Funktion
wichtiger Aggregate bzw. Systeme. Dabei werden in dieser
Betriebsanleitung bestimmte Begriffe verwendet. Um Mißverständnisse
zu vermeiden, sollten Sie stets dieselben Begriffe benutzen. An dieser
Maschine darf nur qualifiziertes und geschultes Personal tätig werden.
Die Betriebsanleitung und die am Einsatzort geltenden Bestimmungen
und Vorschriften (wie z.B. Unfallverhütungsvorschriften) müssen
beachtet werden.
Die Benutzung dieser Anleitung erleichtert, die Maschine
kennenzulernen und vermeidet Störungen durch unsachgemäße
Bedienung.
Die Beachtung der Anleitung erhöht die Zuverlässigkeit im Einsatz auf
der Baustelle, erhöht die Lebensdauer der Maschine, vermindert
Instandhaltungskosten und Ausfallzeiten.
Legen Sie diese Anleitung immer griffbereit, z.B. im Werkzeugfach der
Maschine oder in dem dafür vorgesehenen Behälter ab.

- Die Maschine dient ausschließlich zum Abfräsen von tragfähigen
Fahrbahndecken aus Asphalt, Asphaltbeton und Beton bzw. zum
Entfernen von Fahrbahnmarkierungen.
- Die Maschine darf ausschließlich zu gewerblichen Zwecken innerhalb
geschlossener Baustellen eingesetzt werden.
- Zur bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung gehört auch die Einhaltung
der vom Hersteller vorgeschriebenen Betriebs-, Wartungs- und
Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen.
- Jede darüber hinausgehende Verwendung gilt als nicht
bestimmungsgemäß. Für hieraus resultierende Schäden haftet der
Hersteller nicht; das Risiko hierfür trägt allein der Betreiber.

UTILISATION CONFORME

UTILISATION NON CONFORME
La machine ne doit en aucun cas être utilisée :
- pour le transport de personnes, si ces dernières ne font pas partie du
personnel de conduite de la machine.
- comme engin de levage
- pour le fraisage ou l‘abattage de voies ferrées, conduites, plaques
d‘égout et recouvrements de canalisations, ou de tous autres
éléments noyés dans la chaussée.
DETERMINED APPLICATION
- The machine is designed for milling off solid road surfaces made of
asphalt, concrete-asphalt and concrete, and for removing road
markings.
- The machine is to be applied for commercial purposes inside
cordoned-off construction sites only.
- Determined application also involves correct adherence to the manu-
facturer’s operating instructions, service instructions and
maintenance instructions.
- Any other applications are classed as non-determined and are not the
responsibility of the manufacturer. Any damages resulting from such
non-determined applications are at the sole risk of the operating
contractor.
NON-DETERMINED APPLICATION
The machine should not be used:
- To carry passengers who are not operating personnel of the machine.
- To tow or push other machines or vehicles.
- To mill off or remove railway tracks, pipes, manhole covers or other
similar items embedded in road surfaces.

Maximal zulässige Querneigung zur Horizontalen
Die maximale Querneigung der Maschine beträgt 10°(17.5%).
Dieser Wert ist gültig für den Betrieb mit angebautem Band bzw. mit
angebautem Zusatzgewicht.
GEFAHR
Die zulässige Querneigung kann sich je nach den Einsatzbedingungen
drastisch verringern.
Besonders bei eingeklappter Höhenverstellung in den Positionen LENKEN
oder INNEN, beladenem Band oder bei nicht tragfähigem Untergrund.
Sichern Sie die Maschine in Zweifelsfällen immer gegen Umkippen.
Beim Fahren / Umsetzen / Überführen der Maschine muß diese in
Querrichtung waagerecht stehen und so weit wie möglich abgesenkt
sein. Außerdem ist auf ausreichenden Pendelhub der vorderen
Hubsäulen zu achten.

- Auf- und Absteigen darf nur über die ordnungsgemäß montierte und
gesicherte Leiter erfolgen.

Inclinaison transversale maximale admise
L’inclinaison transversale de la machine ne doit pas dépasser 10° (17,5
%). Cette valeur s’applique à l’exploitation avec bande ou lest
additionnel adapté.
DANGER
L’inclinaison transversale maximale admise peut diminuer considérablement
dans la pratique selon les conditions d’affectation, notamment si la roue
stabilisatrice est repliée en position CONDUITE ou INTERIEURE, si la bande
est chargée ou si la capacité portante du sol est limitée. En cas de doute, étayer
systématiquement la machine afin d’éviter tout risque de renversement.
Lors des manœuvres de déplacement/transfert/transport, la machine
doit être en position parfaitement horizontale dans l’axe transversal et
abaissée jusqu’en butée. Veiller par ailleurs à garantir une course
oscillatoire suffisante des colonnes de levage avant.
