W.S. Industries, Inc. (here on referred to as "WS") warrants this pedicure spa for a period of one (1) year starting on the
original date of shipment of the Pedicure Spa to your location, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below
This warranty only applies to the original end-user owner or purchaser of the pedicure spa. This Limited Warranty is non-
transferable and replaces any warranties pre- existing warranty.
Any warranty claims will have to be accompanied by a dated receipt and will result in an investigation by WS of said
claim. If the investigation of the pedicure spa is completed within the warranty period and findings show a material or
workmanship defect, WS will, at it's sole discretion, repair or replace the defective component or part. W.S. reserves the
right to provide factory refurbished replacement parts and/or pedicure spa. In the event that replacement parts or an
entire pedicure spa is deemed necessary, the customer shall be liable for all costs incurred for the shipment of
replacement components, parts, or a replacement pedicure spa, as well as the labor costs to repair or replace said parts.
This limited warranty will not be cover:
•the pedicure spa if it is subjected to misuse or neglect or if accidentally or intentionallydamaged.
•the pedicure spa if it is altered or modified in any way.
•any expenses incurred by the customer including labor or material, during investigation, removal or reinstallation
of any defective components or parts.
•any damage to any components or parts thereof, caused by any casualty, including without limitation, accident, fire,
wind, floods, acts of nature or attempted theft.
•any damage caused improper installation of the pedicure spa.
•any staining, fading, or discoloration of any portion of the Pedicure Spa caused by water additives or improper watertreatment.
•any staining, fading or discoloration of the seat, armrests or footrests.
•any malfunctions or damage caused by improper installation, including, but not limited to, failure to meet local, state, or
local plumbing, electrical and building codes.
•any damage resulting from standing in the basin or any other unintended stress to the basin.
•any damage incurred during shipping and handling
•This limited warranty is also conditional upon:
•the pedicure spa being installed by a licensed professional in accordance with WS' installationinstructions.
•the proper use of cleaning and sanitizing solutions as per this instruction manual. Use of conctrated chlorine or any
other strong chemical will void this warranty.
•the return shipment, of any defective component or parts that are found to be defective. All returns must be authorized by WS and
freight charges must be prepaid.
•All replacement parts will carry a 90 day warranty.
By using this product, the Customer agrees that:
•THE OBLIGATION OF WS SHALL NOT EXTEND TO INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR INJURY
WHICH MAY RESULT FROM SUCH USE
•that the obligations of WS are limited to those set forth herein • this warranty is limited to the original owner/end-
user and is non- transferable
•Any assistance WS provides to the Customer outside of terms, limitations, or exclusions of this limited warranty will not
constitute a waiver of any of the foregoing terms, limitations, or exclusions, nor will such assistance extend or revive the
warranty.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND ALL
SUCH OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FORA PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS LIMITED
WARRANTY. NO DEALER OR OTHER PERSON HAS ANY AUTHORITY TO BIND WS TO CHANGES OR ADDITIONS
TO THIS WARRANTY OR ITS PRODUCTS. ACCORDINGLY, WS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SUCH OUTSIDE
WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS. IN NO EVENT SHALL WS BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR ANY
CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, OR FOR ANY
AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF THE SELLING PRICE OF THE PEDICURE SPA OR ANY COMPONENTS OR PARTS
THEREOF FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES THE CUSTOMER SPECIFIC LEGAL
RIGHTS. THE CUSTOMER MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH MAY VARY BY EACH JURISDICTION.

Individuals whose feet or legs are inflamed or have open wounds should not be allowed to use
the pedicure spa at any time. Nail technicians should advise clients to consult their physician
before using the pedicure spa if there is any sign of fungal infection, swelling, fracture, or
persistent pain. If the client experiences any pain or discomfort, immediately discontinue the use
of the pedicure spa. Your client’s massage and pedicure spa experience should be pleasant and
comfortable.

PLEASE carefully read this entire manual before installation and use of the pedicure spa. If you have any questions or
problems regarding the installation or use of this pedicure spa, please contact WS Industries, Inc. at 1-714-799-9882 or
Installation of this pedicure spa should be done a local, licensed plumber and licensed electrician to ensure
compliance with all your local and state building codes.
Safe and efficient operation of this pedicure spa cannot be ensured unless it is provided with adequate electrical
power, sufficient water pressure, proper water temperature, and required drainage capabilities. Contact your local
building inspector for information and local code compliance procedures that need to be followed when having your
pedicure spa installed. Subsequent inspections and approvals that may be required are the responsibility of the
purchaser. (See limited warranty regarding incidental or consequential exclusions)
- WARNING: RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK: do not permit ANY electric appliance to be operated in close of
this pedicure spa
- CAUTION: Testthe ground fault circuit interrupter protecting this appliance periodically in accordance with
the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Temperatures sufficiently high to cause burns may occur regardless of the control setting.

Note: Check the skin in contact with the heated area of the pedicure spa frequently to reduce the risk
of blistering.
- Excessive water temperature is dangerous and should be checked before use. Maximum operating water
temperature should not exceed 105 F and the maximum supply water temperature should not exceed 150 F.
- The spa could have a heated surface in the seat back cushion. Persons sensitive to heat must be careful when
using the spa.
- Always enter and exit the pedicure spa slowly and carefully.
- Close side arm rests before operating the chair.
- Do not operate any electrical device while pedicure spa is in use.
- This pedicure spa has a weight capacity of 250 pounds.
- Use only while seated.
- Connect this appliance to a properly grounded outlet only.

Important Installation and Utility Information
Electrical:
120V AC, 15 amp, 60 Hz: Separate and Dedicated 20 amp GFCI
This product is to be connected to a branch circuit outlet protected by a Class A GROUND FAULT CIRCUIT
INTERRUPTER (GFCI), and the GFCI shall be tested regularly for continued protection and correct operation. If a Class
A GFCI protected outlet is not available, DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT! Please contact a licensed electrician for
installation of a Class A GFCI according to local electric codes or equivalent.

Plumbing:
Water Supply Lines: Hot/Cold supply lines are 1/2” with standard faucet fitting
Drain Pipe Outlet: 1” Schedule 40 PVC Coupler
Gravity type drainage systems do not require back flow fitting, Optional discharge pump/wall drain systems require a check
valve to be installed at the drain pipe outlet after the telescopic drain pipe. Use 1” PVC slip check valve.
All plumbing connections must conform to local codes. Normal water pressure of 30 to 80 PSI is required to correctly fill
the basin to the proper level. The hot water supply temperature must not exceed 150 F (65 C). Adjust your hot water
heater accordingly. Carefully connect the incoming water supply lines to the appropriate fittings located on the back of the
pedicure spa. Shut-off valves are recommended.

Unboxing and Wall Clearance
When you receive your pallet from the truck, please do a thorough inspection for damages to the outside of the box. Holes,
scratches, scrapes, collapses, and missing boxes should be reported to the driver immediately and should be noted on the bill
of lading prior to signing for the packages.
When removing boxes from the pallet please remove with care as boxes are large and heavy, Start with removing the 4 thinner
boxes on the side, you will need 2+ people to help remove the box from the top (Approx. 160lbs), the middle 2 boxes are the
basins. Be careful not to drop or have anything dropped on these boxes as they are glass and fragile.
Once the boxes are removed from the pallet. Carefully remove strap on massage chair box and lift the carton over the chair.
Remove the rest of the packing foam and cardboard.
Please see 9000 chair manual for arm and chair back installation instructions. Wall Clearance
Please place spas with at least 20 inches away from the wall at during its most upright
position.

Installation Instructions
Basin assembly –Diamond Base
Preparing Drain Pipe Assembly - Place threaded cap portion of the drain coupler onto the telescopic drain pipe, apply PVC Glue to
the outside of the pipe and inside edge of flange(see picture). Please allow glue to fully set prior to use. (See directions on glue bottle)
Mounting the brackets - The shorter flanged motor bracket is to be mounted in the center of the spa chair using the 3rd and 5th
holes from the motor bracket (see picture) using the two 1” bolts. The taller flanged drain pipe bracket is to be mounted to the left of
the motor bracket using the same 3rd and 5th holes also with the two 1” bolts.

Installing Basin - Mount the motor to the bracket using the large clevis pin and clip. Connect the 2 wiring harnesses (1 black and 1
white) to the spa chair, Turn on spa chair and push and hold the left arrow button to send the push rod forward until it stops.
Install Bearing Block Guide using the 4 longer 1 ½” bolts and Allen wrench tool provided.

Push basin under chair and align the push rod assembly to the rear of the basin, attach using large clevis pin and clip. Run the hot and
cold supply lines underneath control box, and fasten the drain pipe to the threaded drain on the rear of the spa.
Mount the rear of the drain pipe to the drain mounting bracket using the smaller clevis pin and clip.
If extension cords are required please be sure to use a 12 gauge cord.

Basin Assembly –Crystal Base

Push basin under chair and align the push rod assembly to the rear of the basin, attach using large clevis pin and clip. Run the hot and
cold supply lines underneath control box, and fasten the drain pipe to the threaded drain on the rear of the spa.
Mount the rear of the drain pipe to the drain mounting bracket using the smaller clevis pin and clip.
If extension cords are required please be sure to use a 12 gauge cord.

Care and maintenance
After each use:
- Make sure that the Jet motor is turned off, wait for impeller to come to a complete stop
- Remove Impeller housing from magnetic motor anddisassemble
- Sanitize Impeller assembly(Jet Cover, Impeller, and Motorbase/shaft)& basin bowl with Anti-Bacterial Solution(DO NOT
USEACETONE OR CONCETRATED BLEACH)
- Rinse Impeller assembly and basin bowl with coolwater
- Massage Chair upholstery can be cleaned with a clean damp cloth, clean off any residue left from pedicure after each use to
preventstains.
End of the day:
- Check all air, water, and electrical connections for cracks, leaks, ordamage
- Wipe down chair/basin with damp cloth to preventstains
- Dust/clean control box with dry cloth or duster to preventoverheating
Periodic Maintenance
- Inspection/lubrication of massage roller and track is required every6 months to ensure proper function and long servicelife.
- Prior to inspection please ensure that the unit is off andunplugged.
- To get to massage rollers, begin by removing the covers on the front of the chair, and removing the black friction cloth by
unzipping on allsides.
- Inspect motor track(white delrin tracks on the left and the right) for damage or foreign objects, as well as proper
lubrication(light film of grease on the track)
- If the track seems dry or under lubricated, lubricate using white lithium grease that
