Important Safety Instructions
Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance and
save them for future reference.
1. Use the product only as described in this manual.
2. Use only manufacturer's recommended accessories.
3. DO NOT use the product for outdoors.
4. DO NOT leave the appliance unattended when plugged in. Always unplug the
power cord from the electrical outlet when not in use and before servicing.
5. DO NOT allow the appliance to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary
when used by or near children, pets or plants.
6. DO NOT operate the appliance with a damaged plug or cord, or if the unit has
been damaged or dropped into water. To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not
disassemble or attempt to repair the appliance on your own. Return the appliance
for examination and repair. Incorrect assembling or repair can cause a risk of
electrical shock or injury to persons when the appliance is used.
7. DO NOT pull or use power cord as handle. Keep power cord away from
heated surfaces.
8. DO NOT unplug by pulling the power cord. To unplug grasp the plug not the
power cord.
9.To protect against a risk of electric shock, DO NOT immerse the steam mop into
water or any other liquids.
10. DO NOT handle plug or steam mop with wet hands.
11. To avoid circuit overload, do not operate another appliance on the same
socket (circuit).
12. Use ONLY on flat, stable horizontal surfaces. DO NOT use on walls, counters
or windows
13. Extreme caution should be exercised when using this appliance to clean stairs.
14. DO NOT expose the steam nozzle to any body parts as it may cause burns.
15. DO NOT put any objects into openings. Do not use with any opening blocked.
16. DO NOT put hands or feet under the steam mop. Unit gets very hot.
17. Please add Xiolife microfiber cleaning pad before using the unit.
18. DO NOT mix cleaning solutions, scented perfumes, oils or any other
chemicals with the water used as this may damage the unit or make it unsafe
for use.

19. Carefully remove the microfiber pad immediately after you have unplugged and
allow the product to cool.
20. When cleaning the steam mop, unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet
and clean with a dry or damp cloth. Do not pour water or use alcohol, benzene or
paint thinner on the unit.
21. Store the steam mop in a cool and dry place.
22. DO NOT store unit with wet micro-fiber cleaning pad attached. Never leave the
steam mop in one spot on any surface for any period of time or wet microfiber
cleaning pad attached as this will damage your floors.
CAUTION:
Your steam mop is designed to clean hard floor surfaces that will withstand
high heat. Do not use on unsealed wood or unglazed ceramic floors. Do not
use on surfaces that have been treated with wax, the sheen may be removed
by the heat and steam action. It is always recommended to test an isolated
area of the surface to be cleaned before proceeding. We also recommend
that you check the use and care instructions from the floor manufacturer.
Assemble & Operation
Tips: When assembling your steam mop there may be a little water in or around the
water tank. This is because we test all our steam mops 100% before you buy them,
so you get a quality Steam Mop.
1. Open the carton box, check if you have all the accessories as shown in the
manual. Verify all the listed parts are included.
2. The connector must be well connected with handle and the middle connector.

3. The end of the mop handle must be inserted into the steam mop body until you
hear a clicking sound.
4. For efficient use, change the cleaning pad every 2-3 months. Your micro-fiber
cleaning pads should be replaced every 3 months to maximize cleaning
performance.
5. Put the cleaning pad on the ground, back with label up, put the unit upright on
the pad.
6. Open the water tank cover.
7. Pour water into the tank. Don't overfill it.
8. Fasten the water tank cover.

How to use a Twinjet?
TIPS: When you use your steam mop for the first time or if you have not used the
unit in a while, it may take a minute or two for the water to travel through the pump
and into the heater to create steam.
1. Pull and twist the quick release cord holder to unwrap the power cord completely.
2. The indicator light flash blue after plugging in.
The product has two steam settings, you can choose according to
the cleaning task.

3. Press steam switch to STEAM 1, blue LED light will flash on up side of control
panel.
4. Press steam switch again to enter STEAM 2 mode, blue LED on the down side
of control panel will flash. STEAM 2 mode is strong cleaning mode which focuses
on greasy dirt or other dirt which is difficult to clean.
5. After choosing the required cleaning mode, push and pull to start cleaning.
TIPS: If you have to leave or rest temporally during cleaning, put the main body
upright against mop head, it will automatically stop generating steam, no need to
power off. To generate steam again, lower the main body so it is at an angle to the
mop head.
To remove bad odors and
bacteria, ADD carpet glider.
6. Place the mop head with micro-fiber cleaning pad attached on the top of the
glider.
7. Move the steam mop back and forth across a section of the carpet. At Steam1,
the Twinjet is great for grooming and freshening your carpet. Please wait 2-3
minutes for the steam mop to cool off. Store it indoors in a cool, dry place.

8. At steam 2 level, the Twinjet cleans the carpet.
Maintenance
1. When you have finished using the steam mop, unplug the cord from the outlet
and place the mop into the upright position. Let the unit cool for 2-3 minutes.
2. Remove the microfiber cleaning pad.
3. Empty the water tank before storage. Remove the water tank cap and empty
the tank over a sink. Replace the water cap.
4. Hang the product on a large hook or put it upright against the wall.

5. We recommend washing your microfiber cleaning pad separately from other
fabrics to avoid picking up lint. Don't use any fabric softeners or bleach.
6. If there are loose threads on the microfiber cleaning pad carefully cut the
thread with scissors. Don't pull on them or cut at the base.

Problem Possible reasons & Solutions
The steam mop will
not turn-on.
1. Ensureits securely plugged into outlet
2. Check your fuse or breaker.
The unit will not make steam.
Check if there is water in the tank?
The steam mop leaves
water on the floor.
1. Check if the pad is very wet.
2. Wait for 30seconds after plugging in, or
probably the temperature is not high enough to
generate steam.
Floors are cloudy, streaky
or spotty after steaming.
1. The pad might be dirty, change the pad.
2. Do not use powerful detergent to clean the
microfiber pad or it might be ruined.
3. If you are cleaning the kitchen or an area that
has not been cleaned for a long time, we recom-
mend cleaning with detergent first and then use
the steam mop.
4. This might be leftover from past cleaners
used on the floor surface. Use the steam mop
again.
5. Try using distilled or soft water than hard water
in your steam mop.
