(protection class IP44). This product is not suitable for use on construction sites or in other harsh envi-

The outdoor socket outlet has 2 switches, each of which can be switched on or off for two sockets via
the corresponding switch (switch position I/O).
1. Insert the plug of your device into one of the sockets of the outdoor socket.
2. If continuous current is required, set the toggle switch to “I.”
3. Set the switch to “O.” The two associated sockets are de-energised.

Twilight Sensor
Depending on the model, the outdoor socket is equipped with a twilight sensor that can be switched on
for two sockets at a time via the corresponding switch (switch position “AUTO”). The sensor reacts to
the nearest light conditions and switches the switched sockets on with twilight and off again in bright-
ness. In general, such a sensor should never be placed next to another light source, as this will affect
it and thus may not function properly.
1. Insert the plug of your device into one of the sockets of the outdoor socket.
2. Set the corresponding toggle switch to “AUTO.” The two associated sockets are no longer
supplied with continuous current. They are switched on with corresponding darkness and
switched off again with corresponding brightness.
3. If continuous current is required, the toggle switch must be set to “ON.”
