Recline 600 XT PRO
Recline 600 is an innovative equipment that is part of the Technogym XT PRO line. These
equipments have been conceived to offer cardiovascular workouts that combine perfect
biomechanical equilibrium, functionality, and design. XT PRO line equipments feature the
exclusive CHR system, which has been conceived by Technogym to let the user maintain the
desired heart rate throughout the entire workout. As a result, safe and effective exercise is
ensured, regardless of the user’s relative level of fitness.
Recline 600 is perfectly integrated into the XT PRO line, featuring the same basic functions
and operating procedures. These include manual mode exercise, where the effort level and
duration of the workout are personally selected; predefined profiles; and the test, to determine
the optimum personal level of effort for training.
Recline 600 represents another achievement by Technogym in the development of safe,
complete, and efficient exercise equipments. Its exclusive, fully adjustable seated position
makes it possible to exercise without tiring the back. Therefore, it is especially suited for
people who need to perform cardiovascular exercises but have back problems.
The seated position makes it possible to work the upper part of the leg muscles and gluteus
more effectively than the traditional indoor cyclette.
Thus, thanks to its simplicity and safety, Recline 600 is appropriate for use by a wide variety
of persons, from professional athletes to those undergoing rehabilitation, in addition to
sedentary types, seniors, and people suffering from heart disease.
Finally, the easy to reach and use control panel simplifies reading workout data, which are
continually updated, and progressive adjustment of the training level to one’s own physical
condition and athletic preparation. Personalized exercise programs can be saved on the
equipment memory, or the user can select a predefined profile. A last alternative is to exercise
freely, modifying the workout parameters at any time.
