Product introducon
Summary
E90 Series is a kind of high-frequency online intelligent UPS and adopts double DSP control chips, advanced control
technology and double conversion topology. It eliminates various interference of the grid and makes the output
a stable and pure sine wave power with low noise, no interference and low distoron. With strong load capac-
ity, good load compability, wide input voltage and frequency range, excellent generator compability and zero
transfer me, it greatly meets the requirement of variety of applicaons. Comprehensive protecon enhances the
stability and reliability of the system. Intelligent baery management, equalized and oang charging auto conver-
sion, baery discharge me predicon and baery self-test can extend the baery life. It can be used in advanced
network systems.

Features
Three-phase UPS
This E90 series is three-phase in to three-phase out UPS with a large capacity, the three phase input current is
balanced which can balance the load of each phase.
Digital control
Digital control is used for all parts of the UPS, which makes the performance indicators very excellent and the
system more stable. It not only has self-protecon and fault diagnosis, but also can avoid risks of analog device
failure, which allows the control system more reliable.
Seable charging current
By seng the baery capacity congured by user, the reasonable charging current can be automacally allo-
cated. Constant voltage charging mode, constant current charging mode and oang charging mode can auto-
switch smoothly.
Intelligent charging method
Advanced two-way, three-stage charging method is adopted. At the rst stage, fast recharge with constant large
current to 90% capacity; at the second stage, constant voltage charge can acvate the baery characteriscs and
make the baery full; at the third stage, oang mode operates. This method can provide a balance between the
fast charge and extended the baery life, which saves the baery investment.
LCD display
Both the LCD and LED display for the series allows the users a more intuive understanding of the UPS status and
operang parameters such as input/output voltage and frequency, load capacity, baery capacity, temperature
and ect.. All the operaon are under the monitoring.
Intelligent monitoring funcon
When the SNMP is selected with UPS, the remote monitoring can be achieved easily.
EPO funcon
An emergency power o(EPO) buon interface Is embedded in the rear panel of the UPS. The user can add the
EPO buon. In case of emergency, press the EPO buon to shut down the UPS. It also has remote emergency
power o (REPO) funcon.

As shown above, there is a bypass switch. When switch on it, the power will go to the bypass road. Then UPS will
detect the output switch and bypass voltage, frequency and phase sequence. If output switch is on, both the volt-
age and frequency of bypass are in the range, the UPS will send out bypass output commands and meanwhile the
bypass LED will be on.
Close the main switch, if the mains voltage, frequency and phase sequence are in the range, UPS will so start.
When bus voltage rises around 170V, PFC boost begins to work and the bus voltage will be up to about 200V.
Inverter starts. When inverter is ready, it will transfer to inverter mode. If bypass voltage, frequency and phase
sequence are normal, the inverter voltage will track the bypass power and switch to inverter output without in-
terrupon, or the UPS will transfer to inverter intermiently. Inverter LED on and bypass LED o, the inverter will
provide power. If the baery is normal, the UPS will acvate the charger to charge the baery.
UPS detects maintenance air-switch at any me. When remove the bae of the switch, UPS will transfer to bypass
status. Now close the maintenance air-switch for supplying power from bypass. When nish maintenance, the air-
switch cannot be open unl the UPS is in bypass, or it will cause the power down of load.

converts the Bus voltage into the AC output.
