KNOW YOUR LAWN ROLLER
Always take care when removing the packaging to prevent damage to
you or to the lawn roller.
NOTE! You will need 8 mm open-ended and hexagon wrenches for
the assembly work.
• Remove all parts of the lawn roller from the box and carefully
remove all packaging. Take care not to lose any instructions which
may be affixed to the parts. These provide important information
which will be required while assembling the lawn roller.
• Keep all packaging until the lawn roller is fully assembled and has
been operated successfully.

ASSEMBLE THE LOWER HANDLES
Before using the lawn roller, a one-time assembly is required.
1. Insert the left lower handle (3) onto the shaft (1) of roller as illustrated
in Fig. A., and use washer (7) and R-type pin (8) to attach the lower
handle securely.
2. Do the same on the other side.
!NOTE: before using the roller, read the instruction
book carefully.

CONNECT THE DIRT WIPER WITH LOWER HANDLES
Connect the dirt wiper with the right and left handles using M8 hex-head
bolts (2), washers (3) and M8 nuts (4) as illustrated in Fig. B.

CONNECT THE UPPER HANDLES
Connect the upper handles with lower handles using M8 hex-head bolts
(2), washers (3) and M8 nuts (4) as illustrated in Fig. C.
FILL THE ROLLER WITH WATER OR SAND
Tilt the roller so that the sealing cap faces up. Fill with water or sand.
Tighten the sealing cap with wrench.

OPERATION
Pull the roller over the ground you wish to roll in even strips. Only roll dry
ground.
MAINTENANCE
To ensure long and reliable service carry out in an environmentally
friendly manner.
Regularly check for obvious defects such as loose, loose fixings, and
worn or damaged components. Check that parts are undamaged and
correctly fitted. Carry out necessary maintenance or repairs before using.
If the roller should happen to fail despite the care taken in manufacture
and testing, repair should be carried out by an authorized service agent.
After working/storage clean the exterior of the machine thoroughly using
a soft brush and cloth. Do not use water, solvents or polishes. Store the
roller in a dry place. Do not place other objects on top of the machine.
!WARNING: Always wear safety gloves when doing any work on
the lawn roller.

TROUBLESHOOTING
WARNING! Only perform the steps described within these instructions.
All further inspection, maintenance and repair work must be performed
by an authorised service centre or a similarly qualified specialist if you
cannot solve the problem yourself.
Suspected malfunctions, disturbances or damages are often due to
causes that the user can fix themselves. Therefore check the product
using this section. In most cases the problem can be solved quickly.

RECYCLING AND DISPOSAL
1. Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste.
All tools, hoses and packaging should be sorted, taken to the local
recycling centre and disposed of in an environmentally safe way.
2. Recycle rather than dispose of unwanted material in landfill whenever
possible. The machine must be delivered in rigid packaging to avoid
damage during transportation. The packaging, roller, and the machine
itself are manufactured from recyclable materials and should be
disposed of accordingly.
3. Do not throw your clippings into a rubbish bin where it will be disposed
of in landfill. You can dispose of clippings on your compost heap,
alternating them with other garden material. Alternatively, many
communities provide a public collection point where you can dispose
of your garden waste in an environmentally friendly manner.
4. Recycle packaging where facilities exist.

Warranty
2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
For TWO YEARS from the date of
purchase within Canada, YARDWORKS
CANADA will, at its option, repair or
replace for the original purchaser, free
of charge, any part or parts found to be
defective in materials or workmanship.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
1. Any part that has become inoperative
due to misuse, commercial use,
abuse, neglect, accident, improper
maintenance, or alteration;
2. The unit, if it has not been operated
and/or maintained in accordance with
the owner’s manual;
3. Normal wear, except as noted below;
4. Routine maintenance items such as
sealing cap, sealing ring; or
5. Normal deterioration of the exterior
finish due to use or exposure.

The factory will not accept the return
of a complete unit unless prior written
permission has been extended by
YARDWORKS CANADA.
TRANSPORTATION CHARGES:
Transportation charges for the movement
of any power equipment unit or
attachment are the responsibility
of the purchaser. The purchaser must
pay transportation charges for any part
submitted for replacement under this
warranty unless such return is requested
in writing by YARDWORKS CANADA.
OTHER WARRANTIES:
All other warranties, express or implied,
including any implied warranty of
merchantability is limited in its duration
to that set forth in this express limited
warranty. The provisions as set forth
in this warranty provide the sole and
exclusive remedy of YARDWORKS
CANADA obligations arising from the
sale of its products.
YARDWORKS CANADA will not be liable for incidental or
consequential loss or damage.

DÉCOUVREZ VOTRE ROULEAU À GAZON
Faites attention lors du retrait de l'emballage pour éviter de vous
blesser ou d’endommager le rouleau.
REMARQUE! Vous aurez besoin d’une clé à fourche de 8mm et d’une
clé hexagonale pour les travaux d'assemblage.
• Retirez toutes les pièces du rouleau à gazon de la boîte et retirez
soigneusement les matériaux d’emballage. Veillez à ne pas
perdre les consignes qui peuvent être apposées sur les pièces.
Celles-ci fournissent des avis importants qui seront nécessaires
lors de l'assemblage du rouleau de pelouse.
• Conservez tous les matériaux d’emballage jusqu'à ce que le
rouleau à gazon soit complètement assemblé et assurez-vous
qu’elle fonctionne correctement.

ASSEMBLER LES PARTIES INFÉRIEURES DE LA POIGNÉE
Assemblage
Avant de pouvoir utiliser le rouleau à gazon, vous devez d’abord
l’assembler.
1. Insérez la partie inférieure gauche (3) sur l'axe (1) du rouleau comme
illustré à la figure A, et utilisez la rondelle (7) et la goupille bêta (8)
pour fixer solidement la partie inférieure de la poignée.
2. Répétez l’étape ci-haut pour l’autre côté.
!REMARQUE: Avant d'utiliser le rouleau, lisez
attentivement le guide d'utilisation.

FIXER LE DÉCROTTOIR AUX PARTIES INFÉRIEURES DE LA
POIGNÉE
Fixez le décrottoir aux côtés droit et gauche de la poignée au moyen des
boulons à tête hexagonale M8 (2), des rondelles (3) et des écrous M8 (4)
comme illustré à la figure B.
