Brushes made of various types of material allow the tool to be used for ceramic, wooden and metal surfaces. Proper, reliable and

safe operation of the tool depends on appropriate use, that is why you should:

masks, anti-slip safety shoes, helmets and hearing protection reduce the risk of serious personal injury.

Prevent accidental operation. Make sure that the electric switch is in the “oﬀ” position before connecting to the power

supply and / or battery, lifting or moving the power tool. Moving the power tool with the ﬁnger on the switch or powering the

power tool, when the switch is in the “on” position can lead to serious injuries.

Before turning on the power tool remove any keys and other tools that were used to adjust it. The key left on the rotating

parts of the power tool can lead to serious injuries.

Do not reach and do not lean too far. Keep the right attitude and balance all the time. This will allow easier control over the

power tool in case of unexpected work situations.

Dress accordingly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep your hair and clothing away from moving parts of the

Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting tools with sharp edges are less prone to jamming and are

easier to control when working.

Use power tools, accessories and inserted tools etc. in accordance with these instructions, taking into account the type

and conditions of work. The use of tools for work other than designed is likely to result in a dangerous situation.

Handles and gripping surfaces must be dry, clean and free from oil and grease. Slippery handles and gripping surfaces do

Repairs

Safety warnings related to the use of the electric brush

during repair can lead to serious injury.

Do not use brushes with diﬀerent parameters than those speciﬁed by the manufacturer. Incorrect insertion tool can cause

serious injury.

PRODUCT OPERATION

Preparing for operation

Caution! Disconnect the machine from the power supply before performing any assembly and adjustment work. Make sure that

the power cord plug is unplugged from the mains socket.

Visually inspect the product. If any damage is discovered, do not commence work before removing it.

Unpack the product and remove all elements of the packaging. It is recommended to keep the packaging for future storage and

transport.

Installation of the implement

Using the screws (II), ﬁx the brush cover to the housing from the side equipped with the tool holder.

On the other side of the housing, ﬁx the wheel using the screw (III).

Mount the additional handle at the top of the housing near the main handle. Gently open the ends of the additional handle and

slide it onto the mounting socket (IV). The tabs in the handle should ﬁt into the openings in the machine housing. The additional

handle angle can be adjusted in a stepwise manner by turning it at the place of installation. Secure the additional handle with a

screw lever (V).

Brush installation and removal

Warning! Due to the risk of injury, install the brush wearing protective gloves.

The tool holder is equipped with a latch allowing you to attach the brush without the use of additional tools.

The tool holder ring is equipped with wings. Grasp the wings and move the ring towards the wheel (VI). While holding the ring in

this position, insert the brush pin into the tool holder (VII). After releasing the pressure on the ring, it should automatically return to

the initial position and the brush pin should snap into the tool holder. Check that the brush pin does not slip out of the tool holder.

If it slips out, installation must be repeated.

Removing the brush involves moving the ring, holding it in that position, and then removing the brush pin from the tool holder. After

releasing the ring, it should automatically return to the initial position.

Caution! Remove any debris created during operation from the inside the cover and the tool holder each time before installing

the brush.

Adjusting the housing length and angle

The possibility of setting the housing length and angle allows for better adjustment of the brush to the operator and the workplace.

To adjust the length, turn the lower part of the housing ring in the direction indicated by the arrow, marked with the open padlock

symbol (VIII). The housing is telescopic. Once the selected length has been set, turn the lower part of the housing ring as far as

it will go in the direction indicated by the arrow, marked with the closed padlock symbol. Check that the housing does not change

length inadvertently during operation.

The length of the housing should be selected so that the machine is tilted during operation and the operator can freely hold the

brush by the main and additional handle.

To change the angle, pull the top of the ring up and hold it in this position (IX). You can change the angle of the lower part of the

housing relative to the handles. After setting the selected angle, release the upper part of the adjustment ring. If the upper part

of the ring automatically returns to the initial position and comes into contact with the lower part along the entire circumference,

it means that the housing has been locked in the selected position. Check that the housing does not change angle inadvertently

during operation.

Preparing the workplace

Before commencing work, prepare the workplace. Designate a safety zone with a radius of at least 15 m from the workplace,

which will be inaccessible to unauthorised persons. Ensure that there are no obstacles around the workplace which could cause

the operator or machine to collide during work. Remove all loose lightweight objects from the workplace, which can be caught by

the spinning brush and cause damage to the machine or be ejected at high speed.

Power supply connection

The machine is supplied only with a short power cord. Use an extension cord for proper power supply. The extension cord should

have rubber insulation of at least the H05RNF type or polyvinyl (PVC) insulation of at least the H05VVF type.

Always use cords intended for outdoor use due to the nature of the machine work. The power cord should have a single socket

matching the machine’s plug. It is forbidden to modify the plug or socket to make them ﬁt. The electrical parameters of the power

cord should correspond to the electrical parameters of the tool, listed on the rating plate. It should be noted that the power cord’s

cross-section depends on the length of the cord. Follow the instructions below regarding the power cord cross-section:

- 1.0 mm2– cable length not more than 40 m;

- 1.5 mm2– cable length not more than 60 m;

- 2.5 mm2- cable length not more than 100 m.

When preparing for the operation and during operation, pay attention to the power cord. Protect the power cord from water, mois-

ture, oils, heat sources and sharp objects. Lay the cord so that it does not come within the reach of the cutting element. Cutting

the cord may result in electric shock and serious injury or death. Make sure that you do not become entangled in the cord. This

can lead to a fall and serious injury.

Do not overload the power cord, and do not cause any of the cord’s section to become tensioned. Do not pull the cord when

moving the tool. Always disconnect the power cord plug from the socket by pulling by the plug and socket housing, never pull by

the cord.

There is an opening in the handle cover to route the extension cord loop through, and then attach the loop to the hook inside the

handle. Only then, connect the plug to the socket of the extension cord (X). This will minimise the risk of pulling the power cord

from the machine housing, e.g. in the event of a sudden jerk.

Starting and stopping the tool

Make sure that the machine has been connected to the power supply and that the brush does not come into contact with the sur-

face or any other object. Adopt a posture which guarantees balance. Grasp the main handle with one hand. Grasp the additional

handle with the other hand. Press and hold the power switch lock in this position (XI), then press the power switch; the machine

will turn on. The power switch cannot be locked in the on position. After turning on the machine, release the pressure on the power

switch lock (XII).

The machine is stopped when the pressure on the switch is released. The brush can rotate for some time after the engine is

stopped. It is forbidden to stop the brush by pressing it against the ground or against another object.

After the brush has come to a complete stop, unplug the machine from the power supply by unplugging the power cord plug from

the mains socket. Next, proceed with maintenance.

Electric brush operation

Do not allow the tool to operate at low speed or during start-up.

Guide the machine with the wheel on the ground so that the brush spins in the gap between, for example, the paving stones.

Use a metal brush to clean gaps in hard stones such as granite or metal surfaces. Use plastic brushes to clean gaps in soft ce-

ramics, wood and composite products.

Take special care when cleaning the gaps located next to trees or building walls. The brush may damage the tree or the building

wall.

Working tips

Maintain balance and proper posture during work. Exercise particular caution when working on a slippery, inclined, or uneven

surface.

Continuously monitor the rotating brush during work. Do not clean places which are out of sight.

Before starting work, inspect the workplace thoroughly, remove all loose branches and other loose objects.

Take regular breaks when working. During operation, the tool emits noise and vibration, which impact the tool’s operator. Taking

regular breaks and wearing personal protective equipment such as gloves, hearing protectors and eye protection allows to reduce

the impact of the tool on the operator’s well-being.

Start work when healthy and in good shape. In case of nausea, headache, sight problems (e.g., reduced visual range), hearing

problems, or dizziness, immediately stop operating the tool.

Do not exert great pressure on the rotating brush. Do not overload it. Reduce pressure on the brush if increased noise and re-

duced rotational speed are observed, as it means that the rotating brush has been overloaded.

If, during operation, any part of the machine or cover is damaged or deformed, replace or repair it before resuming work.

Operational wear of the brush has occurred if a decrease in cleaning eﬃciency is observed and the brush diameter is reduced. In

this case, replace the brush with a new one.

PRODUCT MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE

Warning! Before starting any of the operations described below, make sure that the power cord of the machine is disconnected

from the mains socket.

After each use, inspect the condition of the tool with particular attention to the ﬂow capacity of ventilation openings.

Check the placement of all of the tool’s components. Tighten all loose screw connections, if any. Check the condition of the rotating

brush. Clean the cutting element cover and the rotating brush from impurities generated during operation. If the cutting element

cover and/or the rotating brush is damaged, replace it before performing further work. It is forbidden to use the machine with a

damaged cutting element cover and/ or the rotating brush.

Clean the tool’s housing with a soft, dry cloth. Clean the housing from grass residues, oil, grease, and other contaminants. Store

the disconnected tool in a dry and closed room.

Store the tool in shaded and dry places with appropriate ventilation preventing steam condensation. Such place should not be

accessible to unauthorised persons, especially children. During storage, the blades should always be protected with a cover.

Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz

Arbeitsplatz gut beleuchtet und sauber halten. Bei Unordnung oder schwacher Beleuchtung kann es zu Unfällen kommen.

Elektrowerkzeuge / Maschinen nicht in einer Umgebung mit erhöhter Explosionsgefahr, mit brennbaren Flüssigkeiten,

Gasen oder Dämpfen gebrauchen. Bei Einsatz von Elektrowerkzeugen / Maschinen kann der Funkenﬂug zr Staub- oder Dampf-

entzündung führen.

Kinder und Unbefugte fern vom Arbeitsplatz halten. Bei reduzierter Konzentration kann die Kontrolle über das Werkzeug

Elektrische Sicherheit

Der Stecker des Stromkabels muss für die Steckdose geeignet sein. Stecker niemals modiﬁzieren. Keine Steckeradapter

mit geerdeten Elektrowerkzeugen / Maschinen verwenden. Originalstecker, die zur Steckdose passen, minimieren die Gefahr

eines möglichen elektrischen Schlages.

Berührung geerdeter Flächen, wie Rohre, Heizkörper, Kühlgeräte, vermeiden. Die Erdung auf den Körper erhöht die Gefahr

eines möglichen elektrischen Schlages.

Elektrowerkzeuge / Maschinen gegen direkte Regen- oder Schneeeinwirkung schützen. Dringt Wasser oder Feuchte ins

Elektrowerkzeug / die Maschine, erhöht sich die Gefahr eines möglichen elektrischen Schlages.

Stromkabel nicht überlasten. Gerät am Stromkabel werde tragen, noch ziehen, Gerät durch Ziehen des Steckers und

nicht des Stromkabels elektrisch abschalten. Kontakt des Stromkabels mit Wärme, Ölen, scharfen Kanten und beweg-

lichen Teilen vermeiden. Ein beschädigtes oder verwirrtes Stromkabel erhöht die Gefahr eines elektrischen Schlages.

Bei der Arbeit im Freien nur Verlängerungskabel für den Einsatz im Freien verwenden. Mit derartigen Verlängerungskabeln

wird die Gefahr eines elektrischen Schlages minimiert.

Ist der Einsatz der Elektrowerkzeugen / Maschinen in einer feuchten Umgebung unvermeidbar, sind Stromschutzvor-

richtungen zum Schutz gegen die Versorgungsspannung einzusetzen. Dadurch wird die Gefahr eines elektrischen Schlages

minimiert.

Persönliche Sicherheit

Immer achtsam bleiben, alle Tätigkeiten vorsichtig durchführen und Zurechnungsfähigkeit bei der Arbeit mit Elektrowerk-

zeugen / Maschinen behalten. Elektrowerkzeuge / Maschinen bei Müdigkeit oder unter Einﬂuss von Alkohol, Drogen oder

Arzneimitteln nicht bedienen. Nur eine kurze Unachtsamkeit kann bei der Arbeit ernsthafte Körperverletzungen herbeiführen.

Persönliche Schutzausrüstungen verwenden. Schutzbrille immer tragen. Persönliche Schutzausrüstungen, wie Staubschutz-

masken, rutschfreies Schutzschuhwerk, Schutzhelme und Gehörschutz, reduzieren die Gefahr ernsthafter Körperverletzungen.

Unerwartete Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes vermeiden. Vor dem Netz- / Akkuanschluss oder Vertragen des Elektrowerk-

zeuges / der Maschine sicherstellen, dass der Steuerschalter auf „Aus“ steht. Wird das Elektrowerkzeug / die Maschine

mit dem Finger auf dem Steuerschalter vertragen oder mit dem Steuerschalter auf „Ein“ angeschlossen, kann es zu ernsthaften

Körperverletzungen führen.

Alle Schlüssel und andere Werkzeuge, die zur Einstellung des Elektrowerkzeuges / der Maschine verwendet wurden,

vor Einschalten des Gerätes entfernen. Ein an den rotierenden Komponenten des Elektrowerkzeuges / der Maschine zurück-

gelassener Schlüssel kann zu ernsthaften Verletzungen führen.

Nicht zu weit greifen oder sich beugen. Für eine korrekte Körperstellung während der Arbeit sorgen. Dadurch kann das

Elektrowerkzeug / die Maschine bei unerwarteten Situationen bei der Arbeit einfacher beherrscht werden.

Entsprechende Schutzkleidung tragen. Lose Kleidung oder Schmuck nicht tragen. Lose Haare und die Kleidung fern

von beweglichen Komponenten des Elektrowerkzeuges / der Maschine halten. Lose Kleidungsstücke, Schmuck oder lange

Haare können durch diese Komponenten erfasst werden.

Sind die Geräte für den Anschluss einer Staubabsaugung ausgelegt, sicherstellen, dass sie korrekt angeschlossen und

betrieben wird. Mithilfe einer Staubabsaugung wird die Gefahr ernsthafter Körperverletzungen minimiert.

Nicht zulassen, dass die bei der häuﬁgen Bedienung von Elektrowerkzeugen / Maschinen gewonnenen Erfahrungen

zur Unachtsamkeit und Ignorierung der Sicherheitsgrundsätze führen. Das unvorsitichige Vorgehen kann blitzschnell zu

Körperverletzungen führen.

Elektrowerkzeuge / Maschinen gebrauchen und pﬂegen

Elektrowerkzeug / Maschine nicht überlasten und nur für den geplanten Einsatz gebrauchen. Ein entsprechendes Elektro-

werkzeug / eine Maschine kann eine leistungsstärkere und sicherere Arbeit gewährleisten, wird das Gerät für die beabsichtigte

Beanspruchung eingesetzt.

Elektrowerkzeug / Maschine nicht überlasten, wenn die Ein- und Ausschaltung mit dem Steuerschalter nicht möglich ist.

Kann keine Kontrolle über das Elektrowerkzeug / die Maschine mit dem Steuerschalter gewährleistet werden, stellt es eine Gefahr

dar und das Gerät ist dann reparieren lassen.

Stecker des Stromkabels ziehen und/oder (abbaubaren) Akku demontieren, bevor eine Einstellung, der Zubehörwechsel

oder die Lagerung des Elektrowerkzeuges / der Maschine durchgeführt wird. Durch diese Sicherheitsmaßnahmen kann eine

unerwartete Inbetriebnahme des Elektrowerkzeuges / der Maschine verhindert werden.

Elektrowerkzeug / Maschine fern von Kindern lagern, Elektrowerkzeug / Maschine durch Personen, die in der Geräte-

bedienung oder diesen Anleitungen nicht unterwiesen sind, nicht bedienen lassen. Von nicht unterwiesenen Personen

bediente Elektrowerkzeuge / Maschinen stellen eine Gefahr dar.

Elektrowerkzeuge / Maschinen und Zubehör ordnungsgemäß warten. Elektrowerkzeuge / Maschinen auf nicht zusammen-

passende oder verklemmte Werkzeuge, beschädigte Komponenten oder sonstige Fälle kontrollieren, die Funktion des

Elektrowerkzeuges / der Maschine beeinträchtigen können. Alle Schäden vor Einsatz des Elektrowerkzeuges / der Maschi-

ne beheben lassen. Viele Unfälle werden durch eine mangelhafte Wartung des Elektrowerkzeuges / der Maschine herbeigeführt.

Schneidwerkzeuge immer sauber und geschärft halten. Ordnungsgemäß gewartete scharfkantige Schneidwerkzeuge ver-

klemmen sich selten und können bei der Arbeit besser kontrolliert werden.

Nur Elektrowerkzeuge / Maschinen, Zubehör oder sonstige Anbauwerkzeuge usw. nach dieser Bedienungsanleitung ein-

setzen, dabei die Art und die Bedingungen der jeweiligen Arbeit berücksichtigen. Werden Werkzeuge nicht bestimmungs-

gemäß eingesetzt, kann es zu gefährlichen Situationen führen.

Handgriﬀe und Haleﬂächen immer trocken, sauber, öl- und schmierstoﬀfrei halten. Durch verschmutzte Handgriﬀe und

Halteﬂächen wird eine sichere Bedienung und Kontrolle des Elektrowerkzeuges / der Maschine bei gefährlichen Situationen

unmöglich.

Reparaturen

Elektrowerkzeug / Maschine nur in entsprechenden Vertragswerkstätten unter Einsatz von Originalersatzteilen reparie-

ren lassen. Dadurch wird eine entsprechende Arbeitssicherheit des Gerätes gewährleistet.

Warnhinweise im Zusammenhang mit der Verwendung der elektrischen Bürste

Überprüfen Sie vor jedem Gebrauch den Zustand der Bürstenabdeckungen. Betreiben Sie die Maschine nicht mit be-

schädigten Schutzabdeckungen oder ohne Schutzabdeckungen. Beschädigte Schutzabdeckungen sichern keinen ausrei-

chenden Schutz, was zu schweren Verletzungen führen kann.

Sichern Sie den Arbeitsbereich vor unbefugtem Zugriﬀvon Dritten. Die rotierende Bürste kann mit hoher Geschwindigkeit

Abfälle, die eine Bedrohung für den Bediener und die Dritten bilden, herausschleudern.

Tragen Sie bei der Arbeit mit der rotierenden Bürste immer Schutz der oberen Atemwege. Die rotierende Bürste kann Staub

entwickeln, der gesundheitsschädlich sein kann.

Ziehen Sie immer den Versorgungsleitungsstecker aus der Steckdose, bevor Sie Reparaturen durchführen. Unerwartetes

Einschalten der Maschine während der Reparatur kann zu schweren Verletzungen führen.

Verwenden Sie keine Bürsten mit anderen als den vom Hersteller angegebenen Parametern. Falsches eingebautes Werk-

zeug kann zu schweren Verletzungen führen.

BEDIENUNG DES PRODUKTS

Vorbereitung zum Betrieb

Achtung! Trennen Sie das Gerät vor jeglichen Montage- und Einstellarbeiten von der Stromversorgung . Kontrollieren Sie, dass

der Netzstecker aus der Steckdose gezogen ist.

Führen Sie eine Sichtprüfung des Produktes durch. Wenn Sie irgendwelche Beschädigung feststellen, beginnen Sie keine Arbeit,

bevor diese Beschädigungen nicht beseitigt werden.

Packen Sie das Produkt aus und entfernen Sie das ganze Verpackungsmaterial. Es wird empfohlen, die Verpackung für die spä-

tere Lagerung und den Transport aufzubewahren.

Maschinenmontage

Befestigen Sie mit den Schrauben (II) die Bürstenabdeckung am Gehäuse von der Seite des Werkzeughalters aus.

Befestigen Sie das Rad auf der anderen Seite des Gehäuses mit der Schraube (III).

Montieren Sie den Zusatzgriﬀan der Gehäuseoberseite in der Nähe des Hauptgriﬀs. Spreizen Sie die Endstücke des Hilfsgriﬀs

vorsichtig aus und schieben Sie sie auf die Montagebuchse (IV). Die Laschen im Griﬀsollten in die Öﬀnungen im Maschinen-

gehäuse eingreifen. Der Winkel des Zusatzhandgriﬀs kann schrittweise durch Verdrehen in der Montagestelle eingestellt werden.

Sichern Sie den Hilfsgriﬀmit dem Schraubhebel (V).

Montage und Demontage der Bürste

Warnung! Aufgrund der Verletzungsgefahr sollten bei der Bürstenmontage die Schutzhandschuhe getragen werden.

Der Werkzeughalter ist mit einer Verriegelung ausgestattet, mit der Sie die Bürste ohne zusätzliche Werkzeuge befestigen kön-

nen.

Der Werkzeughaltering ist mit Flügeln ausgestattet, greifen Sie die Flügel fest und verschieben den Ring zum Rad (VI). Halten Sie

den Ring in dieser Stellung und stecken den Bürstenstift in den Werkzeughalter (VII). Nach dem Lösen des Drucks auf den Ring

sollte dieser automatisch in die Ausgangsstellung zurückkehren und der Bürstenstift im Werkzeughalter einrasten. Vergewissern

Sie sich, dass der Bürstenstift nicht aus dem Werkzeughalter herausfällt. Wenn ja, sollte die Montage wiederholt werden.

Bei der Demontage der Bürste wird der Ring verschoben, in dieser Stellung gehalten und dann der Bürstenstift aus dem Werk-

zeughalter entfernt. Nach dem Lösen sollte der Ring automatisch in die Ausgangsstellung zurückkehren.

Achtung! Vor jeder Montage der Bürste sollte das Innere der Abdeckung und der Werkzeughalter von allen während des Betriebs

entstehenden Ablagerungen gereinigt werden.

Einstellen der Länge und des Winkels des Gehäuses

Die Möglichkeit, die Länge und den Winkel des Gehäuses einzustellen, erlaubt eine bessere Anpassung der Bürste an den Be-

diener und den Arbeitsplatz.

Um die Länge einzustellen, drehen Sie den unteren Teil des Gehäuseringes in die Richtung des mit dem oﬀenen Vorhänge-

schloss-Symbol (VIII) markierten Pfeiles. Das Gehäuse ist teleskopierbar. Drehen Sie nach dem Einstellen der gewählten Länge
