solders and lead-free for soft soldering. The temperature control allows for soldering of fine electrical and electronic elements
without risk of overheating. The correct, reliable, and safe operation of the device depends on its proper use, therefore:

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Irresponsible use of the equipment can cause fire, therefore exercise caution when using the
equipment in areas where combustible materials are present; do not direct a stream of hot air
at the same spot or place the soldering iron tip to the same spot for an extended period; do
not use the equipment in an explosive atmosphere; be aware that heat may be transferred
to combustible materials out of sight; place the equipment on its stand after use and leave
it to cool down before storage; do not leave the equipment unattended when switched on.
Before starting work, make sure that the housing and the power cord and plug are not dam-
aged. In case of damage, do not proceed with work.
Children must not use this equipment. Children should not play with the equipment. Chil-
dren left unattended should not be allowed to perform the cleaning and maintenance of the
equipment. This equipment may not be used by persons with reduced physical or mental
abilities and persons with no experience or knowledge of the equipment, if not supervised or
instructed on its safe use so that the risks associated with it are understood.
The device is not designed to operate in high humidity conditions. The temperature at the
place of the device’s use must be within the range of 0OC ÷ +40OC, and the relative humidity
must be below 70% without condensation. Do not expose the device to precipitation.
Before connecting the device to the power supply, make sure that the voltage, frequency,
and performance of the supply network correspond to the values shown on the device’s

rating plate. The plug must fit into the socket. It is forbidden to modify the plug or socket in
any manner to make them fit. The device must be connected directly to a single supply net-
work socket. It is forbidden to use extension cords, adapters, or double sockets. The supply
network circuit must be equipped with a 16 A protection. Avoid contact between the power
cord and sharp edges and hot objects and surfaces. During operation, the power cord must
always be fully extended, and the position of the power cord must be set so that it does not
become an obstacle during operation. The power cord should not be placed in a manner
that would pose a risk of tripping. The supply socket should be located in a place where it is
always possible to remove the device power cord plug quickly. Always pull the power cord by
the plug housing when unplugging it, never by the cord. If the power cord or the plug is dam-
aged, immediately disconnect it from the supply network and contact an authorised service
centre of the manufacturer for replacement. Do not use the product with a damaged power
cord or plug. The power cord or plug cannot be repaired and must be replaced with a new
one that is free of defects if these components are damaged.
WARNING! The metal components of the tool can be hot during and immediately after use.
Do not touch them, as it may cause severe burns. Allow the device components to cool
down. Use gloves that protect against high temperatures if you need to move these com-
ponents before they cool down. Make sure that the floor near the place of use of the device
is not slippery. This will prevent slipping, which can cause serious injuries. Never block or
restrict the flow capacity of the air inlet openings. Never point the device at people or animals.
Do not check the blowing temperature by directing the air stream towards any part of the
body. Never use the device as a hair dryer. Do not use the device in the bathroom or near
water. Do not touch the nozzle or tip end, as this may cause burns. After use, allow the tool
to cool down before storing it. Do not accelerate the process of self-cooling of the device
components in any manner.
DEVICE OPERATION
Installation of accessories
CAUTION! Only install the accessories when the supply voltage is disconnected. Pull the tool power cord plug out of the power
socket!
Before assembly and disassembly of the device, make sure that all components have cooled down.
Before starting assembly, make sure that the soldering station power switch is in the oposition – O.
Connect the soldering iron cable to the port at the front of the soldering station housing. The plug has such a shape that it can
be connected in one correct way only. Secure the connection by screwing a metal plug ring on the thread around the port in the
soldering station housing.
Place the soldering iron in the stand (II).
Connect the power cord to the port at the back of the housing. The plug has such a shape that it can be connected in one correct
way only.
Position the station at the workplace, e.g., on the table to ensure easy access to the controls and that any object does not cover
the display reading. Place the soldering iron stand near the station to ensure free access to the soldering iron and prevent the
soldering iron tip from unintentional coming into contact with any object during operation, storage on the stand, and movement of
the soldering iron during operation. Due to the high temperature of the tip, leave at least 10 cm of free space around the stand.
The stand should be placed on a heat-resistant surface.
Insert a sponge designed to clean the tip during operation into the stand cavity. The sponge should be damp but not wet during
the entire operation period. This will prevent the tip damage.
Only after setting up the station and the stand and performing a trial operation can the station be connected to the power supply.

Switching the device on and off
Switch the device on by moving the power switch to the on position – I.
The display backlight switches on and after approx. 3 seconds the previous (factory) temperature setting will be displayed.
If it is necessary to switch othe device, move the power switch to the oposition – O.
Parameter setting
The parameters are set using a knob. Turning the knob allows you to set the value of the parameter, and a light press of the knob
allows you to select the parameter which value can be changed.
Temperature setting
Turning the knob allows you to select the tip temperature. The setting is visible on the display. The soldering iron has a sensor
that continuously measures and regulates the tip’s temperature so that it corresponds as much as possible to the selected setting.
The device can be programmed and store three temperature values. Pressing the knob allows for entering the programmed
setting selection mode; it is indicated by flashing of CH1, CH2, or CH3 symbol. The setting is selected by turning the knob and
pressing it confirms the selection.
Caution! The device needs time to change the tip temperature, especially to lower it. It is forbidden to accelerate the cooling of
the tip.
Menu
Press and hold the knob for approx. 3 seconds to enter the menu. The first function is the temperature (TEMP); the successive
functions are available in the following order TEMP, UNIT, SLP, BEEP, LIGH, CODE, EXIT. Function selection is made by turning
the knob; pressing the knob confirms the selection.
TEMP – temperature setting programming
Select and confirm the TEMP function. Select one of the temperature setting CH1, CH2, or CH3 by pressing and turning the knob.
The symbol of the selected setting will flash on the display. Turn the knob to set the temperature value. Select the RET setting to
enter the value to the memory, then use the selector to select EXIT to exit the menu.
UNIT – temperature unit
Select and confirm the UNIT function. Turn the knob to select symbol C for degrees Celsius or F for degrees Fahrenheit. Press
the knob to confirm the selection, then use the selector to select EXIT to exit the menu.
SLP - automatic sleep time (timer)
Select and confirm SLP function. Turn the knob to select the time value in minutes that will elapse between the station switching
on and its automatic sleep. It is possible to set the time from 1 to 240 minutes or to select the OFF setting function that switches
othe timer. After setting, use the selector to select EXIT to exit the menu.
Caution! When in sleep mode, the tip temperature decreases to 200OC; to restore the station operation press or turn the knob; the
temperature will automatically return to the previously set value.
BEEP – audible signal
Select and confirm the BEEP function. Turn the knob to select ON option to activate the audible signal or OFF to deactivate it.
Confirm the selection by pressing the knob. After setting, use the selector to select EXIT to exit the menu.
LIGH – display backlight adjustment
Select and confirm the LIGH function. Turn the knob to select one of the display backlight levels (01-09). Confirm the selection
by pressing the knob.
After setting, use the selector to select EXIT to exit the menu.
CODE – coding temperature settings
This feature allows you to block temperature changes without providing a code. This feature is useful in a workplace where mul-
tiple users use one station.
Select and confirm the CODE function. Turn the knob to set the current code or the default code (000) if no code has been entered
before. Confirm the selection by pressing the knob. Enter a new code, confirm the selection, then re-enter the new code, and
confirm it. After setting, use the selector to select EXIT to exit the menu.
To unlock the temperature settings, press and hold the knob for approx. 3 seconds, and then rotate the selector to enter the
previously set code. If it is necessary to delete the code, perform the same operations as when setting the new code; you need to
set the 000 code, which is a factory code.
If the password is lost, before starting the station, press and hold the knob in this position, and then turn the switch to the on posi-
tion - I without releasing the pressure on the knob. After start-up, the station will automatically go into ADMI mode and the display
will show “---”. Set the dial to “888”, which will unlock the station and remove the password.

CAL – temperature calibration
It is recommended to perform temperature calibrations before first use and from time to time. Set the temperature to 350 OC and
wait for the tip to heat. Clean the tip with a damp sponge and then coat with a tin layer to facilitate conductivity. Read the measured
temperature, then press and hold the knob for about 6 seconds to enter the temperature calibration mode. In this mode, enter the
measured temperature with the knob and confirm the selection. Temperature calibration is completed.
REST – settings deletion
Press and hold the knob for approx. 9 seconds to enter the settings deletion mode. Use the knob to select YES to delete the
settings or NO not to delete the settings. Press the knob to confirm the selection and exit the settings deletion mode.
USB port
The USB port located on the front of the station is intended for supplying electrical devices which use the USB standard. They can
be used, for example, to charge mobile phones that can be charged from a USB port.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
After finishing work, clean the tip using a damp sponge and then place the soldering iron in the stand, switch othe soldering
station with the power switch and leave it until all elements have cooled down completely. Disconnect the station from the power
supply by pulling the power cord plug out of the power socket. Clean the station housing and soldering iron holder with a soft cloth
slightly dampened with water, then dry it.
Check the tip condition; if any defects, damage, or changes in shape are observed, replace the tip with a new one. Unscrew the
clamping sleeve by rotating the ring located near the soldering iron handle. Then pull out of the sleeve the old tip and replace it
with a new one. Mount the sleeve with the tip to the soldering iron.
The sponge for cleaning the tip should be cleaned under a jet of lukewarm water. Replace excessively soiled or damaged sponges
with new ones.
Store the product disconnected from the power supply in places not accessible to unauthorised persons, especially children. The
storage place should protect against dust, moisture, precipitation, excessive heat, and provide adequate ventilation to prevent
condensation of water vapour.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Der unüberlegte Einsatz des Gerätes kann zu Bränden führen, deswegen: Seien Sie vor-
sichtig bei der Bedienung des Gerätes in Bereichen mit brennbaren Stoen; richten Sie den

Bevor Sie das Gerät an das Stromnetz anschließen, vergewissern Sie sich, dass Span-
nung, Frequenz und Kapazität des Stromnetzes mit den auf dem Typenschild des Gerätes
angegebenen Werten übereinstimmen. Der Stecker muss in die Steckdose passen. Es ist
verboten, den Stecker oder die Steckdose auf irgendeine Weise so zu verändern, dass sie
zusammenpassen. Das Gerät muss direkt an eine Einzelsteckdose angeschlossen werden.
Es ist verboten, Verlängerungskabel, Steckverteiler und Doppelsteckdosen zu verwenden.
Das Versorgungsnetz muss mit einer 16-A-Sicherung ausgestattet sein. Schützen Sie das
Netzkabel vor dem Kontakt mit scharfen Kanten sowie heißen Gegenständen und Ober-
flächen. Wenn das Produkt in Betrieb ist, muss das Netzkabel immer vollständig ausgerollt
sein und seine Position so festgelegt werden, dass der Betrieb des Produkts nicht behindert
wird. Verlegen Sie das Netzkabel so, dass keine Stolpergefahr besteht. Die Steckdose sollte
immer so angeordnet sein, dass der Stecker des Netzkabels des Gerätes schnell gezogen
werden kann. Ziehen Sie das Netzkabel immer am Steckergehäuse, niemals am Netzkabel.
Wenn das Netzkabel oder der Stecker beschädigt sind, ziehen Sie sofort den Netzstecker
aus der Steckdose und wenden Sie sich zum Austausch an eine autorisierte Servicestelle
des Herstellers. Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht mit einem beschädigten Netzkabel oder Ste-
cker. Das Netzkabel und der Stecker dürfen nicht repariert werden. Sind diese Komponenten
beschädigt, müssen sie durch neue, fehlerfreie ersetzt werden.
WARNUNG! Die Metallteile des Gerätes können während der Arbeit und unmittelbar danach
heiß sein. Berühren Sie sie nicht, da dies zu schweren Verbrennungen führen kann. Lassen
Sie die Elemente des Gerätes vollständig abkühlen. Wenn es notwendig ist, diese Elemente
vor dem Abkühlen zu bewegen, verwenden Sie Hitzeschutzhandschuhe. Stellen Sie sicher,
dass der Boden in der Nähe des Einsatzortes des Gerätes nicht rutschig ist. Dadurch wird

Luftstromtemperatur, indem Sie den Luftstrom auf einen Teil des Körpers richten. Verwenden

zess der Selbstkühlung der Gerätekomponenten darf in keiner Weise beschleunigt werden.
BEDIENUNG DES GERÄTS
Montage von Ausrüstungselementen
ACHTUNG! Das Zubehör darf nur bei ausgeschalteter Versorgungsspannung montiert werden. Ziehen Sie den Stecker des Netz-
kabels des Werkzeuges aus der Steckdose!
Vor der Montage und Demontage des Gerätes ist sicherzustellen, dass alle Teile abgekühlt sind.
Vor der Montage stellen Sie sicher, dass der Lötstationsschalter ausgeschaltet (O-Stellung) ist.
Schließen Sie den Kabelstecker der Lötstation an die Buchse an der Vorderseite des Lötstationsgehäuses an. Der Stecker ist so
geformt, dass er nur auf eine, korrekte Weise angeschlossen werden kann. Sichern Sie die Verbindung, indem Sie den Metallring
des Steckers auf das Gewinde um die Buchse im Lötstationsgehäuse aufschrauben.
Setzen Sie den Lötkolben in die Ablage (II).
Schließen Sie das Netzkabel an die Buchse auf der Rückseite des Gehäuses an. Der Stecker ist so geformt, dass er nur auf eine,
korrekte Weise angeschlossen werden kann.
Stellen Sie die Station am Arbeitsplatz, z. B. auf einem Tisch, so auf, dass ein leichter Zugang zu den Bedienelementen gewähr-
leistet ist und die Anzeige auf keine Weise verdeckt wird. Die Lötkolbenablage sollte so in der Nähe der Station platziert werden,

dass ein freier Zugang zum Lötkolben gewährleistet ist und die Lötkolbenspitze während des Betriebs, der Lagerung auf der
Lötkolbenablage und der Handhabung des Lötkolbens während des Betriebs nicht versehentlich mit einem Gegenstand in Be-
rührung kommt. Wegen der hohen Temperatur der Spitze muss mindestens 10 cm freien Raum um die Ablage behalten werden.
Die Ablage sollte auf einer hochtemperaturbeständiges fläche lokalisiert werden.
In der Vertiefung der Ablage sollte ein Schwamm zum Reinigen der Spitze während des Betriebs eingelegt werden. Der Schwamm
sollte während der gesamten Arbeitszeit feucht, aber nicht nass bleiben. Dadurch wird eine Beschädigung der Spitze verhindert.
Erst nach dem Aufstellen der Station und der Ablage und der Funktionsprüfung darf die Station an die Stromversorgung ange-
schlossen werden.
Ein- und Ausschalten des Gerätes
Das Gerät wird mit dem Umschalten des Einschalters in die Ein-Stellung - I - in Betrieb genommen.
Die Displaybeleuchtung wird eingeschaltet und nach ca. 3 Sekunden wird die vorherige (werkseitige) Temperatureinstellung an-
gezeigt.
Wenn das Gerät ausgeschaltet werden muss, stellen Sie den Schalter in die Aus-Position - O - um.
Parametereinstellung
Die Parameter werden mit dem Drehknopf eingestellt. Das Drehen des Drehknopfes erlaubt die Einstellung der Parametergröße
und bei leichtem Drücken des Drehknopfes wird der Parameter ausgewählt, dessen Wert geändert werden kann.
Temperatureinstellung
Mit dem Drehknopf können Sie die Temperatur der Spitze einstellen. Die Einstellung wird auf dem Display angezeigt. Der Lötkol-
ben hat einen Sensor, der kontinuierlich die Temperatur der Spitze misst und regelt, so dass sie so weit wie möglich der gewählten
Einstellung entspricht.
Im Gerät kann man drei Temperaturwerte programmieren und speichern. Mit dem Knopfdruck geht man in den Auswahlmodus
der voreingestellten Einstellung, es wird mit dem blinkenden Symbol CH1, CH2 oder CH3 angezeigt. Die Einstellung wird durch
Drehen des Drehknopfes gewählt und durch das Drücken des Drehknopfes bestätigt.
Achtung! Das Gerät braucht eine gewisse Zeit, um die Spitzentemperatur zu ändern. Vor allem, um sie zu reduzieren. Es ist
verboten, die Abkühlung der Spitze zu beschleunigen.
Menü
Halten Sie den Drehknopf ca. 3 Sekunden lang gedrückt, um das Menü aufzurufen. Die erste Funktion ist die Temperatur (TEMP)
und weitere Funktionen stehen in der folgenden Reihenfolge zur Verfügung: TEMP, UNIT, SLP, BEEP, LIGH, CODE, EXIT. Die
Funktionsauswahl erfolgt durch Drehen des Drehknopfes, das Drücken des Drehknopfes bestätigt die Auswahl.
TEMP - Programmierung der Temperatureinstellung
Wählen und bestätigen Sie die TEMP-Funktion. Durch Drücken und Drehen des Drehknopfes wählen Sie eine der Temperatur-
einstellungen CH1, CH2 oder CH3. Das Symbol der gewählten Einstellung blinkt auf dem Display. Drehen Sie den Drehknopf, um
den Temperaturwert einzustellen. Wählen Sie die Einstellung RET, um den Wert in den Speicher einzugeben, und dann wählen
Sie mit dem Knopf die EXIT-Funktion, um das Menü zu verlassen.
UNIT – Temperatureinheit
Wählen und bestätigen Sie die UNIT-Funktion. Drehen Sie den Drehknopf, um das Symbol C für Grad Celsius oder F für Grad
Fahrenheit zu wählen. Drücken Sie den Knopf, um die Auswahl zu bestätigen und dann wählen Sie mit dem Knopf die EXIT-Funk-
tion, um das Menü zu verlassen.
SLP - Automatische Ruhezeit (Timer)
Wählen und bestätigen Sie die SLP-Funktion. Drehen Sie den Drehknopf, um die Zeit in Minuten zwischen dem Einschalten der
Station und dem automatischen Ruhezustand einzustellen. Es ist möglich, die Zeit von 1 bis 240 Minuten einzustellen oder die
OFF-Funktion wählen, die den Timer deaktiviert. Nach der Einstellung wählen Sie mit dem Drehknopf EXIT, um das Menü zu
verlassen.
Achtung! Im Ruhezustand sinkt die Spitzentemperatur auf 200 OC, um die Station zu aktivieren, wird einfach der Drehknopf ge-
drückt oder gedreht, die Temperatur wird automatisch auf den voreingestellten Wert erhöht.
BEEP – akustisches Signal
Wählen und bestätigen Sie die BEEP-Funktion. Wählen Sie mit dem Drehknopf die ON-Option, um das akustische Signal zu
aktivieren oder die OFF-Option um es zu deaktivieren. Bestätigen Sie die Auswahl durch Drücken des Drehknopfes. Nach der
Einstellung wählen Sie mit dem Drehknopf EXIT, um das Menü zu verlassen.
LIGHT - Einstellung der Displayhintergrundbeleuchtung
Wählen und bestätigen Sie die LIGH-Funktion. Durch Drehen des Drehknopfes wählen Sie einen der Stufen der Hintergrundbe-
leuchtung des Displays (01-09). Bestätigen Sie die Auswahl durch Drücken des Drehknopfes.
Nach der Einstellung wählen Sie mit dem Drehknopf EXIT, um das Menü zu verlassen.

CODE - Codierung der Temperatureinstellungen
Mit dieser Funktion können Sie Temperaturänderungen ohne Eingabe eines Codes sperren. Diese Funktion ist nützlich an einem
Arbeitsplatz, an dem mehrere Benutzer eine Station verwenden.
Wählen und bestätigen Sie die CODE-Funktion. Stellen Sie mit dem Drehknopf den aktuellen Code oder den Standardcode (000),
wenn zuvor kein Code eingegeben wurde. Bestätigen Sie die Auswahl durch Drücken des Drehknopfes. Geben Sie den neuen
Code ein, bestätigen Sie die Auswahl, geben Sie dann den neuen Code erneut ein und bestätigen Sie ihn. Nach der Einstellung
wählen Sie mit dem Drehknopf EXIT, um das Menü zu verlassen.
Um die Temperatureinstellungen frei zu schalten, halten Sie den Knopf für ca. 3 Sekunden gedrückt und geben Sie dann den vor-
eingestellten Code durch Drehen des Drehknopfes ein. Wenn Sie einen Code löschen müssen, gehen Sie wie bei der Einstellung
des einen neuen Codes vor, aber setzen Sie den Code 000, der der werkseitige Standardcode ist.
Wenn das Passwort verloren geht, halten Sie vor dem Starten der Station den Knopf in dieser Position gedrückt und drehen Sie
dann den Schalter auf die Position Ein - I, ohne den Druck auf den Knopf zu lösen. Nach dem Start geht die Station automatisch
in den ADMI-Modus und das Display zeigt „---“. Stellen Sie die Wählscheibe auf „888“, wodurch die Station entsperrt und das
Passwort entfernt wird.
CAL - Temperaturkalibrierung
Die Temperaturkalibrierung wird vor dem ersten Einsatz und in gewissen Zeitabständen empfohlen. Stellen Sie eine Temperatur
von 350 OC und warten Sie, bis die Spitze warm wird. Reinigen Sie die Spitze mit einem feuchten Schwamm und überziehen Sie
sie anschließend mit einer Zinnschicht, um die Leitfähigkeit zu erhöhen. Lesen Sie die gemessene Temperatur ab, drücken und
halten Sie dann den Knopf für ca. 6 Sekunden gedrückt, um auf den Temperaturkalibrierungsmodus umzuschalten. Geben Sie
in diesem Modus die gemessene Temperatur mit dem Drehknopf ein und bestätigen Sie die Auswahl. Temperaturkalibrierung ist
abgeschlossen.
REST - Einstellungen löschen
Drücken und halten Sie den Knopf für ca. 9 Sekunden, um in den Reset-Modus zu gelangen. Wählen Sie mit dem Drehknopf
YES, um die Einstellungen zu löschen, oder NO, um die Einstellungen nicht zu löschen. Drücken Sie den Knopf, um die Auswahl
zu bestätigen und den Reset-Modus zu verlassen.
USB-Buchse
Die USB-Buchse an der Vorderwand der Station wird zur Stromversorgung von elektrischen Geräten im USB-Standard verwen-
det. Sie können die Buchse beispielsweise zum Aufladen von Mobiltelefonen, die über einen USB-Anschluss aufgeladen werden
können, verwenden.
WARTUNG UND AUFBEWAHRUNG
Reinigen Sie nach Beendigung der Arbeiten die Spitze mit einem feuchten Schwamm, legen Sie dann die Lötkolben in die Ablage,
schalten Sie die Lötstation mit dem Schalter aus und lassen Sie sie stehen, bis alle Elemente vollständig abgekühlt sind. Trennen
Sie die Station von der Versorgungsspannug, indem Sie den Netzkabelstecker aus der Steckdose ziehen. Reinigen Sie das Stations-
gehäuse und den Lötkolbengrimit einem weichen, leicht angefeuchteten Tuch und trocknen Sie es anschließend ab.
Überprüfen Sie den Zustand der Spitze, wenn Beschädigungen oder Formänderungen festgestellt werden, sollte die Spitze erneuert
werden. Lösen Sie die Befestigungshülse, indem Sie den Ring in der Nähe des Lötkolbengris drehen. Schieben Sie dann die alte
Spitze aus der Buchse weg und ersetzen Sie sie durch eine neue. Setzen Sie die Hülse mit der Spitze in den Lötkolben ein.
Der Spitzenschwamm zur Reinigung der Spitze wird unter lauwarmem Wasserstrahl gespült. Stark verschmutzter oder verbrauch-
ter Schwamm ist gegen einen neuen Schwamm auszutauschen.
Das Produkt wird zur Lagerung vom Stromnetz getrennt. An Orten, die unbefugten Personen, insbesondere Kindern, nicht zu-
gänglich sind. Der Aufbewahrungsbereich sollte vor Staub, Feuchtigkeit, Niederschlägen und übermäßiger Hitze schützen und
eine ausreichende Belüftung sichern, um Wasserdampfkondensation zu verhindern.
