Safety Precautions
WARNING!
When using the massage chair, basic precaution should always be followed to reduce the risk of electric
shock, burns, fire, or injury to persons. Read thoroughly the following details before using.
1. People with the following conditions should consult their physician before using the product:
Who uses a medical electronic device, which is embedded in the body, such as a pacemaker.
Who suffers from heart disease.
Who suffers from backbone disease.
Who is suffering from bone fragility, especially on the backbone.
After surgery.
Who is pregnant or in a period of monthly illness.
Who suffers from malignant tumors.
Who is suffering from osteoporosis.
Who has problems with blood circulation.
Who is suffering from skin disease or affection.
Who is undergoing medical treatment or feels some physical abnormality previously or is being
treated now.
Who has some abnormality or deformity of limbs or backbone.
Who has backbone problems or injuries due to illness or accident.
2. Do not let water enter the product or splashed on the surface of the product.
3. Water contact with electricity is dangerous. Do not leave the product in a humid environment (such as in the
bathroom or shower room or swimming pool).
4. Before connecting the product to the power supply, check the product voltage and supply voltage are the
same.
5. If the plug, power cord or product itself is damaged, do not use this product.
6. In order to prevent the risk of electric shock, do not open the product outer casing.
7. Product is not intended by the physical sound, sensory or mental impairment (including children), unless
there is supervision or guidance of the people responsible for their safety when they use the product.
8. If the product or the power cord is damaged, in order to avoid danger, do not try to repair the product. This
must be handled by Seller’s full-time specialist / technician, or product quality maintenance guarantee will be
void.
9. Children should not use this product. They should be under supervision to ensure that they will not treat this
product as a toy.
10. If unusual sound or noise is being heard from the product, turn off the product and immediately disconnect
the power connection. Please contact authorized Service center.
11. Do not use the product if cover is damaged or if there is a mechanical or electronic failure. You should
contact the authorized Service center.
12. Only place the product in accordance with the instructions in this user manual.
13. Do not use this product in humid conditions and high temperatures or beside hot objects (such as heaters,
stoves.
14. Do not apply medical or cosmetic creams on the product or on your back before using this product.
15. Do not shake or drop this product.
16. Do not destroy, bend, stretch, twist or tie the power cord. Damaged power cord can cause fire or electric
shock.
17. DO not use the massage chair for more than 30 minutes at a time.
18. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord or assembly available from the
manufacturer or its service agent.

Chair Installation
Step 1
Connect the chair to the power supply and then turn the power switch to “︱” position.
Step 2
Ensure sufficient space around chair, please leave 12cm of space behind the backrest and 30cm of
space at the front of the massage chair when reclining backrest and elevating leg rest.

Moving The Chair
1. Lift up the leg rest.
2. Recline the chair to approximately 45 degrees.
3. Move the chair around the house with a slight pull and push.
Caution:
• Before moving the chair, adjust the leg rest back into its original position.
• Do not move the massage chair when there is someone seated on it.
• Place a mat underneath the massage chair before moving to protect the floor from scratches.

Operation Guide
Connect to the power supply, and turn the power switch to “︱” position, the chair is now in standby
mode. During this mode, only three functions are available:” ON/OFF, Backrest Recline, Backrest
Incline”.
1. ON/OFF
The Start/ Stop Button
Press this button once to start the massage chair, and then press any massage function button to conduct
massage and activate the timer function.
Press this button again to stop all massage functions and the massage rollers return to original position.
2. Auto Program
There are three auto programs, Full Body, Neck and Shoulder, and Waist, available for massage. Every time
this button is press, the programs will be changed in sequence of Full Body > Neck and Shoulder > Waist >
Stop. After any programs is activated, chairs will automatically perform a shoulder height detection to provide
a excellent massage. User can also manually adjust the shoulder height position to desired position.
3. Cradle/Zero Gravity
When the chair is operating, press this button once to start Cradle mode. The chair will swing forward and
backward like a cradle. Press this button again to start Zero Gravity mode. The chair will recline into a zero
gravity position.
4. Intensity, Strength, Speed
When the chair is operating, press this button to increase the level of air bag intensity, strength and speed.
Every time this button is pressed, the level will be adjusted in sequence of LV1 < LV2 < LV3.
5. Air Bag
When the chair is operating, press this button to start air bag massage. There are three modes of air bag
pressure, calf, waist, calf and waist, available for massage. Every time the button is pressed, the massage
position will be changed in sequence of calf > waist > calf and waist > stop.
6. Manual Massage
This button allows the users to choose six massage modes. They are Kneading, Tapping, Kneading and
Tapping, Shiatsu, Clapping, Rolling. When the chair is operating, press this button to start massage modes for
a full back. Every time the button is pressed, it will be changed in sequence of Kneading, Tapping, Kneading
and Tapping, Shiatsu, Clapping, Rolling.
7/8. Upward / Downward
These two buttons allow the users to adjust the massage position on the back.
When the manual or automatic detection can not meet the personal requirements, press the upward /
downward buttons, the massage rollers will go upward or downward. Release the buttons once the desired
position is achieved, so that they can lock the limit of massage trip.
Remark: During Spot / Partial, these two buttons can be used to adjust the massage position.

9. Spot & Partial
Spot or localization massage on back.
Press this button once to activate spot massage function, the massage rollers will stay on the desired position.
Press this button again to activate partial massage function.
Partial massage on back.
When this function is activated, the massage rollers will take the original position as the centre, and perform
partial massage with the distance of approximate 8 cm within movement range.
Press this button again to stop the function.
10 / 11. Backrest Incline/Recline
When the chair is operating, press this button to adjust the backrest angle. Press it once to adjust the angle of
the backrest to a comfortable position, and press again to confirm the position. This function also can be used
in cradle mold, and it will stop swinging when adjust the angle.
Bluetooth Speaker
Play music with cell phone: Open the bluetooth of cell phone, and then connect the bluetooth speaker of the
chair. After they are connected, the users can play music in the cell phone by the speaker.
Finishing Operation
Press the ON/OFF button to stop the massage operation. Massage Rollers will resume to its original specified
position, then turn the power button under the chair to “o” position and disconnect the power cord plug from
the electrical outlet.

and combinations, like Kneading,Tapping, Kneading & Tapping, Shiatsu, Clapping, Rolling, Air massage, and
Vibration. All these methods massage accurately on the acupressure points, to effectively alleviate fatigue,

Troubleshooting
The chair is controlled by a micro - intelligent processor, so it is sensitive to voltage fluctuation. If the
fluctuation exceeds the rated voltage +10% or -15%, the chair may have the following conditions.
Possible Problem Solution
The power line is plugged in, but
the chair can not be operated.
1. Check if the power plug is plugged in properly.
2. Check if the power switch is on “︱” position.
During massage, the controller
can be used, but the chair can
not.
The temperature of the massage engine is too high after a long period
of operation, the massage chair will automatically be in the overheating
protection state. Please turn off the power and stop for using for more
than 30-50 minutes to cool down.
During massage, Nether the
controller nor the chair can be
used.
1. When the automatic timing function activates, and the timing is over,
please press the button again to operate.
2. Turn the power off, and turn it on again to restart the chair.
If you are still unable to solve the problems with the information above, please contact the authorized
service center immediately.
Care & Maintenance
Do not clean the chair with water or chemicals.
Do not stack, stab, slit, harshly pull, or scratch the surface of the massage chair.
Gently press the buttons during operation, and avoid hitting the buttons with hard objects.
Pull out the power supply plug after each use.
Do not use the chair for more than 30 minutes at a time.
