Aufbauanleitung 11/ 2013
NOTWENDIGES WERKZEUG:
Innensechskant Schlüssel SW4 und SW5 (beiliegend)
12 x XS Bolzen
12 x Verbinder Gehäuse
12 x Madenschrauben
26 x Confirmat Schrauben 5 x 70
Kopfteile, Querbalken und Fussteil mit Gehäusen bestücken, Längsschlitz des Gehäuses in
Richtung XS Bolzen.Bolzen entsprechend in die Seitenteile eindrehen.
ZUSAMMENBAU VON KOPF- UND BETTSEITEN:
Das Aufbauen fällt leichter, wenn die Tagesliege auf der Seite liegend aufgebaut wird.
1. Kopfteile mit dem ersten Seitenteil verbinden und fixieren.
2. Querbalken auf das Seitenteil stecken und fixieren.
3. Fußteil mit Bettseite verbinden und fixieren.
4. Zweites Seitenteil auf die 4 aufgestellten Leisten stecken und fixieren.
Lässt sich der Gewindestift nicht bündig eindrehen, die Verbindung lösen, Bolzen ein Stück
heraus drehen und wieder verbinden. Fertig montierte Tagesliege rechtwinklig ausrichten
und alle Verbindungen nochmals fest nachziehen. Die Lederschnüre beim Durchziehen nur
leicht anziehen und an den Spannern fixieren.
AUFLAGELEISTEN FÜR LATTENROST
Mit beiliegenden Schrauben die Seitenauflageleisten an den Seiten der Tagesliege
anbringen.

Assembly Instruction 11/2013
TOOLS REQUIRED:
Allen screw SW 4, SW 5 (enclosed)
12 x XS bolts
12 x box
12 x grub screw
26 x Confirmat screws 5 x 70
Prior to assembly insert the boxes into headboard parts, crosspiece and foot-end,
with longitudinal slot in the direction of the XS bolts. Insert and turn bolts accordingly into sides.
ASSEMBLY OF HEAD- AND BEDSIDES:
The assembly will be easier if the bed is joined together lying on its side.
To fix the connectors please use the grub srews:
1. Connect and fix both headboard parts onto the 1st side.
2. Slot and fix crosspiece onto sidepiece.
3. Connect and fix foot-end onto side of bed.
4. Slot and fix 2nd side of the bed onto the 4 upright laths.
If you cannot screw in the grub screw flushly, loosen connection and unscrew the steeldowel
slightly. Then connect again.
Fix right angles of completely assembled bed and make sure to tightenall connections once more.
When lacing the leather straps make sure to tighten them only gently!
SUPPORTS FOR SLATTED BASE SYSTEM
Attach support battens to side of bed with the screws enclosed.
