ADSL X3
Model 5560
The Zoom ADSL X3 Modem Model 5560 is a full rate ADSL modem and a powerful
gateway/router in a single affordable product.
The Zoom X3 delivers up to 8 Mbps data speeds over existing telephone wires in a
home or office. All popular ADSL standards are supported, including: Full Rate ANSI
T1.413, G.DMT ITU G.992.1 and Splitterless G.Lite ITU G.992.2.
With its built-in Internet gateway, the X3 can also provide ADSL access to up to 253
computers. The X3's router assigns individual IP addresses, to give each computer
independent access to the Internet. Plug the X3 into a simple hub to give ADSL service
to a wired network of computers. Or plug the X3 into a wireless access point to
provide your computers with wireless Internet access.
The Zoom X3 is designed for easy installation on any computer with an Ethernet port.
Most operating systems are supported including Windows 95, 98, 98SE, 2000, XP
