SPECIAL TIPS
Select materials carefully (avoid low oil content materials) and remove stone or sand
in case of machine damages.
To make high quality oil select good quality materials.
Note: soybean is not suggested because its oil content lowers than 10%.
To practice, we suggest you to use 800 grams peanuts. Fry the peanuts up to 80
Centigrade before pressing. Do not over fry it otherwise it will become burnt.
Select the materials of starlatine, luster and high oil content. Discard mildew, moth
or decay materials.
The oil extraction rate is better when the materials‘ dryness reaches 90%. We recom-
mend to fry half hour or dry 1 hour under the sun.
To clean the shaft after using. Do not use water and detergent.
Usually the machine can press 500g materials in 12/15 minutes.
After pressing, the oil should be precipitated for a while. Only fresh oil is recommen-
ded (about 25g oil is enough for a person every day).
The residue can also be used as other food or sauce materials.

TROUBLE SHOOTING:
Trouble shooting Soluctions
1 Screw shaft got stuck. A. Press the button “Reverse” for 5-10 seconds and
the shaft will reverse back the materials. Then press
“Pause/Start” button again to rework.
B. Turn off and pull out the plug. Disassembly the ca-
vity and shaft to clean the hopper and its entrance’s
material. Then assembly it, turn it on to rework.
2 Motor stops rotating and not
squeeze oil.
A. It is normal setting that it needs 30-45 seconds to
preheat before the motor works (the light flash red
during its preheating).
B. Check if the hopper lid or hopper is in correct po-
sition (only the lock buckle adjusted in right position
the machine can work).
3 Motor works but the shaft do
not work.
A. Protection cover doesn’t shift to the right position.
So it can’t contact cavity enough. Therefore, the pre-
heating is not good. Try to shift te protection cover to
the right place.
4 The motor breaks off when
the machine working.
A. Check if it has been 1 minute after no materials
in hopper which will make the machine proceed self
protection. Press button “Pause/Start” to operate it.
B. The motor has excessive loading power so the
machine proceeds self protection. Wait till the motor
becomes cool. If it still not work, to disassembly it
and clean.
C. Check if the material stuck in hopper over 1 mu-
nite because of bigger size materials which make the
machine proceed self protection. First to stir the ma-
terial with stirrer and then to restart.
D. Check if the hopper or hopper lid pop up, not in
high position.
5 The hopper can‘t be fixed its
position.
A. Check if the lock buckle in the unlocked position.
Adjust it according to the indicated direction on the
lid.
6 Lock buckle can‘t be adjus-
ted to unlocked position.
A. The cavity gets stuck. First put the shaft to the six
square hole of motor and the second to fix the cavity.
In going this, the lock buckle can be adjusted to the
unlocked position.
