PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Model 2GIG-TS1 Touch Screen Wireless Keypad is a remote control device
designed for the 2GIG security system Control Panel. The keypad supports all
operating and emergency functions of the system. The keypad is designed for
indoor use only.
The front panel and buttons serve as controls as well as indicators.
Pressing the button displays emergency icons on the display for Panic, Fire,
and Emergency alarm activation (each has programmable options and can be
enabled or disabled). Pressing the button changes the system display to the
Home Screen.The keypad is powered from a plug-in power supply (included).
The 2GIG-TS1 exchanges information through a secure 2-way wireless connection
with the Control Panel. Before operation the keypad must be “paired” with the
Control Panel. Refer to the Control Panel’s installation instructions for details on
pairing the keypad to the Control Panel.

This 2gig Technologies Inc. product is warranted against defects in material
and workmanship for twelve (12) months. This warranty extends only to
wholesale customers who buy through 2gig Technologies Inc. authorized
distribution channels. 2gig Technologies Inc. does not warrant this product to
consumers. Consumers should inquire from their selling dealer as to the nature
of the dealer’s warranty, if any. There are no obligations or liabilities on the
part of 2gig Technologies Inc. for consequential damages arising out of
or in connection with use or performance of this product or other indirect
damages with respect to loss of property, revenue, or profit, or cost of
removal, installation, or reinstallation. All implied warranties, including implied
warranties for merchantability and implied warranties for fitness, are valid only until
the warranty expires. This 2gigTechnologies Inc.Warranty is in lieu of all other
warranties express or implied.

Radio controls provide a reliable communications link and fill an important need
in portable wireless signaling. However, there are some limitations which must be
observed.
 For U.S. installations only: The radios are required to comply with FCC Rules and
Regulations as Part 15 devices. As such, they have limited transmitter power and
therefore limited range.
 A receiver cannot respond to more than one transmitted signal at a time and may be
blocked by radio signals that occur on or near their operating frequencies, regardless of
code settings.
 Changes or modifications to the device may void FCC compliance.
 Infrequently used radio links should be tested regularly to protect against undetected
interference or fault.
 A general knowledge of radio and its vagaries should be gained prior to acting as a
wholesale distributor or dealer, and these facts should be communicated to the ultimate
users.
This device complies with FCC Part 15 and Canada Rules and Regulations.
Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause
harmful interference and (2) this device must accept any interference received,
including interference that may cause undesired operation.

USE A DRYWALL SAW TO CUT THE WIRING HOLE

DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT
Le modèle de clavier sans fil à écran tactile 2GIG-TS1 est un dispositif de
commande à distance conçu pour le panneau de commande du système de
sécurité 2GIG. Le clavier prend en charge toutes les fonctions d'urgence et
d'exploitation du système. Le clavier est conçu pour un usage à l'intérieur
uniquement.
Les boutons et du panneau avant servent de commandes ainsi que
d'indicateurs. Appuyer sur le bouton affiche les icônes d'urgence sur l'écran
pour l'activation de l'alarme de Panique, d'Incendie et d'Urgence (chacune a des
options programmables qui peuvent être activées ou désactivées). Appuyer sur
le bouton change l'affichage du système sur l'écran d'Accueil. Le clavier est
alimenté d'un bloc d'alimentation enfichable (compris).
Le 2GIG-TS1 échange de l'information à travers une connexion sans fil
bidirectionnelle avec le panneau de commande. Avant son fonctionnement,
le clavier doit être jumelé avec le panneau de commande. Reportez-vous aux
instructions d'installation du panneau de commande pour les détails concernant le
jumelage du clavier au panneau de commande.

Les radiocommandes fournissent un lien de communication fiable et répondent à un
besoin important pour la signalisation des appareils portables sans fil. Cependant, il existe
certaines limites qui doivent être respectées.
 Pour les installations aux États-Unis seulement : Les radios sont tenues d’être conformes
aux règles et règlements de la FCC comme appareils de la Partie 15. À ce titre, elles ont une
puissance de transmission limitée et donc une portée limitée.
 Un récepteur ne peut pas répondre à plus d'un signal transmis à un moment donné et peut
être bloqué par des signaux radio qui se produisent sur ou à proximité de leurs fréquences
de fonctionnement, indépendamment des paramètres de code.
