Make sure that the button under
the tray is depressed. Slide the entire
release handle toward the front of the
tray and lift.
Pull each of the restraint straps and
buckles (two shoulder, two waist, and
lower buckle) through the foam insert
individually. The foam insert will lift out
of the seat.
The tray is not dishwasher safe. The
tray liner is top-rack dishwasher safe.
Yes. The bowl is top-rack dishwasher

Care
For your child’s continued safety, periodically inspect the product to
make sure that all connections are secure, that they do not show signs
of wear or abuse, and that they are not damaged or broken.
Cleaning your 4moms®high chair
• All parts of the high chair can be wiped clean with warm water and
mild dish soap.
• The foam insert and shoulder harness straps are completely
removable for convenient cleaning.
• The tray liner and bowl are top-rack dishwasher safe.
• The tray should not be placed in the dishwasher.
• The bowl is top-rack dishwasher safe.

Read all instructions before assembly and use of the
high chair. Adult assembly required. Do not use this
high chair if it is damaged or broken. Keep small parts
away from children.
In the event of damage or problems, discontinue use
and contact 4moms® Customer Care.
Never leave child unattended.
Always secure child in the restraint. The child should
be secured in the high chair at all times by the
restraining system. Adjust the restraint system to t
snugly around your child. The tray is not designed to
hold the child in the chair.
It is recommended that the high chair be used only
by children capable of sitting upright unassisted.
Do not leave the child unattended.
Do not use the high chair unless all components are
correctly tted and adjusted.
