• Failure to follow these warnings and instructions could result in
serious injury or death.
• Do not use this bassinet if you cannot exactly follow the
instructions that come with it.
• Check this bassinet regularly before using it, and do not use
it if any part is loose or missing or if there are any signs of
damage. Do not substitute parts. Contact the manufacturer if
replacement parts or additional instructions are needed.
• Strings can cause strangulation! Do not place items with a string
around a child’s neck, such as hood strings or pacier cords.
Do not suspend strings over a bassinet or cradle or attach strings
to toys.
• Always provide the supervision necessary for the continued
safety of your child.
• Do not attempt to pick up or move the bassinet while your child
is in it.
• Do not pick up the product using the bassinet rails. Please pick
up the unit from the base.
• Do not place more than one child in the bassinet.
WARNING
• Be sure the bassinet bars are secured in position whenever your
child is in the product.
• The mamaRoo sleep®contains an internal fan that may
continue to run up to 20 minutes after the motion stops. Do not
unplug the power cord while the fan is running.
FALL HAZARD:
• To help prevent falls, do not use this product when infant begins
to push up on hands and knees, or roll over, or weighs over 25 lb
(11.3 kg), whichever comes rst.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD: Infants have suffocated
• In gaps between an extra pad and side of bassinet
• On soft bedding
Use only the mattress and sheets provided by 4moms. NEVER add
a pillow, comforter, or another mattress for padding.
• To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy
infants be placed on their backs to sleep, unless otherwise
advised by your physician.

Care
For your child’s continued safety, periodically inspect the product to make
sure that all connections are securely fastened, that they do not show signs of
wear or abuse, and that they are not damaged or broken. Contact 4moms®for
replacement parts and instruction if needed. Never substitute parts.
Cleaning your mamaRoo sleep®:
BASSINET
Spot clean the bassinet fabric and mesh material using a mild soap, warm water
and a soft, clean cloth. Test in a small area of fabric rst to ensure there will be no
discoloration or damage. Never use bleach.
MATTRESS
The mattress has a water-resistant cover. You can gently spot clean using a mild
soap, warm water and a soft, clean cloth. Air dry thoroughly before using again.
SHEETS
Machine wash with similar colored laundry in cold water with a mild detergent.
Never use bleach. Tumble dry on a low heat setting and remove promptly.
FRAME/BASE
The plastic and metal components of the mamaRoo sleep®can be wiped clean
using a mild soap, warm water and a soft, clean cloth. Do not immerse the unit or
any plastic or metal components in water.
LCD SCREEN
Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the LCD screen and dry with a soft cloth. Do
not use any cleaning solvents such as glass cleaner or soaps to clean the LCD
screen and do not press hard on the screen.
WARNING
STRANGULATION HAZARD:
• Strings can cause strangulation! Do not place items with a string
around a child’s neck, such as hood strings or pacier cords. Do
not place any cord, strap or similar item in or near this bassinet
that could become wrapped around a child’s neck.
• Do not suspend strings over a bassinet or cradle or attach
strings to toys.
• Do not place this bassinet near a window or patio door where
a child could reach the cord of a blind or curtain and be
strangled.

Warranty
4moms®warrants to the original purchaser of every new 4moms®mamaRoo
sleep®that the unit will be free from defects in material and workmanship when
used properly in accordance with the instructions contained in the instruction
manual supplied with each mamaRoo sleep®unit. Subject to applicable law,
4moms’ obligation under this warranty is limited to a period of twelve (12) months
from the date of purchase and applies only in the country of original purchase.
The warranty is only valid for a product purchased from a 4moms authorized
retailer or distributor.
To make a claim under this warranty, contact 4moms at 1-888-614-6667 or
[e-mail]. You will be required to provide such information and
documents as 4moms®may reasonably require, including proof of purchase with
date and location, to investigate and conrm your claim. Any claim under this
warranty must be made in writing during the period covered by the warranty. If
the unit is determined by 4moms®to be defective within twelve (12) months of
purchase, the warranty will cover the repair or replacement (at 4moms®’ sole
discretion) of the unit, parts, or assemblies.
Warranty is invalid for products purchased used. 4moms®assumes no liability
for parts or labor coverage for component failure or other damage to the unit
resulting from improper usage or failure to clean and/or maintain product as
set forth in the instruction manual provided with the unit. This warranty does
not cover claims resulting from: (i) modications, alterations, repair or servicing
by any party other than 4moms’ authorized representatives, (ii) misuse, abuse,
inicted damage, accidental damage, or any Acts of God, (iii) normal wear
and tear, and/or (iv) handling, storage, assembly, installation, testing or use
not in accordance with the instruction manual. 4moms®does not assume any
responsibility for personal injury or property damage incurred as a result of
improper use or unauthorized modication of the mamaRoo sleep®unit.
In no event will (a) 4moms®be liable for any consequential, incidental, exemplary
or special damages arising from or relating to this warranty or the mamaRoo
sleep®or (b) 4moms’ total cumulative liability arising from or related to this

Entretien
Pour la sécurité continue de votre enfant, inspectez régulièrement le produit pour
vous assurer que toutes les connexions sont bien serrées, qu’elles ne présentent
aucun signe d’usure ou d’abus et qu’elles ne sont pas endommagées ou
cassées. Communiquez avec 4moms® pour des pièces de rechange ou des
instructions si nécessaire. N’utilisez pas d’autres pièces.
Nettoyage de votre mamaRoo sleep®:
COUFFIN
Enlevez les taches du tissu du coufn et du maillage avec du savon doux, de
l’eau tiède et un chiffon doux et propre. Faites d’abord un essai sur une petite
zone du tissu pour vous assurer qu’il ne sera pas sujet à une décoloration ou à
des dommages. N’utilisez jamais de javellisant.
MATELAS
Le matelas a une couverture résistant à l’eau. Vous pouvez enlever délicatement
les taches avec du savon doux, de l’eau tiède et un chiffon doux et propre.
Laissez sécher complètement à l’air avant de la réutiliser.
DRAPS
Lavez-les à la machine avec du linge de couleur similaire dans l’eau froide avec
un détergent doux. N’utilisez jamais de javellisant. Séchez-les par culbutage à
basse température et sortez-les rapidement.
CADRE/BASE
Les composants plastiques ou métalliques du mamaRoo sleep®peuvent être
nettoyés avec du savon doux, de l’eau tiède et un chiffon doux et propre.
N’immergez pas dans l’eau l’unité ou toute pièce plastique ou métallique.
ÉCRAN ACL
Utilisez un chiffon légèrement humide pour nettoyer l’écran ACL et séchez-le
avec un chiffon doux. N’utilisez aucun solvant de nettoyage tel que du nettoyant
pour vitres ou du savon pour nettoyer l’écran ACL et n’exercez pas une pression
forte sur l’écran.

cette garantie est limitée à une péridiode de douze (12) mois à partir de la date
