INTENDED USE
The 4X4 TOUGH® Spare Wheel Backpack is the perfect solution to store rubbish, wet and muddy
recovery, and beach gear.
It suits most vehicles with a rear mounted spare wheel.

SPECIFICATIONS
Composition bag Waterproof polyester with PVC coating
Composition straps Polyester webbed mounting straps
Dimensions 850 x 460 x 200mm
Storage Capacity Approx.60 litres
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
How to attach your spare wheel backpack to your rear mounted spare wheel.
NOTE: When positioning the spare wheel bag ensure it is not obstructing the number plate of
the vehicle.
Step 1. Undo the quick connect buckles.
Step 3. Run strap (A) around the back of the tyre and around the xing point of where the
tyre connects to your vehicle then back up and secure the quick connect buckle.
This strap secures the bag onto the wheel and assists in minimising slouching.
Step 4. Feed the left (B) and right (C) hand straps over and behind the tyre in a criss cross
motion, attaching the quick connect buckle to the opposite side of the tyre.
Step 5. Once you have the bag in the desired position, rmly tension all 3 straps.
Step 6. Any excess webbing can be re-fed into the buckle where possible to remove excess
length.
CLOSING THE BAG.
1. Seal the bag with the hook and loop strip located at the top of the bag mouth.
2. Roll the roll top down tightly to further secure the contents.
3. Connect the quick connect buckles on the left and right hand side bag to secure the contents.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
• Simply hose out and air to dry.
• Ensure the bag is completely dry before storing.
• Check the webbing straps on the bag for any nicks, cuts and wear marks. If found
discontinue using the product as this will aect the secure attachment of the bag to the wheel.
DISPOSAL
Consult your local council waste authority for information regarding disposal options.
