1. On a flat surface, unfold
the canvas on the reverse
side. The green and red
stickers should be facing
you.
2. Place the crossbars (part
1) flat on the canvas.
Direct the ends of the
crossbars to the side of
the canvas with the labels.
FIXING THE FEET
ON THE CROSSBARS

The easiest way to start is to pass the canvases
through the central crossbar, then slide them into the
inner parts of the selvedges.

Each foot (part 2) has a
green or red washer (A and
B). Position the feet with the
green washer on the side of
the canvas with the green
sticker. Do the same for the
feet with the red washer.

This is the position of the canvases after sliding them into the selvedges.

1. Once the feet are positioned
on either side of the canvas,
simply click the shortest part
of each foot onto the central
crossbar, and then snap the
other tubes onto the
remaining crossbars.
2. Make sure that all the feet are
properly locked in place.

Attach the rear
support collars to
the two longer feet.

DEFINING THE POSITION OF THE BIMINI
STEP 3
1. Unfold the Bimini.
2. Position it on the area of the boat
to be protected. Be careful not to
place the Bimini too far forward or
too far back (see diagrams
opposite).
3. Once correctly positioned, mark
the location of each of the
attachments with a pencil, for the
feet and for the supports
(depending on the model).

OPTION
ON POLYESTER

1. Using a pencil, mark the location of the
screws for each plate.
2. Drill each mark:
•with ø 4 for 4.8 mm screws
•with a ø 5.5 bit for 5 mm metric screws
3. Mill the holes.
4. Put silicon in the holes for
sealing.
5. Screw the plates (parts 1, 2 and 3 of the kit)
to the boat:
•If you are screwing on teak + polyester,
use the 4.8 x 60 screws (part 12 in the kit).
•If you are screwing on thin polyester, use
the M5 x 35 screws + nut + washer (parts
13, 14 and 16 in the kit).
•For all other cases, use the 4.8 x 19
screws (part 11 in the kit).
•Use the plastic backplate (part 4 in the kit)
to reinforce the assembly.
OPTION
ON HANDRAIL
1. Use the collars and bolts provided
(parts 5, 6 and 7 in the kit).
2. Use the set of shims (part 17 in the
kit) adapted to the diameter of the
handrail.

1. Assemble the straps on the canvas (pictures 1 to 5)
according to the model, from 2 to 4 straps.
2. Using a pencil, mark the location of the screws for
each pad-eye (part 10 in the kit).
3. Drill each mark using a ø 3 bit.
4. Mill the holes.
5. Put silicon in the holes for sealing.
6. Screw the pad-eyes to the boat using 3.5 x 16
screws (part 8 in the kit).

1. Tension the straps moderately.
2. Adjust the position of the
support collars correctly.

INSTALLATION WITHOUT SUPPORT
ALTERNATIVE
If the boat's configuration is suitable, attach the two blockers
(part 9 in the kit) to a deck element opposite the straps on
the cover.
The straps on the cover inserted in the blockers will keep the
product in the folded position.
1. Drill diameter 3.
2. Mill the holes.
3. Put silicon in the holes for sealing.
4. Screw in.
5. Use 3.5 x 16 screws (part 10 in the kit) + Washer
diameter 4 mm (part 15 in the kit).

2. Roll up the canvas
using the straps
3. Position the cover on
the canvas
4. Close the cover
