DESCRIZIONE
Condizionatore multisplit inverter a pompa di calore, fun-
zionante con gas frigorifero R410A.
Le unità esterne (in questo manuale chiamate MIH-C) sono
disponibili in due grandezze che possono gestire rispettiva-
mente due e tre unità interne collegate (in questo manuale
chiamate MIH-E nella versione standard e MIHP-E nella ver-
sione dotata di Plasmacluster), la stessa unità esterna può
essere collegata contemporaneamente a unità interne stan-
dard e Plasmacluster.
Ogni unità interna è corredata di un proprio telecomando
portatile a raggi infrarossi che può essere anche fissato ad
una parete per mezzo di una speciale vite fornita a corredo.
Le nuove unità serie MIH-C sono dotate di un nuovo compres-
sore ad inverter in corrente continua “DC Inverter”, che per-
mette di migliorare l’efficienza del sistema riducendo i consu-
mi medi stagionali.

DESCRIPTION
Multisplit, inverter, heat pump, air conditioner, operating on
R410A refrigerant gas.
The outdoor units (in this manual reffered to as MIH-C) are
available in two sizes, capable of serving two or three inter-
nal units respectively (in this manual reffered to as MIH-E for
the standard version, as MIHP-E for the version equipped
with Plasmacluster), the outdoor unit can also be connetted
at the same time with both standard indoor units and
Plasmacluster units.
Each unit has its own infrared ray, portable, remote control,
which can also be wall mounted using the special screw
supplied.
New MIH-C series are equipped with a new inverter direct
current compressor, which enables the system to work more
efficiently by reducing the average seasonal consumption.

COMPONENT DESCRIPTION
1 CASING
Features compact dimensions and a particularly attractive
appearance.
2 CONTROL CARD
The electronic microprocessor-control card performs the fol-
lowing functions:
- controls and manages the defrosting cycle;
- regulates the outdoor exchanger temperature in cooling
mode;
- regulates the indoor exchanger temperature in heat pump
mode to prevent cold air currents;
- protects against excessive power absorption.
3 FAN UNIT
Outdoor unit: Comprises one dynamically and statically
balanced axial fan complete with CEI standard (107-34)
safety grill.
Indoor unit: Comprises an extremely compact and noiseless
cross-flow fan.
4 RECEIVER
The signal receiver, auxiliary control keypad and indicator
leds are located on the receiver.
5 HEAT EXCHANGE COIL
Comprises copper piping and turbo-type aluminium fins.
6 AIR DELIVERY LOUVRE
The unit is equipped with a motor-driven louvre and vertical
fins which may be moved manually to optimise the air flow
direction.
7 AIR FILTER
Re-usable air filter treated with mould inhibitor. Easy to
remove for cleaning.
8 REMOTE CONTROLLER
The remote controller allows you to set all the equipment
operating parameters. These parameters are displayed on a
liquid crystal display to facilitate programming. The remote-
controller is powered by 2 x 1.5 V “pencil” batteries, type R
03 AAA, and operates up to a maximum distance of 7
metres from the unit.
9 CYCLE REVERSE VALVE
It inverts the refrigerant flow in accordance with
summer/winter operation variations.
10 “DC Inverter” COMPRESSOR
Hermetic rotary compressor, complete with sound insula-
tion. A liquid separator is also present, it protects the com-
pressor from the return of refrigerant liquid from the indoor
units.
11 TERMINAL BOARD
Terminal board for electrical connections.
12 REFRIGERATION COUPLINGS
Refrigeration couplings for interconnecting the units.
13 DISPLAY
Luminous display built into the front panel on the internal
units, used to indicate the unit's operating status and
ambient conditions.
14 PLASMACLUSTER (MIHP-E only)
The ionizer inside the air conditioner will release cluster
ions, which are collective mass of positive and negative
ions, into the room.
The cluster ions reduce airborne mold fungus and deodori-
ze/decompose odorcausing molecules.

1 MOBILE DI COPERTURA
È caratterizzato da dimensioni contenute e da un’estetica
estremamente gradevole.
2 SCHEDA DI CONTROLLO
La scheda elettronica a microprocessore svolge le seguenti
funzioni:
- controllo e gestione del ciclo di sbrinamento;
- controllo della temperatura dello scambiatore esterno nel
funzionamento in raffreddamento;
- controllo della temperatura dello scambiatore interno nel
funzionamento in pompa di calore per evitare possibili
correnti di aria fredda;
- protezione da assorbimenti elettrici eccessivi.
3 GRUPPO VENTILANTE
Unità esterna: Costituito da un ventilatore assiale, bilancia-
to staticamente e dinamicamente, con griglia di protezione
a norme CEI 107-34.
Unità interna: Il gruppo ventilante è costituito da un ventila-
tore di tipo tangenziale estremamente compatto e silenzioso.
4 RICEVITORE
Sul ricevitore sono alloggiati il ricevitore di segnale, il tastie-
rino ausiliario di comando e i led di segnalazione.
5 BATTERIA DI SCAMBIO TERMICO
È realizzata in tubo di rame con alette in alluminio di tipo
turbolenziato.
6 DEFLETTORE MANDATA ARIA
L’unità è dotata di un deflettore motorizzato e di alette verti-
cali orientabili manualmente in modo da direzionare il flus-
so dell’aria in modo ottimale.
7 FILTRO ARIA
È rigenerabile, con trattamento antimuffa e facilmente
estraibile per la pulizia.
8 TELECOMANDO
Il telecomando permette di impostare tutti i parametri di
funzionamento dell’apparecchio, tali parametri vengono
visualizzati su di un display a cristalli liquidi facilitando così
le operazioni di programmazione. Il telecomando è alimen-
tato con 2 batterie stilo da 1,5 V di tipo R 03 AAA e funzio-
na fino ad una distanza di 7 metri dall’unità.
9 VALVOLA INVERSIONE CICLO
Inverte il flusso di refrigerante al variare del funzionamento
estivo / invernale.
10 COMPRESSORE “DC Inverter”
Compressore ad inverter in corrente continua “DC Inverter”
ermetico, rotativo ed isolato acusticamente. È dotato di
separatore di liquido, che protegge il compressore da
un’eventuale ritorno di liquido refrigerante proveniente
dalle unità interne.
11 MORSETTIERA
Morsettiera per collegamenti elettrici.
12 RACCORDI FRIGORIFERI
Raccordi frigoriferi per il collegamento tra le unità.
13 DISPLAY
Display luminoso integrato nel pannello frontale delle unità
interne, consente la visualizzazione dello stato di funziona-
mento dell’unità e delle condizioni ambientali.
14 PLASMACLUSTER (solo MIHP-E)
Lo ionizzatore all’interno del condizionatore d’aria, libera
nella stanza, ioni a gruppi, che consistono in una massa
collettiva di ioni positivi e negativi.
I gruppi di ioni eliminano i funghi presenti nell’aria e deo-
dorano decompondo le molecole che causano odori.

ATTENZIONE
Questo condizionatore d’aria usa il refrigerante R410A.
1. Tenere sigillata ogni estremità aperta delle tubazioni con un
tappo o altro fino a che non sia completato l’allacciamento.
2. Prestare molta attenzione durante l’allacciamento delle
tubazioni affinchè acqua, sporcizia etc. non entrino nelle
tubazioni e nell’impianto.
3. Le tubazioni allacciate all’unità interna ed esterna devono
essere nuove.
Lo spessore richiesto per le tubazioni è di 0,8mm o più.
4. Utilizzare solo refrigerante R410A per effettuare i reintegri
di refrigerante nell’impianto. In nessun caso aggiungere olio
lubrificante nell’impianto.
CAUTION
This air conditioner uses R-410A refrigerant.
1. Keep every open ends of pipes sealed with a cap, etc. until
connected with the equipment.
2. Exsercise great care when performing piping installation so
as water, dust, etc. will not enter into the pipes and equip-
ment.
3. Pipes connected to the indoor and outdoor units must be
used new.
Piping must have a wall thickness of 0,8 mm or more.
4. Use only R-410A refrigerant when charging additional refri-
gerant to the equipment. Never add lubricating oil to the
equipment.
