0.1 Sicurezza
Nell'uso di macchine a

che per operazioni di manutenzione, avendo cura di
rimontarli ad operazione ese

0.2 Personale addetto alla trinciatrice
Il personale addetto alla trinciatrice può essere diffe-
renziato per

rado di preparazione e responsabilità in:

- Persona non necessariamente di ele-
vate conoscenze tecniche, addestrata alla conduzione
ordinaria della trinciatrice, per esempio: messa in mar-
cia, arresto di fine lavoro, operazioni di manutenzione
elementare

pulizia, inceppamenti semplici
)

TECNICO QUALIFICATO
- Addetto alle operazioni
più complesse di manutenzione e di riparazione.

• Durante il lavoro della trinciatrice, è consi

mantenersi ad una distanza di sicurezza di 50 m.
• Durante il lavoro i coltelli non devono mai toccare il
terreno.
• Prima di ese

uire

ualsiasi intervento sulla trinciatrice,
ad esempio operazioni di pulizia o di manutenzione,
disinserire la presa di forza della trattrice, attendere
l'arresto completo del rotore, arrestare il motore e disin-
nestare l'albero cardanico dalla parte della trattrice.
• Non tenere persone sulla trinciatrice durante il tra-
sporto o il lavoro.
• Non tentare di introdurre o estrarre materiale con
q
ualsiasi attrezzo, in modo particolare con le mani o
con i piedi,
q
uando il rotore è in movimento.
• Non sollevare la trinciatrice, con il rotore in movi-
mento a più di 20 cm da terra.
• Disinserire la presa di forza e scolle
g
are l'albero
cardanico dalla trattrice durante la fase di trasporto
della trinciatrice.
• Utilizzare mezzi di protezione de
g
li occhi e del viso,
se la trattrice è sprovvista di cabina chiusa
• Non utilizzare la trinciatrice sprovvista di slitte
poiché servono da protezione laterale.
• Utilizzare alberi cardanici protetti.

L’ALBERO CARDANICO SMETTE DI RUOTARE,

shredder is movin

• It is recommended to maintain a safet

WHEN THE PTO IS DISCONNECTED THE CARDAN
SHAFT STOPS ROTATING. THIS DOES NOT MEAN
THAT ALL THE ROTATING PARTS OF THE
SHREDDER ARE MOTIONLESS, SINCE INTO THE
GEARBOX OF THE SHREDDER IS SET THE “FREE
WHEEL” DEVICE.

2.1 Descrizione generale
Le trinciatrici AGRIMASTER della serie RMU sono
dette anche universali in

Dalla serie RMU è derivata la trinciatrice specifica per

coltelli.
Le trinciatrici sopra descritte devono essere colle

2.1 General description

terreno pertanto i coltelli durante il lavoro non devono
assolutamente venirne a contatto. Se ciò avviene si
determina una forte sollecitazione agli organi di tra-
