Make floor level
Place & adjust the floor
Use flat head screwdriver to make sure wheels
are of the floor
Tools needed
Flat head screwdriver
Levelling instrument
Position of door hinge
Confirm placement and
make sure floor is perfectly level

Use a ratchet wrench to fasten 4 x PCS M10 hex screw
Place the left wall frame on the floor
Pay attention to front and back direction
of the aluminum profiles
Insert the left panel in the correct position
Ratchet wrench M10
Tools needed
Ratchet wrench M10
Remove all fabric panels except the top panel
to reduce the weight of the wall

Use a ratchet wrench to fasten 4 x PCS M10 hex screwInsert the left panel in the correct position
Pay attention to front and back direction
of the aluminum profiles
Place the right wall frame on the floor
Ratchet wrench M10
Tools needed
Ratchet wrench M10
Magnet
Remove all fabric panels except the top panel
to reduce the weight of the wall

Connect AC cable and DC cable,
push the connector into the ceiling

Use a hexagon to fasten 8 x M10
Pay attention to front and back direction
Place the ceiling on the box

Insert the fabric panel without bottom panel
into the left wall frame
Insert the fabric panel
Pay attention to the bottom fabric panel
is different from other panels

Place fillers per glass panel to
make the left and right gaps between
the glass and the frame the same Make sure the filler is horizontal

Ensure this step is done properly
to guarantee a correct installation of the Qabin CALL
Place back side glass panels

Position fillers

After this step the glass panel are secure
Secure glass with locking profile
Use a rolling tool to push the rubber between
glass and profile (Please pay attention to the
direction of the rubber)
Use glass cleaner on glass for easy installation

Click the profile in place

Ensure the hinge pin has enough washers to
set the hinge at correct height Install the bottom hinge to the glass first
Test the bottom hinge height without the glass first,
the gap should be around 2-3mm from the floor.
Ensure the hinge is aligned with the bottom
of the glass before tightening the screws.
Place the door on the bottom hinge pin

Connect the hinge at the bottom of the door
Install the top hinge to the glass while you
connect the top hinge
Check if the glass door is vertical. If not,
then loosen screws, re-align and try again.
Assemble the top hinge to the glass

Install the floor filler plate + carpet assembly

Install the bottom fabric panel

Install the table
Use powertool to screws under the table
Connect the cable under the desk and
push the connector into the frame
