Make the floor level
Use a flat head screwdriver to make sure the
wheels are off the floor
Place & adjust the floor
Tools needed
Flat head screwdriver
Levelling instrument
Position of door hinge
Confirm placement and make sure
the floor is perfectly level

Use ratchet wrench to fasten 4 x PCS M10 hex screw
Place the left wall frame on the floor
Pay attention to front and back direction
of the aluminum profiles
Insert the left panel in the correct position
Ratchet wrench M10
Tools needed
Ratchet wrench M10
Remove all fabric panels to
reduce the weight of the wall

Use ratchet wrench to fasten 4 x PCS M10 hex screwInsert the left panel in the correct position
Place the right wall frame on the floor

Pay attention to front and back direction

Put the control box and cable into panel A
Push the panel A into the top frame and
use a socket wrench to fix it with M6 nuts*8
Pay attention to the installation sequence and
the cables in the panel
Install the panel under the top frame

Use a socket wrench to fix panel B1, B2 Connect cables to the lights
Install panel B1 ＆ B2 after installing panel A
Install the panel under the top frame
Extend the cable to connect the
power supply and the lamps

Fix the U-shaped clip and Embed lamps
Install panel C1 ＆ B2 after installing panel B1 ＆ B2
then use a socket wrench to fix panels C1 ＆ C2.
Connect cables
Install the panel under the top frame
The U-shaped clip
Cable through the panel C2,
connect cable AC and cable DC
then push into the ceiling

Place two fillers per glass panel Make sure the fillers are horizontal

Place fillers at postion A
Positioning the glass panels
Ensure this step is done properly to
guarantee a correct installation of the Qabin Chat
This is an important step!
It is important to place an equal amount
of fillers on position A.
An equal amount of fillers will make sure
the box is perfectly vertical.
It is also important to use the right
amount or the right thicknes of fillers to
"lock" the 3 glass panels.
You are done, when the wall and glass
panels are vertical and the glass cannot
be moved to the left or right anymore

After this step the glass panels are secure
Secure glass with locking profile
Use a rolling tool to push the rubber between
glass and profile (Please pay attention to the
direction of the rubber)
Use glass cleaner on glass for easy installation

Place fillers per glass panel Make sure the fillers are horizontal
Glass panels are the same size. Move
the glass panels from the corners
towards the door. They need to slide
inside the door profile
Place glass panels front side
