5. If the IP is different, but still on your same network, please
enter that IP address into your web browser and try to
connect.
6.If the IP is different AND its on a different network, you will
have to change your network device IPv4 adrress to
connect to it. Then you would need to connect to the new
IP address, get into the IP settings and cange it to your
desired settings. Once you save this, go back to your
network settings and default it back to normal. Once you
are back on your normal network, you will be able to
access the camera again.
We have a video version of this as well found here:

Q. Can’t connect to the camera after upgrade?
A. If the camera IP is no longer reachable, there is a slim
chance that the camera itself had defaulted itself to
factory IP settings (rare occurrence but can happen.) If that
is the case, please hook up an HDMI cord to the camera
and enter the menu using the breakout cable to change
the IP back to normal. Once you set it, please EXIT the menu
to save the IP, and restart your camera. Try to connect once
more. If you are still having trouble, please see the previous
FAQ for more trouble shooting options using our engineering
tool.
