ADJUSTMENT
1. Tape Speed Adjustment
Settings : • Test tape : TTA–100
(Tape center)
• Test point : PHONES (J101)
• Adjustment location : SFR301
• TAPE SELECTOR : NORM
• VOLUME : MAX
Method : Play back (FWD) the test tape and adjust SFR301
so that the frequency becomes 3015 Hz ± 10 Hz.
Then confirm WOW is less than 0.50%.
2. Dolby level check
Settings : • Test tape : TTA – 200
• Test point : Dolby test point
TP1(R–CH), TP2(L–CH)
• DOLBY SW : OFF
• TAPE SELECTOR : NORM(auto)
• VOLUME : MIN
Method : Connected an electroytic capacitor (10uF/16V) to
measured equipment and TP1 or TP2, check that
the voltage is 32 mV ± 1.0 dB.
