Method : Set to FM 76.0MHz and adjust L103 so that
the test point voltage becomes 1.0V ± 0.1V.
Then set to FM 108.1MHz and check that
the test point voltage is 9.0V +1.0/-2.0V.
6. FM Tracking Adjustment <YU only>

Method : Set to FM 59.0MHz and adjust L103 so that

the test point voltage is within 7.0V ~ 9.5V.
8. TV/Weather Tracking Adjustment <YU only>

Method : Set the band to TV/Weather.Tune the set to
162.4MHz and adjust L152 so that the test

set to 215.75MHz and check that the test
point voltage is within 7.5V ~ 10.0V.

10. Tape Speed Adjustment
Settings: • Test tape : TTA–100(TAPE CENTER)
• Test point : PHONES JACK (J1)
• Adjustment location : SFR51
Method : Play back the test tape and adjust SFR51 so that
the frequency becomes 3015Hz±10Hz(FWD)
and ±45Hz(REV).
11. Dolby Level Adjustment
Settings: • Test tape : TTA–200
• Test point : TP6(Rch), TP7(Lch)
• Adjustment location : SFR1(Lch),SFR2(Rch)
• Power supply : 3.0V
• Dolby function : OFF
• Direction : FWD & REV
Method : Connect a coupling capacitor (10uf/16v) between
the test point and the AC voltmeter.Check that
the test point voltage is 100mV ± 1dB.Adjust
SFR1 and SFR2 for adjusting left channel and
right channel respectively.Confirm that the
level is within the specification in REV
play-back also.
