It is important that this instruction
manual should be retained with
the Portable Record Player for
future reference. These warnings
have been provided in the interest
of safety. You MUST read them
carefully before installation or use.
WARNING
• Check that the voltage of the
main circuit corresponds with
the rating of the appliance
before operating.
• Please ensure that the appliance
is used on a stable, level, and
heat resistant surface.
• Do not immerse cords, plugs
or any part of the appliance in
water or any other liquid.
• Do not leave the appliance
unattended while it is operating.
• Close supervision is necessary
when any appliance is used by
or near children or pets.
• This appliance can be used by
children aged from 8 years and
above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental

allow 30 minutes for the charge

USING YOUR APPLIANCE
BEFORE FIRST USE
Remove the stylus protector.
Ensure the tone arm is free to move.
Ensure the product is placed a level surface
in a dry environment free of dust and with
good ventilation. Make sure the turntable
can not be knocked or bumped, and that the
power cable will NOT cause a trip hazard.
MAINS CONNECTION
Plug the Portable Record Player into a
mains supply.
AUX-IN
1. Use an AUX cable (included) and plug
one end of the cable into the line in jack.
2. Plug the other end into the line-out
jack or headphone jack of your external
audio device. This enables you to listen
to music from your phone or tablet
through the speakers on the record
player.
You can now control the volume using your
record player.
All other functions are controlled using your
external audio device as usual.
NOTE: If you have connected the aux cable
into a headphone jack you may need to
adjust the volume control on both the record
player and your audio device.
AMPLIFIER CONNECTION (IF REQUIRED)
Whilst you can listen to your new turntable
using the built in speakers you may wish to
connect it to your existing Hi Fi system.
Connect the audio plugs to the Line input on
your mixer or amplifier using an RCA cable
(not supplied)
• Red plug into R/H channel input.
• White plug into L/H channel input.
PLAYING A RECORD
1. Place the record of your choice on the
turntable. If required, do not forget to
place the centre piece on the record
spindle.
2. Choose the desired playing speed using
the speed selection switch between 33,
45 and 78 RPM.
3. Turn on the ON/OFF dial (this dial also
controls the volume).
4. Release the tone arm lock.
5. Raise the arm with your hand lightly
6. Place the stylus vertically over the first
track of the record, the turntable will
start turning automatically.
7. Put down the stylus slowly on to the
record to play.
8. When a record comes to the end, the
turntable will stop automatically if the
auto-stop switch is in the ON position.
9. If the switch is in the off position then it
will keep revolving until the tone arm is
returned to the tone arm rest.
10. Lift up the tone arm and put it on the
rest when finished.
11. Replace the protective cap on the stylus
and close the tone arm lock.
12. Turn off power at mains.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Possible cause Solution
The unit does not
respond (no power).
1. The unit is disconnected
from the AC outlet.
2. The AC outlet has no
power.
Connect to the AC outlet.
Try the unit on another outlet
No sound. 1. Volume not adjusted.
2. Wrong source selected.
3. Device not turned ON.
4. Volume set too low.
Adjust the volume level.
Select the correct source.
Turn ON the device.
Rotate the volume control to turn the
sound level up.
Sound is distorted. Volume level is set too high. Decrease the volume.
Unit becomes warm
after extended play at
high volume.
This is normal. Turn the unit off for some time or
lower the volume.

CLEANING AND CARE
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
1. Always disconnect the equipment
from the power supply before
cleaning.
2. Clean the equipment with a soft,
damp, lint free cloth.
3. Do not use abrasives or harsh
cleaners.
REPLACING THE STYLUS
Replace your stylus periodically
(approximately every 250 hours).
1. Push the arm lock to release the tone
arm.
2. Take off cap of the cartridge to expose
the stylus.
3. Gently separate the cartridge from the
socket.
4. Take off the audio line from the
cartridge.
5. Replace the stylus with a new one and
reverse the above operations
NOTE: Please exercise extreme care whilst
performing this operation to avoid the tone
arm and audio wires from being damaged.
Dust the stylus from time to time using a
very soft brush dipped in alcohol (brushing
from back to front of the cartridge)
When transporting your record player do
not forget to:
• Replace the protective cap on the
stylus.
• Put the rest clip into the pick-up arm.
