Thank you for choosing our Alfresia BBQ Gazebo. Please read this
user manual carefully and keep it for future reference. If you need any
assistance, please contact our customer service team on the details
provided on the back page of this manual.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING:
 The canopy is fire resistant only. Do not leave active flame, heat
sources or cooking apparatus unattended inside the Gazebo.
 Carelessness causes fire. Always take appropriate safety
precautions when heat sources are in use, fires are lit or cooking is
taking place inside the Gazebo.
 The gazebo is designed to provide shade only. Do not use or
leave erected in strong wind and rain. Wind and rain can damage
the gazebo and could result in injury to you and others
 Familiarise yourself with the instructions and check all components
for damage before erecting and dismantling the Gazebo
 Erecting the Gazebo will require working from height. Use
appropriate equipment, safe working practices and do not work
from height if you feel unwell.
 At least two people are required to erect and dismantle the
Gazebo. Erection alone could cause injury to persons or damage
to the Gazebo or property
 Be careful to avoid pinching your hands or fingers in any of the
parts during construction .
 Do not use excessive force while erecting or dismantling the
Gazebo as this could cause damage
 Always secure the Gazebo with the pegs after assembly for
stability
 Always use the product for its intended purpose. Misuse of the
product could cause injury.
Assembly Notes
 Assemble on a soft, clean surface to avoid damaging or marking the
pieces
 Do not use if any parts are missing, damaged or worn
 Do not use if any of the fixings or fittings are not secure
 Always place the product on a flat, level surface before use

Assembly Instructions
IMPORTANT: DO NOT USE EXCESSIVE FORCE DURING ANY PART OF SET UP
1. Assemble the four legs (2 x A, 2 x A1) by securing the “U” shaped bracket
(4 x I) to the top using the smaller screws (4 x M). Then slide the boom of
each leg onto each foot (4 x J).
2. Aach the frame end pieces (2 x B) and side pieces (2 x C) to the legs
(2 x A & 2 x A1) using the smaller screws (16 x M) to form the frame. Ensure
that the mounng holes for the shelf brackets on each leg face inwards.

3. Assemble the four canopy supports by joining a canopy and vent support
piece (1 x D) and a canopy end piece (1 x E). Fit the lower of the two top ends
of each support (D) into the top bracket (F) so that the vent supports
protrude above the level of the bracket and the canopy supports curve
downwards. Fix the assembled canopy structure to the “U” shaped brackets
(I) on each corner of the frame using the longer screw and nut (4 x N).
4. Place the canopy (K) over the frame and t the end piece of each canopy
support (E) into the pocket of each corner of the canopy to secure. Ensure
the vent supports protrude from the hole in the centre of the canopy (K)

5. Aach the vent (L) to the protruding vent supports by ng the end of each
vent support into the pocket on each corner of the vent to secure.
6. Aach the shelf brackets (2 x H) to the underside of each shelf (2 x G) using
the shorter screws (8 x M)

7. Aach the shelves (2 x G) to each end of the Gazebo frame using the shorter
screws (8 x M). Secure the feet (4 x J) to the ground using the pegs (8 x Q) to
ensure it remains stable in use.
Care & Maintenance
 Periodically check that all of the fittings and fixings are secure and
tighten if necessary
 Sponge Clean the frame with a damp cloth and a small amount of mild
detergent.
 Clean the fabric according to the care label instructions, hang and
leave to dry naturally. Dirt and debris can be removed gently with a soft
brush.
Storage
 Always dry the Gazebo before repacking for storage
 Remove soil and dirt from the pegs, fabric and frame before storing
 Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
Guarantee
Our products are guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
Products that develop a fault within this period are covered by our warranty and we
will replace defective parts, or where not available the whole product. The warranty
does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful
damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as
recommended by us, failure to follow our instructions, any alteration or repair carried
out without our approval or has been the subject of commercial use. Your statutory
rights remain unaffected, in particular any rights you have under the Consumer
Rights Act 2015.
If you have a problem with your product within this warranty period please contact
our customer services team.
In the event of changes to the specification of a product and we are not able to
replace parts, we will replace the whole product within the 2 year guarantee period
For products that fall outside of the 2 year guarantee, we will endeavor to provide
spare parts to purchase for as many of the replaceable parts as possible, but cannot
foresee specification changes or upgrades to products or parts outside of the initial 2
year period.
