Thank you for choosing our Alfresia 3 x 3m Pop Up Gazebo with 4 Side
Walls. Please read this user manual carefully and keep it for future
reference. If you need any assistance, please contact our customer

WARNING:
Keep all flame and heat sources away from the fabric.
Always read and follow the instructions before use. Be
cautious to avoid pinching your hands or fingers in any of
the moving parts as the frame opens and closes.
The gazebo is designed to provide shade only. Do not use
this gazebo in strong wind and rain. Wind and rain can
damage the gazebo and could result in injury to you and
others.
Please note this will take 2 people to construct.
Assembly Instructions
IMPORTANT: DO NOT USE EXCESSIVE FORCE DURING ANY PART
OF SET UP
1. Stand frame upright. Starting at the corners, each person
should stand on opposite sides, grasp the two outer legs,
slightly lift the frame off the ground and step backward,
stopping at full arm’s length.
2. Unfold the fabric canopy pack, place the fabric top over the
top frame. Use the Velcro pads to secure each corner of the
cover to the frame under the plastic caps.

3. Each person should then grasp the bottom of the middle
frame section (cross beams). Lift slightly and slowly walk
backwards until the frame has full extended. Be careful not
to trap your fingers or pull backwards too hard as this may
result in the cross beams becoming warped.
4. Engage the slider at each corner by pushing up the piece
with one hand whilst holding down the top of the leg with the
other hand. Repeat this process on the remaining corners.
5. To secure the fabric top to the frame, wrap the Velcro loops
around the roof tubes and cross beams.

Assembly Notes
Assemble on a soft, clean surface to avoid damaging or marking the
pieces
Do not use if any parts are missing, damaged or worn
Do not use if any of the fixings or fittings are not secure
Always place the Gazebo on a flat, level surface before use
Always use the product for its intended purpose. Misuse of the product
could cause injury
Care & Maintenance
Periodically check that all of the screws and fixings are secure and tighten
if necessary
Sponge Clean only with a damp cloth and a small amount of mild
detergent. Do not Bleach.
6. Pull down the inside valances to cover the beam tubes and
Velcro the adjacent valances together for a cleaner look.
7. Lift the two adjacent outer legs and pull out the inner legs
gently until the spring loaded snap button pops into position.
Repeat this process on the remaining legs.

Guarantee
Our products are guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Products
that develop a fault within this period are covered by our warranty and we will replace
defective parts, or where not available the whole product. The warranty does not apply to
any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident,
negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by us, failure
to follow our instructions, any alteration or repair carried out without our approval or has
been the subject of commercial use. Your statutory rights remain unaffected, in particular
any rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If you have a problem with your product within this warranty period please contact our
customer services team.
In the event of changes to the specification of a product and we are not able to replace
parts, we will replace the whole product within the 2 year guarantee period
For products that fall outside of the 2 year guarantee, we will endeavour to provide spare
parts to purchase for as many of the replaceable parts as possible, but cannot foresee
specification changes or upgrades to products or parts outside of the initial 2 year period.
