SKYPHO VOIP SERVICE
The use of SKYPHO VoIP (Voice Over IP) service is simple and quick. You need only an Internet access, the ALL7950
IP Phone and with few “clicks” you could use the new telephone line with the quality equal to the traditional landline.
To use the SKYPHO’s VOIP service, you need:
- One computer with an Ethernet port;
- One modem/router with a LAN port;
- One Internet access;
- One Username and one Password (account SIP).
The SIP account is the registration made on SKYPHO’s server that allows to the user to access the VoIP services
provided by the server itself. It is composed by a Username, coincident with the telephone number you have been
assigned and a Password (confidential access code) by which you can access the Skypho telephone services.
LOOK OUT! The confidentiality of this data is necessary in order to guarantee that the service will be accessed only by
you. For your major safety, you can choose a new password by accessing on Skypho’s registration site.

DEVICE PHYSICAL CONNECTION
First of all, you have to make the physical connection of the device, following the simple instructions hereafter included
Insert the Ethernet cable in the PC port of the
ALL7950 device
Connect the other end to the Ethernet port of your
personal computer
Connect the power adapter to the wall socket
Insert the Ethernet cable in the ALL7950 LAN port
Connect the other end of the cable to your LAN
(Hub/Modem/Router)

ACCESS TO THE DEVICE
Once the connection is completed, you can proceed with the ALLNET ALL7950 configuration.
Verify that on your router the DHCP service is either in Enable status (DHCP allows the network administrator to
distribute IP addresses when a computer is plugged into a different place in the network) or in Disable status
(this means that in your LAN the IP addresses are used in a static way).
Then, follow the suitable configuration instructions.
Access to IP Phone when the DHCP service is working
1. verify that the LAN port of your PC is configured in order to obtain an IP address automatically.
Click on “Start \ Settings\ Network
connections“, double click on “Local area
connections (LAN)” .
In the new window, click on “Properties”
and then double click on “Internet Protocol
(TCP/IP)”.
Verify that the option “Obtain an IP address
automatically” is activated or modify the
setting and press “OK” .
At the end, you can close all the opened
windows.
2. assign the IP address to your ALLNET ALL7950 phone by pressing the “MENU” keyboard key.
On the display you will see “… Name:”, insert the telephone number assigned by Skypho during registration.
Press the “↓” key, you will see “ADLS connection:”, press the “” key to set it on “Disable”, if it is already in
“Disable” go to next step.
Press the “↓” key, you will see “DHCP”, press the “” key to set it on “Enable”.
Your ALL7950 will make a settings update and it will show again “DHCP:” in “Enable “status.
The telephone configuration is finished, press “Menu” to exit.
Access your router configuration and verify between “LAN” or “DHCP Client” which IP address has been assigned
to your ALLNET ALL7950 and write it down (in the example: the address is 192.168.0.5).
3. open the web browser (ie. Internet Explore)
and type in the IP address of your ALLNET
ALL7950
http://192.168.0.x:9999 and press GO.
(in the example: the address is
192.168.0.5).

4. Leave “Username” and “Password” blank
as you are installing the phone for the first
time and press “OK”.
Look out! !The confidentiality of this data
is necessary in order to guarantee that the
equipment configuration is accessible only
by you. We suggest to proceed with the
configuration password change and to
write it down by using the Web Login
Configuration.
5. After few seconds, it will appear the
“ALLNET IP Phone Configuration” page
where you can modify the configuration
parameters, as indicated in the following
pages.
LOOK OUT!: the changes made are not going to be effective before “Save” and “Reboot” of the device, as pointed out in
the following pages.
Access to IP Phone when the DHCP service is not working
1. configure the static IP address (ie. 192.168.0.2) on your LAN port.
Click on “Start \ Settings\ Network connections“,
double click on “Local area connections (LAN)” .
In the new window click on “Properties” and then
double click on “Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)”.
Verify that the option “Use the following IP address”
is activated, or modify the setting and fill in the
following fields:
IP address: 192.168.0.x with x different from “1”
and “5” (this is the IP that will be
assigned to your Voip telephone)
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: 192.168.0.1
For DNS servers, it should be used the IP
addresses provided by the Internet Service
Provider.
Once finished the configuration, press “OK” and
close all the opened windows.

2. configure the static IP address on your IP Phone.
On the display you will see “… Name:”, insert the telephone number assigned by Skypho during registration.
Press the “↓” key, you will see “ADLS connection:”, press the “” key to set it on “Disable”, if it is already in “OFF”
go to next step.
Press the “↓” key, you will see “DHCP”, press the “” key to set it on “Disable”.
Press the “↓” key, you will see “IP address”, enter the chosen IP address (ie. 192.168.000.005).
Press the “↓” key, you will see “Subnet Mask:”, enter the network connection data ( (ie. 255.255.255.0).
Press the “↓” key, you will see “Voip Router:”, enter the default gateway you have found in the network connection
(ie. 192.168.000.001).
Press the “↓” key, you will see “DNS server IP”, enter the IP addresses provided by the Internet Service Provider.
Press the “↓” key, you will see “SNTP Server IP:”, enter the IP 62.94.7.9, press “MENU”, then “/OK”. Your SIP
All7950 telephone is ready to make and receive Voip calls!
3. to complete the setting, open your Web
Browser (ie. Internet Explorer), enter the IP
address 192.168.0.x:9999 (in the example:
192.168.0.5) and press GO.
4. Leave “Username” and “Password” blank
as you are installing the phone for the first
time and press “OK”.

WEB BROWSER CONFIGURATION
Before proceeding with the configuration of your ALLNET ALL7950 via WEB Browser, it is important that you have at your
disposal the username and password for the VoIP service that you obtained during registration in Skypho.
Access the “Basic settings” and create the Username and the Password for accessing to the Voip telephone management. If
you want to maintain the default settings leave the Username and Password fields blank.
Insert the value “62.94.7.9” in the field “Timeservier IP”, then select your “Time Zone” and enable the “TFTP Server” and the
”FTP Client” by choosing “Enable”.
Insert the value “1234” in the “Remote Configuration Password” field.
LAN Parameters
1. Verify that in the “Network settings”, the “DHCP” option has been selected and then press “Save”:
Note: If in your LAN are used static IP addresses, it is necessary to select the option “Static IP” and insert the values of
“IP, Mask, Gateway, etc...” to avoid conflicts on the network.

VoIP Parameters
2. Insert your SIP account, that you obtained during registration in Skypho, in the SIP Phone Settings Mask.
NOTE: The SIP account is the subscription registered on Skypho’s server that allows to the user to access the VoIP
services provided by the server itself. It is composed by a User name, coincident with the telephone number you have
been assigned and a Password (confidential access code) by which you can access the telephone services of Skypho.
User name and Password will be provided directly by Skypho at the activation of the service.
SIP Server = voip.eutelia.it
SIP Username = Telephone Number Assigned by SKYPHO
Authentication Name = Telephone Number Assigned by SKYPHO
Authentication Password = SIP Account Password
For other settings please follow what indicated in the picture then click on “Save”

3. Make the SIP settings as shown in the picture:
SIP phone port number: 5060
SIP Server Domain Name/IP Address: voip.eutelia.it
Server Port nr.: 5060
Authentication Expire Time: 3600
Outbound Proxy Port nr.: 5060
Session Timer: 1800
Media Port: 41000
Prack: on
Session refresher: None
Session timer method: Invite
UDP/TCP: UDP
At the end click on “Save”
4. In the “STUN Server & UpnP Settings” mask, select “ON” in the “Stun” field and enter “stun.voip.eutelia.it” in the field
“STUN server: Port number”.
Leave “Disabile” in the UpnP field and press “Save”.
