LICENSE AGREEMENT
ALPHA MEDIA, INC. AlphaTouch™ 200 Series, ALL VERSIONS, AND SOFTWARE RELATED COMPONENTS. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR ALPHA MEDIA, INC. SOFTWARE
IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This Alpha Media, Inc. End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single enty) and Alpha Media, Inc.
Corporaon for the Alpha Media, Inc. soware product(s) idened above which may include associated soware components, media, printed materials, and “online” or electronic documen-
taon (“SOFTWARE PRODUCT”). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this
EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and internaonal copyright treaes, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaes. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not
sold.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as follows:”
* Installaon and Use. Alpha Media, Inc. grants you the right to install and use copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on devices running validly licensed copies of the operang system for which
the SOFTWARE PRODUCT was designed
* Backup Copies. You may also make copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT as may be necessary for backup and archival purposes.
* Components. Certain soware components of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are subject to the following addional provisions:
2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
* Maintenance of Copyright Noces. You must not remove or alter any copyright noces on all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
* Distribuon. You may not distribute copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to third pares.
* Prohibion on Reverse Engineering, Decompilaon, and Disassembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that
applicable law notwithstanding this limitaon expressly permits such acvity.
* Rental. You may not rent, lease, or lend the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
* Transfer. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA, provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA.
* Support Services. Alpha Media, Inc. may provide you with support services related to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (“Support Services”). Use of Support Services is governed by the Alpha
Media, Inc. policies and programs described in the user manual, in “on line” documentaon and/or other Alpha Media, Inc.-provided materials. Any supplemental soware code provided
to you as part of the Support Services shall be considered part of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and subject to the terms and condions of this EULA. With respect to technical informaon you
provide to Alpha Media, Inc. as part of the Support Services, Alpha Media, Inc. may use such informaon for its business purposes, including for product support and development. Alpha
Media, Inc. will not ulize such technical informaon in a form that personally idenes you, without your permission.
* Compliance with Applicable Laws. You must comply with all applicable laws regarding use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
3. TERMINATION. Without prejudice to any other rights, Alpha Media, Inc. may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and condions of this EULA. In such event, you must
destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
4. COPYRIGHT. All tle, including but not limited to copyrights, in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any copies thereof are owned by Alpha Media, Inc. or its suppliers. All tle and
intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is the property of the respecve content owner and may be protected by
applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaes. This EULA grants you no rights to use such content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Alpha Media, Inc.
5. U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplicaon, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restricons as set
forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Soware clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Soware
Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable. Manufacturer is Alpha Media, Inc. 42 Central Drive, Farmingdale, NY 11735-1202.
6. EXPORT RESTRICTIONS. You agree that you will not export or re-export the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to any country, person, enty or end user subject to U.S.A. export restricons. Restricted
countries currently include, but are not necessarily limited to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria. You warrant and represent that neither the U.S.A. Bureau of Export
Administraon nor any other federal agency has suspended, revoked or denied your export privileges.
7. NO WARRANTIES. Alpha Media, Inc. expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED “AS
IS “WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT REMAINS WITH YOU.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the maximum extent permied by applicable law, in no event shall Alpha Media, Inc. or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or conse-
quenal damages whatsoever (including, without limitaon, damages for loss of business prots, business interrupon, loss of business informaon, or any other pecuniary loss) arising
out of the use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or the provision of or failure to provide Support Services, even if Alpha Media, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such
damages. In any case, Alpha Media, Inc.’s enre liability under any provision of this EULA shall be limited to the replacement of any registered soware that has been determined by Alpha
Media Inc. to be defecve. Because some states and jurisdicons do not allow the exclusion or limitaon of liability, the above limitaon may not apply to you.

GETTING STARTED
Welcome to AlphaTouch™ - the easiest, most portable video-intercom plaorm ... PERIOD.
When an AlphaTouch™ system is rst ordered, our factory engineers begin to program your devices according to your specicaons.
We will set up an account for your installaon, provide permissions to account managers and populate any building and resident
informaon we are provided with. Once programming is completed, your system is shipped to your locaon.
There is no on-site programming that is needed during your inial installaon, outside of perhaps tweaking some sengs to your
liking and to your parcular environment. Once the AlphaTouch™ devices are connected to an Internet-Enabled PoE (Power Over
Ethernet) network they will come to life, connecng to the AlphaTouch™ cloud services and they will download all of the program-
ming data that is required.

HELP FOR RESIDENTS
As a resident, you can enjoy a variety of features when your building uses AlphaTouch™. This area will guide you through these
features and provide full details on all funcons and opons.
»Before Signing In
In order to sign in to your AlphaTouch™ account, you will need credenals, which consist of your email address and password. When
your email address is rst associated with a system resident, a random password will automacally be emailed to you at that email
address. From this point forward you will be able to sign in to your AlphaTouch™ services. If you have residency in more than one
AlphaTouch™ apartment, you will have access to your AlphaTouch™ services as it relates to any and all of those apartments from this
login, assuming you use the same email address with all of them.
»Mobile Applications
Mobile Apps are currently available for Android and iOS devices. Once you sign in to your mobile app, you will have some basic func-
onalies, but the most important one is that you will immediately begin receiving calls to your app whenever you have a visitor call
you from a door camera panel. You will have the ability to answer the call with 2-way IP audio for crystal clear voice communicaon.
You will also receive real-me streaming video of your visitor as you speak to them. If the call is being placed from a door camera
panel that has a screen, you will also have the opon to answer the call and share your video for 2-way video communicaons.
Note: You’ll want to make sure you know your AlphaTouch login credenals. This informaon would have been emailed to you when
management added you to their system. If you never received this email, please contact management and ask them to ensure your
email address is specied and correctly entered. If you can’t recall your login informaon, please use our password reset ulity.

»Android App Help
The rst me you open the app, you’ll be prompted to sign in to AlphaTouch. Submit your email address and password. In the inial
release of the app, there’s not much else to do at this me unl you receive a call. There will be more features coming soon. Stay
tuned!
»Receiving a Call
When a call is placed to you, you will receive a push-nocaon on your phone. To see who is calling you, click on the nocaon.
The AlphaTouch app will open and present you a live audio and video of your visitor. You can either Accept or Decline the call at that
me. When you accept the call, your audio will be turned on and you will be able to speak to your visitor. Oponally, you can also

click the icon to turn your outgoing video stream on in order to allow your visitor to see you too. Once you’ve anwered a call, you can
click on the door release buon to acvate a door release acon.

For now, logging into the AlphaTouch™ website is the easiest way to access your more advanced funcons. We hope to incorporate
most of these funcons into the mobile platofrms as well in the near future. Such funconalies include:
• Detailed event logs with image capture.
• Updang your resident lisng, phone number, email address and building access code.
• Send your visitors QR Codes that they can use to gain entrance to your building.

Please note: Management has the abilitiy to disable some of these features.
You can sign in to the AlphaTouch™ website by clicking the “Sign-In” button at the top of this page.
»Managing My Resident Listing(s)
When you rst sign in to the AlphaTouch™ website, you will be brought to the My Homes screen lisng
all of the apartments you reside in. You will have quick access to the most recent log images and pinned
acon buons (set by management). You can also click on “ Edit My Apartment Lisng” to manage your
lisngs
Changing any of these elds will change your settings as it relates to that particular apartment only. For example, perhaps a person
has a residence as well as a commercial oce in the same building. You might want the resident name to be “Smith, Bob” as it relates
to your residential space, but for your commercial space you might want “Dr. Smith MD”.
•Resident First Name & Last Name: This is the name that will appear on any door camera panels and
directories for each apartment you belong to. Management will specify how your name is formaed
(for example “[rst name] [last name]” or “[last name], [rst name]”.
•Resident Email: This is the email address that is associated with your resident lisng for each apartment
you belong to. Please note that it is very important that all of your resident lisngs share the same
email address if you wish to access all of them from a single login and wish to receive video calls from
all of your apartments to a single mobile device.
•Resident Phone Number: This is the phone number that is associated with your resident lisng in each
apartment you belong to. This can be a standard landline number, a cell phone or virtually any other
phone number.
•Send SMS Alerts: If the phone number you’ve entered is a cell phone and can receive SMS text messages,
we suggest enabling this opon. This will allow us to send you nocaons when a call is missed or
when a visitor arrives using a temporary QR Access Code you’ve issued them.
•Proximity Tag Code: If proximity tags are enabled for your installaon, this code will be specied by
management and can not be changed. You can, however, see whether or not you have a proximity tag
associated to you or not.
•Resident Access Code: If management has this feature enabled, you can specify an alphanumeric access
code that can be used to grant yourself access to your building from any touchscreen door camera
panel at your building. AlphaTouch™ gives you a tool to generate a new secure, unique access code if
you can not think of one.
»Creating a Visitor Access Code
Having a party? Expecting a visitor for a stay? You can provide your guests with their own personalized
Visitor QR Access Codes. The QR Code can be sent via email or SMS text message to your guests and
they can use it at any door camera panel for your building. They only need to hold the QR code up to the

panel’s camera to gain access.
• Click on New Visitor QR Access Code
• Enter a Code Title. This is just a label for this QR Code so you know what it is for. Name it some-
thing like Leon’s Visit or Jesse’s Birthday Party
• Specify the Code Type. There are two dierent types of codes that can be created:
• Unlimited Use: All recipients that receive this QR Code can use it as many times as needed as long as
it is within the specied date/time range.
• One Use per Visitor: Each recipient that receives this QR Code can use it once at any time, as long
as it is within the specied date/time range. There will be a grace period of 5 minutes, in case
your visitor (for example) forgot something in their car, they can quickly run out and use their
code to regain access to the building.
• Specify whether or not you would like to be notied when your guest(s) arrive. Since each visitor will
receive a slightly dierent version of ths QR Code, the system will know which one of your visitors has
arrived when a QR Code is used, and can alert you right away.
• Specify which residence you wish to Allow Access To. This is the apartment or unit that you are granting
visitors access to. This will dictate which door panels will accept the QR Code as valid - any door
panel associated with the building your residence is in will recognize the codes. Please note that the
management at your various residences may disable this feature. Those residences will not appear for
selection and QR Codes can not be created for them.
• Specify the date/time range that this QR Code will be valid for. By default, Visitor QR Access Codes can
be valid for a maximum of 2 weeks, but that limit can be adjusted by management.
»Sharing a Visitor Access Code
Once your new QR Code is created, you can click the Share button to send this QR Code to your guests.
You will be presented with a large text box to enter your guests’ contact information. Once you have
entered your guests as outlined below, click the Share button.
Important Notes:
• Each guest receives their own unique QR Code Image. It is important that your guests do not share their
QR Codes with one another. If they do, AlphaTouch™ will not be able to properly alert you to who is
arriving.
• Enter one (1) email address or sms phone number per line.
oOptionally, you can also add the guest’s name to the line (separated from the email address or
phone number with a comma). This will associate a name with the QR Code that is sent to each
guest.
oIf you do add names to your share list, and you specied that you want to be notied of guest
arrivals, your notication will include that guest’s name.

Upon completion, click “Share QR Access Code”. A unique QR Code will be sent to each of your
visitors by SMS text or email, depending on the type of contact information you entered.
»Revoking Visitor Access
Once you’ve shared your Access Codes with your visitors, there are two ways to revoke access.
• Next to the QR Code listing, you will see text telling you how many visitors you’ve shared the code
with. That text is a clickable link that allows you to view the visitors that have been invited. You can
individually remove a visitor from the list. They will be sent a notication that their access has been
revoke immediately.
• You can Delete the Visitor Access Code entirely. This will revoke access from all of the visitors
you’ve included on the invite.
»Event Logs
Your Event Logs show you a complete listing of all system actions related to you and your residences.
You can see what actions took place, when they took place and even view a snapshot image of the event
(if applicable).

»System Prerequisites
The only real prerequisite for AlphaTouch™ is that all locaons where devices will be located must have access

»Network & Internet Requirements
INTERNET: AlphaTouch™ Devices require a prompt and reliable Internet connecon for best video call quality.
The property management is responsible for acquiring & maintaining this service. Please ensure a wired Inter-
net-Enabled PoE network connecon to each AlphaTouch™ Device.
BANDWIDTH: AlphaTouch™ Devices require a minimum bandwidth of 2 mbps for uploading and downloading.
If the Devices will be sharing the Internet connecon with other devices, please congure QoS to ensure
minimum
bandwidth requirements are met.
NETWORK: AlphaTouch™ Devices require that data and power be delivered through a PoE-enabled network.
The Devices require a minimum of 13 Was to funcon. By default, Devices require a DHCP-Enabled network
environment in order to obtain an IP Address. Stac IP addresses can be assigned at the me of your order.

SYSTEM LAYOUT: SINGLE-UNIT
For single-unit buildings, such as single-family homes, AlphaTouch™ is an extremely simple soluon to give
you mobile video intercom capabilies. With the press of a single buon, AlphaTouch™ can simulataneously
dial your home phone number and call all of your family members’ mobile apps. The rst one to answer the
call gets it and the call nocaons are cancelled everywhere else. Below is a typical system layout for this
scenario. You will noce that the enre system is comprised of a 1-buon Entrance Call Panel placed at the
door that is wired with a standard networking cable to an Internet-Connected PoE Network. This provides
the Entrance Call Panel with power as well as a communicaon path to the AlphaTouch™ cloud. Once that
has been established, the Entrance Call Panel can place telephone and app calls to your exisng smart mobile
devices and telephones.
This is a perfectly good applicaon of the system, for those who wish to be contacted on their telephone and
mobile devices only... however some applicaons may also require hard-wired monitors throughout the house.
Luckily, this is easy enough. Our monitors simply connect to the same Internet-Connect PoE hardware as the
Entrance Call Panel. Below is an illustraon showing this. Alternavely, it can be connected to an enrely sepa-
rate Internet-Connected PoE Network.

HELP FOR ADMINISTRATORS
Managing your AlphaTouch™ system is as easy as logging into the Cloud and making your changes. All connected
devices will be updated virtually instantly when a change is made that impacts them.
»Initial Programming
Your inial system programming can be done by our factory professionals at no addional cost. That’s right -
every device on your system will be pre-programmed according to your custom specicaons. In fact, some
of the programming MUST be done, since we will need to associate your installaon to its rst manager so
someone can sign in to make changes.
What we need to know for programming:
•Full company contact informaon for the installing company (if applicable).
•Full company contact informaon for the management company (if applicable).
•What is the name of this installaon?
oIf the installaon consists of a single building, the installaon name might just be a building
address like “101 Broadway New York” or it can be the building name like “Alpha Tower”
oIf the installaon consists of several buildings (like a campus, a group of apartment buildings or
condo complexes), we suggest using a name that represents the enre group of buildings like
“Alpha Towers” or “Apartments at Elwood”
•What is the name and address of the building (or buildings)?
oIf the installaon consists of a single building, please provide the building’s name. The building’s
name might just be a building address like “101 Broadway New York” or it can be the building
name like “Alpha Tower”. In this case, making the Installaon Name the same as the Building
Name is suggested. When those names are the same, one of them becomes hidden when
being displayed as to not be redundant.
oIf the installaon consists of mulple buildings, please provide us a clear list of all building names.
 For Example: Mahican Hall, Montauk Hall & Oneida Hall
oIn either case we need a full physical address of each building in the installaon.
•What are the Apartment/Unit/Locaon Labels?
oFor each building in this installaon, please provide a list of apartment/unit/locaon labels. This
is basically a list of all unique locaons in the building(s) which will be called (like a residenal
apartment or a concierge locaon). Each of these locaons can also have its own telephone
number assigned to it that will be used if a visitor wants to contact all residents at that locaon.
•What is the resident informaon?
oFor each apartment/unit/locaon, please provide a list of residents. Each resident can have a
name, a phone number and an email address. The phone number is used when a specic
resident is called and their email address will be used to send them a login password.
Please note: As much or as lile of this informaon can be provided as you wish. Inial factory programming is only
oered at the me of ordering. Once the order ships, addional programming must be done by management. Of
course, if assistance is needed, our trained team of specialists are available to assist you. Please see our Privacy
Policy for more informaon on how we use your data.

»Managing Your Installation(s)
Once you sign-in, you will be able to make system changes on your own. First, you may need to select which
installaon you wish to modify.
•If you only manage one installaon, you will be brought to the management area for that installaon.
•If you manage more than one installaon, you will be presented with a list of your associated installaons.
Click the one you want to manage, and you will be brought to the management area for that installaon.
Once you’ve selected the installaon you wish to manage, you’ll see the management menu appear on the le
hand side of the screen This menu will be collapsed for mobile users, so if you don’t see it, click the Menu ()
buon.
In the following help secons, it is assumed you’ve already chosen the installaon you wish to manage!
»Buildings
Now that you are ready to start managing your installaon, we must make sure there are buildings within it.
The buildings in your installaon will house all of the apartments (or units), as well as their associated residents.
NOTE: You must have appropriate “Building” permissions to view, add, edit or delete buildings.
NOTE: Custom terminology sengs might cause the terms “Building” and “Buildings” to appear as something
else. For example, “Buildings” may have been renamed to “Facilies” - The following help secon will apply, in
that case, to facilies.
»Viewing an Installation’s Building(s)
• To view the buildings in an installation, click Buildings in the left-side menu.
»Adding a New Building
• Click Add a New Building.
• Specify a Building Name:
oIf the installation consists of a single building, please provide the building’s name. The building’s
name might just be a building address like “101 Broadway New York” or it can be the building
name like “Alpha Tower”. In this case, making the Installation Name the same as the Building
Name is suggested. When those names are the same, one of them becomes hidden when being
displayed as to not be redundant.
oIf the installation consists of multiple buildings, please provide us a clear list of all building names.
 For Example: Mahican Hall, Montauk Hall & Oneida Hall
• Specify a Building Address:
oThis address will be validated against the Google Maps services.
 If it does not come back as a valid address, your new building will be rejected.
 If the address does not come back as expected, please edit the building (see next section)
and try again with additional or more accurate information.

oYou can type a full address like: 1515 Broadway New York, NY 10003
oYou can also type popular location names like: Flatiron Building
 Google will return the full address: 175 5th Ave, New York, NY 10010, USA
• Once you’re done, click Add Building.
You are now ready to start adding your apartments to this building. See Managing Apartments for more information.
»Edit Building Information
•Click the drop-down menu icon ( ) for the building you wish to edit.
•Click Edit Building
•Modify the building name and/or address in accordance with the requirements listed previously in the
“Adding a New Building” help secon.
•Once you are nished, click Save Building.
»Deleteing a Building
•Click the drop-down menu icon ( ) for the building you wish to edit.
•Click Delete Building
•You will be presented with a conrmaon dialog to ensure that you truly wish to delete that building.
oIMPORTANT: Deleng a building will delete all building apartments, apartment residents,
apartment sengs, and resident sengs. In rare cases, this can be reversed by our technical
team, but for the sake of safety, assume we cannot -- and that this change is, as stated in the
dialog box, non-reversable.
•Once you have veried that you wish to delete the building. conrm that by clicking Delete Building.
»Apartments
Apartments are enes which house your installaon residents. You will need to create all of the apartments in
your building that residents will be occupying. Please note that the number of apartments in your installaon
will, at least in part, determine your monthly charges.
NOTE: You must have appropriate “Apartment” permissions to view, add, edit or delete buildings.
NOTE: Custom terminology sengs might cause the terms “Apartment” and “Apartments” to appear as something else. For example,
“Apartments” may have been renamed to “Suites” - The following help secon will apply, in that case, to suites.
