1. Unpack the Stick Hand Blender from the box.
2. Wipe ciean all parts with a soft damp cloth or sponge and warm water. Rinse
and dry thoroughly. DO NOT IMMERSE THE STICK HAND BLENDER MAIN

Stick Hand Blender General Information
GENERAL INFORMATION
When using the Stick Hand Blender, basic safety precautions should be observed.
PLEASE READ AND SAVE ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THE STICK
HAND BLENDER.
1. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children. The Stick
Hand Blender is not intended for use by children.
2. For indoor household use only.
3. Unplug the Stick Hand Blender from the outlet when not in use and before
cleaning.
4. To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or Stick Hand
Blender main body in water or any other liquid,
5. Do not operate the Stick Hand Blender with a damaged cord or plug, or if the Stick
Hand Blender malfunctions, or has been damaged in any manner. Return the Stick
Hand Blender to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or
refund.
6. Keep hands and utensils out of the blending cup when in use.
7. Before removing the attachmentfrom the main body, turn off the Stick Hanc
Blender and wait until the blades ctrme to a complete stop,
8. The blending cup is not microwave proof.
9. Keep hands and utensils out of blending cup while biending to reduce the risk of
severe injury to persons or blender. A scraper may be use, but only when blender
is not running.
10. Use extreme caution when blending hot liquids.

time, If blending harder food, blend for no longer than 15 seconds at a time.
12. The blades on the blender stick are extremely sharp and must be handled rvitir

conditions and situations that may occur. It must be understood by the operator that
common sense and caution are a factor which cannot be built into this product, but
must be supplied by the operator.
G!!EO!' A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of personal injury
resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. Extension cords
are available from local hardware stores and may be used if care is exercised in their
use. If an extension cord is required, special care and caution is necessary. Also the
cord must be: (1) marked with an electrical rating of 125V, and at least 13 A,, 1625 W.,
and (2) the cord must be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or
tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over accidentally,

NOTE: This Stick Hand Blender has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the
other).
As a safety feature to reduce the risk of electrical shock, this plug is intended to fit in a
polarized outlet only one way.
If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug,

USER INSTRUCTIONS
When changing the accessories, make sure the blender is off and unplug it from
the outlet first.
How to Use the Blender Stick
The blender stick is used for preparing food such as dips, sauces/ soups/
mayonnaise, baby food and milkshakes.
1. Insert the blender stick onto the motor by pushing the blender stick into the
main body until it locks into place and you hear an audible clicking noise.
2. Place the hand blender into the blending cup. Press and hold the'On' button

[L] or. the turbo button \*/ until food is mixed.
The blender stick should be placed straight into the blending cup, not at an
angle as the food could splatter everywhere.
The hand blender can be used in the blending cup as well as any other vessel
such as a bowl or container,
When mixing is done, unplug the blender and press the two eject buttons on
either side of the blender to remove the blender stick,
How to Use the Whisk
The whisk is used for whipping cream, beating egg whites and mixing desserts'
1. Insert the whisk into the whisk holder until it clicks into place'
2. Insert the whisk holder into the motor until it locks into place'
3. Place the hand blender into the mixing cup. Press and hold the'On' button

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Always be sure that the Stick Hand Blender is unplugged and completely cooled
before cleaning or attempting to store the item. NEVER IMMERSE motor in water
or any other liquid.
It is important to clean your Stick Hand Blender thoroughly after each use to
prevent sticky build ups that are difficult to clean later, Proper cleaning of the Stick
Hand Blender can lead to a cleaner, better tastinq food.
1. Remove the attachment used.
2. Wash all pafts in warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly before storing,

INFORMACION GENERAL
Al utilizar la licuacjora de mano, es necesario seguir unas precauciones de seguridad biisicas.

LICUADORA DE MANO
1. Es necesaria una atenta supervisi6n cuando el aparato se usa cerca de los nifros. La
licuadora de mano no est6 disefrada para ser usada por nifros.
2. Para uso dom6stico en interiores solamente.
3. Desenchufe la licuadora de mano del tomacorriente cuando no est6 en uso y antes de
limoiarla.
4. Para evitar descargas electricas, no sumerja el cable, el enchufe o el cuerpo principal de
la licr-radora de mano en agua ni en ningIn otro liquido.
5. No utilice la licuadora de mano con un cable o enchufe daffado, si ha sufrido una averia
o si se ha dafrado de cualquier manera. Devuelva la licuadora de mano al centro de
servicio t6cnico autorizado mds cercano para su revisi6n, reparaci6n o recibir un
reembolso.
6. No introduzca las manos y los utensilios en el vaso para llcuar cuando est6 en uso.
7. Antes de desconectar el accesorio del cuerpo principal de la licuadora de mano,
apiiguela y espere a que las cuchillas se detengan completamente.

personales resultantes de enredarse o tropezar con un cable m6s largo. Hay disponibles
cables de extensi6n en las tiendas locales de hardware y estos se pueden utilizar si se tiene
cuidado en su uso. Si se requiere usar un cable de extensi6n, es necesario tener especial

MODO DE EMPLEO
Al cambiar los accesorios, asegf rese de que la licuadora de mano est6 apagada y

C6mo usar la licuadora de mano
La licuadora de mano se usa para preparar alimentos tales como salsas/ mezclas, sopas,

1. Insefte el brazo de la licuadora en el motor empuj5ndolo dentro del cuerpo principal
hasta que quede fijado con un chasquido,
2. Ponga la licuadora de mano en el vaso para licuar. Oprima y mantenga presionado el

3. El brazo de la licuadora debe insertarse vefticalmente en el vaso para licuar, no en
5ngulo, ya que esto podria hacer que los alimentos salpicaran.
4. La licuadora de mano puede usarse con el vaso para licuar y con cualquier otro
recipiente, tal como un taz6n o un cuenco.
5. Una vez que haya terminado de usar la licuadora, desenchtfela y presione los dos
botones de expulsi6n en ambos lados de la licuadora para quitar el brazo de la

C6mo usar el accesorio para batir
El accesorio para batir se usa para batir crema, batir claras de huevo y mezclar postres.
1. Inserte el accesorio para batir en el sopofte del accesorio para batir y empuje hasta

2. Inserte el soporte del accesorio para batir en el motor hasta que quede fijado en su
lugar.

5. Para sacar el accesorio para batir del soporte del accesorio para batir, jale del accesorio
para batir hacia fuera. No es necesario presionar ningrin bot6n para quitar el accesorio
oara batir.
