1. Before First Use
Wash the lid, trays, extender ring
and poaching tray in warm, soapy
water, then dry thoroughly.
2. Add the Water
Place the Egg Cooker power base on a
dry, stable heat resistant surface. Using
the measuring cup (included), add the
water to the well in the top of the Egg
Cooker power base. Refer to the table
on page 19 of the manual for the
suggested amount of water.
3. Bottom Tier Assembly
Place one of the trays on top of
the power base. Then place the
extender ring in the top of the
tray so that it rests on the inside
edge of the bottom tray (tier).
4. Pierce the Eggs
Pierce the bottom (large) end of the
egg with the piercing pin (located
on the base of the measuring cup)
and place the pierced egg onto the
tray, with the top (small) end
downwards. Repeat until all 7 eggs
have been pierced and placed onto
the bottom tray (tier).
5. Top Tier Assembly
Place the other tray on top of the
extender ring. Lightly spray the
poaching tray with cooking oil.
Gently crack the egg directly into
the poaching tray and place on the
centre of the top tray. Place the lid
on the Egg Cooker.
6. Cook the Eggs
Press the Ll.) button to turn the
Egg Cooker ON. The indicator
light will illuminate (blue), indicating
the Egg Cooker is on and cooking.
Once the eggs have finished cooking,
the ready alarm will buzz.
7. Turn Off and Rest
Press the (

.) button to turn the Egg
Cooker OFF. Switch off and unplug
from the power outlet. Allow the
eggs to rest for 2-3 minutes before
removing them from the Egg
Cooker.
8. Enjoy!
Using oven mitts, remove the lid.
Using tongs, remove the eggs from
the Egg Cooker. Place the boiled
eggs into a bowl of cold water.
Using a spatula, slide the poached
egg onto a plate. Once the boiled
eggs have cooled, peel and enjoy)
TIP: Piercing the eggs will help prevent the eggs from cracking during the
cooking
process.
WARNING: Always add the water to the Egg Cooker before turning on. Never

WARNING: The piercing pin
is very sharp. Take care when handling the pin.
Never touch the end of the pin.
WARNING: The
lid, trays and extender ring will get very hot when
the Egg
Cooker is in use. Always
use tongs and/or oven mitts when removing the lid,
trays and extender ring and place them on a
heat resistant surface to cool
down before cleaning.
WARNING: Never lean or
reach over the Egg Cooker while it is on and
cooking. During the cooking process, steam will escape from the vent and
may
burn or
scald.
