Safety Instruction __
Thank you for choosing our product! To ensure your safety and health, please use this
equipment correctly. It is important to read this entire manual before assembling and using
the equipment. Safe and effective use can only be assured if the equipment is assembled,
maintained, and used properly. It is your responsibility to ensure that all users of the
equipment are informed of all warnings and precautions. Before each ride, especially if you
may travel a long distance, check your e-bike.
IMPORTANT:
● Check the tires for proper inflation and cracks on the walls of the tires. Keeping the tires
properly inflated and maintained will help prevent flats and damage.
●Check all cables and cable housings for fraying, breaks, rust, or corrosion and replace if
necessary.
●Inspect the brakes to make sure that both are working properly. Additionally, check the
brake pads for any damage as they will wear over time and eventually need replacement.
●Please check all nuts and bolts are taut and properly fastened to prevent injury and
unnecessary wear and tear on your e-bike.
This manual is intended as a general guide to your new ACNHEER e-bike and not a
comprehensive reference guide. For technical support, including service, maintenance, and

General Information
1. About ANCHEER Electric Bike

Installation Instruction
When opening the carton of the bike, remove the electric bike and all the accessories inside
and use the tool to cut off the packing rope.
1. Assemble the handlebar
1.1Insert the stem into the head tube, then adjust the stem in the straight head position and screw up.
Tighten stem as shown.
1.2 Loosen the screw on the handler and adjust handle bar angle, then screw up. Tighten stem as shown.
2. Install Front Fender
2.1 Find out the mud plate, loosen the screws on the front fork, install and fix the fender. See
the figure below.

3. Assemble the Front Wheel.
3.1 Using the tool to loosen the fixing rod of the front fork (this accessory is wrapped to
prevent the front fork from being deformed and fixed in transportation) just receive the
goods and throw them away.
3.2 Remove the nut and the safety washer from the wheel, make sure that the front wheel is
in line with the rear wheel, then insert the front fork to the hub on each side, then put the
safety washer on each side, and tighten the nut on each side with the tool.
4. Install the Headlamp
4.1 Install the headlamp tool to the front fork bracket, as shown in the figure.

5.Install Pedal
5.1 There is a right pedal marked "R" and a left pedal marked "L".
5.2 Clockwisely screw the pedal marked "R" on the right side crank. Counterclockwisely screw
the pedal marked "L" on the right side crank. Ensure that the thread of each pedal is fully
inserted into the crank arm. Make sure to tighten the pedal completely with a wrench

When installing, make sure to identify the R/L letter on the pedal bolt.
6. Installation Saddle
6.1 Insert the seat post into the frame seat post hole, adjust its position and adjust the height
to suit your riding habits.

6.2 Tighten the seat with a clip.
7. Adjust the angle of brake rod, meter, gearshift rod, throttle and horn on the handle of the
handlebar, and then tighten all these with the right tools.
8. Assemble rear carrier
8.1 Take out the controller box as photo shows.
Unscrew 4 screw from frame (as picture show),let the carrier aim to screw hole then
tighten it.

8.2 Unscrew the screw from controller bottom.
8.3 Insert controller box into slideway.
8.4 Tighten 2 screws on controller bottom.
9. Install the Battery
9.1 Open the battery packaging box

9.2 Push it into the rack until it is tightly connected to the controller sockets on the rock
behind the seat post, then insert the key and lock the battery.(The battery switch is this red
button. Please turn on the battery switch before turn on the meter.)

Be careful of the safety use. Don’t attempt to release the connector when charging the
battery.
● Avoid the risk of collision.
● Don’t modify system parameters to avoid parameters disorder.
Operating Instructions
To switch on/off
the E-Bike
system, hold the
M key for 2s.
The default
value is “low”
pedal assist
level.

again to move

is the

power of PAS.

Battery: further information and maintenance
●How far full charge battery can go? That depends on the loading weight, road condition and
battery capacity. But in the same condition, average speed can continuous longer travel
range.
●When storing the battery for a longer time period, (during winter time) it is important to
place the fully charged battery on a flat surface in a dry place.
●Attention: The battery should be re-charged once every 2-3 month when it is not used.
Warning:
●Keep the battery out of reach for children.
●Never try to dismantle the battery.
● If the battery is damaged because of falling or a biking accident, there might be a risk of
electrolytes leakage. Beware of chemical burns! And immediately stop using the damaged
battery.
● Do not touch the battery with wet hand and make sure no acid touches your eyes.
●Do not store the battery in temperatures above 75°F or below -10°F.
●Do not allow the battery to run down completely before charging. Charge the battery before
storing the product. Leaving the battery in a discharged condition can result in a battery that
will no longer take a charge
●Charge a new battery for at least 6 hours before you use it in your product for the first time.
Never charge the battery too long per charging. Overheating or undercharging the battery
may shorten battery life and decrease product run time.

IMPORTANT: Battery Disposal
Battery must be recycled or disposed of in an environmentally sound manner.
Do not dispose of the battery in a fire. The battery may explode or leak.
Do not dispose of a battery in your regular household trash.
Charging
● Keep the charging pot dry.
●The battery can be charged on and off the bike.
●The RED light indicates charging and GREEN light indicates fully charged. Please put off plug
from wall after charging. Usually the charging time is 6 hours for a fully drained battery.
● Do not mix the charging pot up with the key pot. DON’T plug the key to the charging port or
short circuit even explosion would be caused.
● Please plug the charger to the battery first and then connect the charger to power supply.
Warning:
Charging time over 10 hours is prohibited please keep it away from high temperature
environment and stores it in a cool place. Please make sure that the battery charger and
charging plug are always kept dray and never get wet. The charger should only be cleaned
with a dry cloth. Never use a wet cloth, oil or any other liquid.
Warranty
1 Year Limited Hardware Warranty
Your ANCHEER Electric bike includes a One-Year Limited Hardware Warranty. The warranty
covers product defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is
limited to original purchasers. This warranty starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for

one year (the "Warranty Period"). The Warranty Period is not extended if the product is
repaired or replaced. This Warranty is not assignable or transferable.
This warranty does not cover any damage due to: improper use; failure to follow the product
instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; unauthorized repair; external causes
such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.
