Motor Assembly Replacement
A2000/A2000I
1. Unplug the Instrument. Place cardboard
on a table. Lay the A2000 on it’s front.
Remove the nuts that secure the back
panel. Remove the panel. Remove the
feet and mounting screws and then
remove the bottom panel.
2. Loosen the bottom set screw on
the coupler.
3. Remove the three nuts that secure
the motor bracket in place.
4. Unplug the motor wires. If you are
replacing the assembly, install the new
motor assembly, tighten the mounting
nuts and coupler set screw.
120v Wiring-black to brown,
white to blue
220v Wiring–blue to blue,
brown to brown
5. Replace the back and bottom panel and
the instrument is ready for use.

Motor Assembly Replacement
A2000/A2000I
To replace the Motor in the Motor Assembly-
1. Loosen the two motor pulley set screws.
2. Loosen the four mounting bolts for the motor. Slide the
motor forward and remove the drive belt and motor
pulley.
3. Remove the motor mount bolts. Replace the motor oriented
as below. Install the pulley and install the motor mount bolts-
leave them loose enough to slide the motor and to tension the
drive belt to a 1/8” (3mm) deflection. Tighten the mount
bolts.
4. Install the motor assembly, tighten the mounting nuts and
coupler set screw.
5. Re-connect the wiring.
6. Replace the back and bottom panel and the instrument will be
ready for use.
