newself-lockingscrews/nutsortheymustbe
securedusingnewthread-lockingadhesive.
4.2Assemblingtheshowerandtoiletcommode
Thissectiondescribestheassembly.Disassemblytakesplace
inthereverseorder.
Thearmrestheight,footrestheight,footrestangle,
headrest,heelstrap,tensionofbackrestcoverand
accessoriesmustbeadjustedtooptimallyttheuser.
4.2.1Adjustingtheseatheight
Thissectiondescribestheassembly.Disassemblytakesplace
inthereverseorder.
WARNING!
–Donotadjusttheseatheightofthecommode
whensomeoneissittingonit.
Theseatheightmustbeadjustedonbothsides
simultaneously.
1.SlightlyraisethecommodeatthesidepartA.
2.RemovethefourclipsC(twooneachside).
3.Setthecorrectheightbysimultaneouslymovingthe
seatframeupwardsordownwardsonthefourtubes
Bofthebaseframe.
4.Bringtheclipmountsonthesidepartinlinewitha
holeinthebaseframe.
5.Insertthefourclipsfromtheoutsideintothesidepart,
untiltheclipedgesenclosethebaseframetubeB.

1.Pushdownallfourfootpedalsofthecastorstolock
them.
2.PushthebackrestDfrombehindontotheseatframe
E,untilthecollarCtouchestheseatframetubeF.
IMPORTANT!
–FirmlytightenthescrewsusingtheAllenkey
supplied.
–Checkthescrewsregularlytoensuretheyare
fastenedsecurely.
3.PositionawasherBoneachscrewAandsecurethe
backrestoneachside.
4.Tightenthescrewswithatorqueof5Nm.
Adjustingthebackrestcover
Thetensionofthebackrestcanbeadjustedasneeded.
WARNING!
–Makesurethatatleastthreebeltsarealways
passedaroundthebackrestframe(onthe
outside)andtheirbeltbucklesarefastened.
Tightening:
1.PullthebeltsAofthebackrestcovertighter.
Loosening:
1.OpenthebucklesBbysqueezingtheretaininglugs
together(arrows).
2.Pushthebeltsbackalittlethroughthebuckle.
3.Fastenthebeltbuckles.
4.Retightenthebeltsgently.

1.RemovetheclampingpartCfromtheactivationhandle
AbylooseningthescrewsD.
2.PositiontheactivationhandleAforseattiltingfrom
theundersideattherightsideofthehandletubeB.
Thehandleshouldbeslightlyturnedinwardstothe
backrest.
3.Installtheactivationhandletothehandletubeusing
theclampingpartCandscrewsD.

Installing:
1.Placetheseatplateontheseatframewiththecutout
tothefront.
2.Withyourhandat,presstheseatplatedownatthe
sidesandthenatthefrontandbackuntiltheseatplate
snapsontotheseatframe.
Removing:
1.Pulltheseatplateupwardsattherear.

1.Onthebackrestcover,openthesecondlowestbeltC
andloosentheotherbelts.
Thenutsareinsertedlooselyinthesecuringclamp
andcanfallout.
2.UnscrewthescrewsBofthearmrestbracketAusing
theAllenkeysupplied.
3.RemovethesecuringclampDwiththenutsfromthe
insideofthebackrestframe.
4.RemovethebackrestbracketAwiththearmrestand
moveitupwards.
Thesmallerholeservestoxthesecuringclamp.
5.Insertthescrewsinthearmrestbracketandguidethem
throughtheholesinthebackrestframe.
6.Ifrequired,putthenutsbackintothesecuringclamp.
7.Placethesecuringclamponthebackrestframeinserting
thexationpinintothesmallerhole.
8.Turnthescrewsinthenutsandtighten.
9.Dependingonthearmrestheight,passthesecond
lowestbeltontheoutsideofthebackrestframeoron
theinside,fastenandtightenallbelts.
10.Theheightadjustmentprocedureisthesameforthe
rightandleftarmrest.
Toattachaccessories,thesecondlowestbeltcanbe
openedandthebackrestcovercanbepassedbythe
backrestframeontheinside.

curvedplatesidetouchesthehandleofthebackrest.
4.PushtheheightadjustmenttubeCfromaboveinto
therecessesofthebracket.
5.Usethestarhandletotightenthescrewuntiltheheight
adjustmenttubeisxedinplace.
6.PushthepadJandthepadholderBintotheholder
Hontheheightadjustmenttube.
7.UsethestarhandleAtotightentheupperscrewuntil
thepadholderisxedinplace.
Toadaptittotheuser,theheightadjustmenttube
canbettedwiththecurvefacingthefrontorthe
back.
TheheadrestpadJcanberemovedandreplaced
byotherpadshapes(optional).Toremoveit,loosen
theretainingboltsI.
Adjustingthelengthoftheheadrest
TheheadresttubesCandBcanbeshortenedif
required(refertotheservicemanual).Shortening
theheadresttubemustbeperformedbyaqualied
technician.
