I) Check Battery
Operation: Use a Flat head screwdriver, unlock and remove the seat. Locate the battery
harness, unplug the connector then use a volt-meter to check battery condition
at battery side.
Step (1)
Unlock position
Turn and unlock this plastic knob
Step (2)
Lift the seat from bottom edge then remove at headrest

Unplug the battery connector (RED) underneath seat

Reading Judgment: 6.0 V ~ 6.5 V –Good condition
5.6 V ~ 5.9 V –Proceed to Recharge
5.5 V –Battery to be recharged if after the stipulated
recharging time, voltage has not increased,
the Battery needs replacement
Below 5.5 V –Battery needs replacement

II) Check Wiring Connection
Operation: There are totally two positions of connections should be checked.
A. Motor/Gearbox : Follow above (Point I) to remove the seat, locate the Gearbox
harness underneath.
Check the harness of Gearbox which is in white color

B. Functional Switches : Access all the functional switches per below procedures that
located at the bottom side of Shifter.
Main function switches located inside the wiring cover
Step (1)
Upside down the vehicle, unscrew these two screws to remove
the cover
Step (2)

(leave the empty blade at the front side)
Reverse above procedures to re-assemble back the vehicle

II) Check Wiring Connection
C. Dashboard : Access the wiring connection under the Dashboard.
Step (1)
Unscrew the Steering Wheel from right hand side
Step (2)
Life and remove the Steering Wheel from column

Unscrew these two screws to remove the dashboard
Step (4)
Check the 2-pin plug for any loose connection or not

III) Check Foot Pedal
Operation: Follow below procedures to check the Foot Pedal connection.
Step (1)
Upside down the vehicle and pull out the Foot Pedal cover by screwdriver from right side
Black (middle)
White (front)

Blue (rear)

Slide in the Foot Pedal into Chassis from right side

IV) Gearbox Replacement
Operation: Follow below steps to disassemble and replace the gearbox completely.
Use a flat head screwdriver to remove the wheel cap from tabs
(Rear left wheel only)

There are four tabs at the wheel cover (align the center lines)

Use the same screwdriver to remove
the snap-pin from axle as showed
Step (4)
Slide the rim and rear wheel out from axle

Follow above (Point IIB) to access the Motor harness (white) underneath
the seat, then unplug it before removing the gearbox

Upside down the unit and then unscrew the wiring cover
Unplug the Headlights connector plugs located near the front end

Cut this cable tire to release the gearbox

Operation: Check and re-put the damaged warning stickers after repairing.
